Embora o apartamento seja bem localizado no condomínio, falta uma porta de saída da varanda para facilitar o acesso principalmente ao restaurante do condomínio que fica bem em frente. A varanda recebe Sol no período da tarde mas dá pra fechar com a cortina e ligar o ar condicionado.
