• Ravi (7/5): While the property is aesthetically pleasing, it falls short on delivering value for the price - Host Konstantinos was very prompt for helping on all fronts for our needs, with of course requiring $ for any needs. Beautiful property. During my stay, I encountered several issues that did not meet expectations for a property at this price point (approximately $900 per night). The hot water was not functioning - it was just a little less cold than cold, and there was an unpleasant odor near the pool area. Despite prior assumptions, the property does not offer breakfast, as confirmed by the host. There was also no sunset view, which was disappointing given the premium rate, wish the outdoor jacuzi had some temperature control. Additionally, guests are charged for storing luggage after checkout, which limits flexibility for exploring the area. The transfer service on the day of check-in was another concern — the driver’s behavior was notably rude, and the transfer fees were unreasonably high. Overall, these factors significantly impacted the value and enjoyment of the stay.

• MAURICIO (9/5): Wonderful Stay! - The private pool is enormous by Oia standards. I stayed here with my mom, but it would be perfect for a group of friends or a larger family. The outdoor lounge is gorgeous, and from the villa you can step right onto the main street or wander to the west-facing windmills, one of Santorini’s prettiest spots at sunset. The cave house is truly spacious, and the many friendly cats only add to the charm. You can’t see the sunset directly from the house, but the famous Oia stairs are just outside the door, so it feels like having a front-row seat reserved for Santorini’s sunset every evening.

• Harrison (10/5): Had an exceptional experience in Santorini and the protest and Konstantinos was beyond exceptional to create a magical t - The property was beautiful, great location and was very quiet in the evening. Everything was nicely provided in the kitchen. The house is extremely comfortable. The kitty spray which the property is aware of it is a challenge. Would have like wash cloths provided.
• Sue (8/5): Beautiful place in a beautiful location - Stunning location. Clean and lively plunge pool. Friendly host and provided much needed help with carrying luggage. Very pretty. Slightly overlooked by viewing post. I travelled with my daughter but we only had one bedroom which was not ideal. The second was closed off. I had assumed we would have 2 bedrooms. TV not in English and no access to Netflix or Amazon though barely watched tv. Lots of ants. It did not bother us but may bother others. All very minor things as the location made up for it. Charming and friendly host.

• Darren (5/5): High hopes but sadly disappointed - The view was spectacular with a panoramic outlook over the entire caldera. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful and the location made it easy to be close to the action of Oia but still feeling like you were away from the masses of tourists. The property manager was incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations and advice for our time in Santorini when we checked in. One of the biggest attractions to booking this property was the use of the outdoor area (pool, loungers, seating area), however the local cats use the rocks next to the pool as a toilet and the smell was awful and strong, despite us washing the area with a hose and the cleaners dousing it with bleach. Even when we arrived there was fresh faeces besides the pool that didn’t get removed until the second day. We couldn’t enjoy the outside area at all because of the smell of cat urine and faeces. The bathroom door did not close shut, which meant limited privacy, and the bathroom has a huge cut-out over the bed, which means every sound and smell from the bathroom goes directly into the bedroom area.
• The (10/5): A dream! - The location was perfect and loved the design of the space. Communication was great and they went above and beyond to answer questions. The pool was not as clean as I would have liked and we had to scoop out bugs. But that’s just nature. Also, the area near the pool smelled like cat poop but the host had that taken care of right away!

• Mario (10/5): Exceptional - From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the host, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. As parking close to the property wasn't possible, we parked at the nearest accessible point. The host was already waiting for us there, ready to help with our luggage, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The standout feature of this property is undoubtedly the view. It was absolutely amazing and truly took our breath away. We spent countless hours simply gazing out, soaking in the stunning scenery. The location of the property is another major highlight. It was incredibly convenient, allowing us to reach most of the top tourist attractions with ease. This made our sightseeing plans effortless and enjoyable. Additionally, the heated pool was a delightful bonus. The water temperature was perfect, making it a wonderful spot to relax after a day of exploring.

• Themallens (9/5): Incredibly spacious, minimalist studio with outstanding caldera views. - The view is outstanding, the place is exactly as depicted. The studio is larger than most of the places I researched. The terrace and pool are also larger than most and from what we saw, more privacy than most places as well. I don't think any of the places can say they offer complete privacy. The bed was very comfortable, shower was large with great water pressure. The kitchen was adequately stocked so that we could make pasta, pizza and salads. During our stay in April it was nice and quiet. The outdoor seating area is spacious and fabulous! The host, Konstantinos went over and above to accommodate our requests. He was always available and professional. This was the most expensive place we've ever stayed, but we splurged because it was my dream destination. We have no regrets, it was magnificent. The cleaning staff does a wonderful job, the place is always sparkling and fresh smelling when we come back to our studio. The pool guy shows up every morning. This studio has a locked gate and then also a locked door which offers more security than most other places. Another noteworthy thing is that you're 15-20 steps away from the most glorious sunsets on the island! Not that this can be helped, because we see that it happens everywhere on the island, but tourists passing by occasionally lift the rope that acts as a privacy gate for the guests down this set of stairs. They wander down to try to get a glimpse of something. I think there should be a little sign that says "guests only beyond this point". The price is steep, but I realize it's normal when you have the Caldera view.

• Nuno (10/5): The best host and the best cave house of Oia! :) - This property is a gem, everything was perfect. The location is the best in Oia, with great views, the pool is really nice and warm, and it is a very calm place without people constantly passing by as you see with other properties. Inside everything is beautiful, a perfect cave house with nice decorations and all very clean. But even better than the house was our host! Eugenia was probably the best host I've ever had! She was very helpful since the beginning of our stay. She arranged everything for us, the shuttle to the property, restaurants, places to visit, and a really nice car rental, she was always available for us to help. Lastly, because of Covid, the check-ins were very late in all the properties, and that was especially problematic for us because we were going to arrive in Santorini 3 hours before the check-in and since we were going to change property the next day, we would need to wait 4 hours more when doing the next check-in with our luggage. She was able to let us check in earlier in the property and was even able to contact the next property and also arrange an early check-in for that one, even tho the other property never responded to our messages to try to check in earlier. Because of Eugenia, we had a smooth stay in Santorini, and we didn't have to wait hours behind the sun in Oia with our luggage and could make the most out of Santorini with the short time we were there :) Once again, thank you very much, Eugenia! When I come back to Santorini for sure I will be staying here again :) Nothing. Everything was perfect :)
