- Zeinab (5/5): - Att det var nära till Dubai mall Tyvärr var vår vistelse inte som förväntat. Lägenheten var smutsig och luktade unket, vilket var väldigt obehagligt. Vi blev även lovade badrumsartiklar, men dessa fanns aldrig vid ankomsten. Dessutom kom husvärden inte på utsatt tid, och vi fick vänta länge på honom. Sammantaget var upplevelsen besviken och frustrerande.

- Ahmad (3/5): Not worth it - There was allot of miscommunication with the host, eventually they solved it. For the price, it was very expensive and also since I could find a same studio in the same building for half of the price. The TV remote was missing a battery, the bathroom was damaged and there was a smell in the shower.

- Aaisha (10/5): I loved it. - the location was perfect, the building was very modern and clean and nice, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was dealing with Raphael he was amazing. I was late to arrive at the property he was very understanding. that you for the amazing experience. And the view just wow. they even had a barber and a beauty lounge in the building perfect !! the pillows needs to be changed. they are worn out.

- Jean (1/5): bad choice for a stay - the facilities are acceptable I was asked to pay a deposit after I boarded my flight, arrived late at the facility, no one to receive us, had to go through the security guard. unable to check-in without deposit paid ( and it was midnight). they sent a link to make a payment, didn’t accept my credit cards. after several calls they finally accepted cash so we could sleep. I forgot three shirts in the wardrobe, called a bit later to get them back, to be told there were no shirts and talk to our guest relations person who handled us. no contact given for that person, big run around for a couple of days. the rental management is a total joke and there is zero customer service. if you want peace of mind, go somewhere else.
