Claudia (1/5): Disappointing isolated resort - Fast WiFi Japanese toilet River Beach Location is very remote and isolated. Do not visit if you do not have a hire car 2 bedroom Villa is 1 Star in my opinion- electricity is not working to normal standard Door even when closed allows for insects to enter, no housekeeping except fresh water. Rubbish will attract more insects. No bedside table or lamp.Not many employees speak English and the restaurant although we booked way in advance had very limited menu available and "resort" seemed overstaffed but underprepared. After ingredients were brought for a traditional Pad Thai the next day, they managed to serve prawns cold. We did receive an apology though. We left 3 nights early and can't believe the high price ticket this resort has with much better ones closer or in Kanchanaburi. Sorry to say but extremely disappointed and no we did not discuss our matters with staff as they do not speak English except one.
Kobkeow (7/5): - The location is in front of the river, but it is far from the main street, and a car is required to access the hotel. We had been upgraded to the two-bedroom pool villa, but there was a shared bathroom outside the rooms. We needed to step down from the upper bedroom to access the bathroom, which was inconvenient for seniors like us. The water heater did not work even though the mechanic had tried to fix it
