• paf22 (8/5): Très bien - Confort du lit et de la chambre en général, propreté de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner existe. Mais le petit-déjeuner n'est vraiment pas copieux. L'évacuation de la salle de bain était insuffisante.

• Sem (10/5): - The rooms were comfy and clean. Great value for your money overall. They supply ear plugs if the highway is too loud for you but we had absolutely no issues as it’s a couple minutes out of the main buzz of the town and the road slows down during nighttime. The staff are absolutely amazing and very accommodating, with lots of recommendations for activities and sites to visit!! The breakfast is always good and fresh- made to order.

The staff was smiling and happy and helpful all time, 24/7 My gf says the breakfast was small. 🤓😊 The laundry was not good enough for me, no smell of softener at all.

He got me water when I needed it too and showed me amazing service and welcoming. The lady on morning shift was always smiling and helped me with any problem or questions. 10/10 It was excellent.

Og så ville toilettet ikke trække ud, da vi skulle tjekke ud… OG må en bus. MAX pinligt! Måtte jo sige det til personalet. At de under rengøringen måtte forsøge ligesom jeg.. -Jeg havde lige været på toilet

• Elsa (6/5): - La struttura è in una zona ben servita, la camera è molto spaziosa e il prezzo è contento Camera e bagno non sono dotate di finestre. O meglio c'è una finestra che affaccia sul pianerottolo come nelle foto che allego. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e non c'è stato il cambio della carta igienica (finita il secondo giorno) né degli asciugamani. Per questi ultimi non ci sarebbe un problema, non fosse che trovandosi in un caldo umido non si asciuga mai niente. Se si aggiunge il problema evidente di areazione il disastro è fatto. Al banco non c'è mai nessuno e bisognerebbe contattare telefonicamente il personale. Il letto è sprovvisto di lenzuola, c'è in compenso un piumino una piazza e mezzo (su letto matrimoniale).
• C.A. (5/5): - Leider hatten wir im Zimbei Hotel in Khao Lak keinen guten Start in unseren Aufenthalt. Bereits beim Check-in gab es Probleme, da sich unsere Zimmertür nicht abschließen ließ. Nach etwa anderthalb Stunden Wartezeit wurde uns sehr patzig mitgeteilt, dass wir entweder kostenlos stornieren und gehen könnten oder weiter jetzt einfach warten müssten. Für den Beginn unseres Urlaubs war das natürlich sehr enttäuschend. Letztendlich wurde das Problem nur notdürftig behoben – ich musste sogar selbst mithelfen, damit sich die Tür richtig schließen ließ. Entgegen der Angaben auf der Buchungsseite waren an der Rezeption keinerlei Sprachkenntnisse-nicht mal Englischkenntnisse vorhanden, was die Kommunikation zusätzlich erschwerte. Auch die Zimmerausstattung war leider enttäuschend. Das Badezimmer roch unangenehm, und es gab teilweise lose beziehungsweise abfallende Fliesen. Insgesamt machte das Zimmer keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Auch das Frühstück konnte leider nicht überzeugen. Man musste sich täglich im Voraus eintragen. Serviert wurden zwei lauwarme Toastscheiben und eine sehr kleine Portion Beilage – selbst für ein Kind kaum ausreichend. Für den angebotenen löslichen Kaffee stand lediglich lauwarmes Wasser zur Verfügung. Insgesamt wirkte alles eher lieblos und teilweise kalt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Lage: In der Umgebung gibt es viele nette Bars und gute Restaurants. Auch die Nachtmärkte sind mit dem Taxi gut erreichbar. • Sophie (8/5): Würden wiederkommen - Gemütliches Zimmer. Alles da was man braucht und gemütliches Bett! Personal war etwas unmotiviert hatten wir das Gefühl. Frühstück war sehr schlecht.

• camille (9/5): Très bon séjour - Le logement est très agréable, il est grand et au calme. Il est situé dans le centre de khao lak ( à 10’ à pieds du macdo). Ici il n’y a pas de grab ou bolt donc pour vous déplacer il faudra prendre les taxis locaux (ex: environ 20 minutes en voiture de White sand beach). Le personnel est très gentil. C’était propre. Très bon rapport qualité prix. J’avais pris le petit déjeuner inclus mais on ne m’avait pas précisé que je devais noter sur une feuille ce que je souhaitais manger. Ayant fait une excursion un autre jour je n’ai pu profiter du petit déjeuner qu’une seule fois. Il y a trois choix et c’est correct.

Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the room considering the price. Was supposed to stay here for 7 nights and checked out after the first night as I couldn’t stay there for any longer

Las ventanas y puertas no aislan nada del exterior, por lo que el ruido es peor. Además al lado hay un chiringuito? Que ponen música/karaoke hasta la 1 de la noche. Los compresores del AC también hacen mucho ruido. El baño es un desastre, porque el desagüe está en la pared contraria de la ducha, y se llena todo el suelo del baño de agua. Además todo en mal estado. El personal no entendía nada de inglés. Tampoco sabían cobrar con el TPV las excursiones. Solo la propietaria hablaba inglés, era amable y servicial, pero lamentablemente solo la vimos en el momento de check-in. El desayuno bastante malo. Nada de fruta.

You can maintain your room at 27° all time with not electricity cut for when you arrive to rest totally rosty from the beach. Good location not noisy. The staff was very helpful and polite. I didnt like the ants in the room. And I didnt like that the maid turn off the A/C after cleaning when we were not in the room. The breakfast portion was quite small, but it was same as in the pictures. There should have been bigger pins in the room and in the bathroom. The bathroom should have had a shower tray to swipe the water out of the floor after shower.

• Liam (9/5): Nice staff, good location, great price!! - We were the first customers at this little place but we were very happy with our stay! Staff were fabulous, couldn’t do enough for you!! The hotel itself is basic, breakfast was nice but also basic. The main attraction for this hotel is the price, couldn’t expect anything else for the price to be honest. Location was pretty good, a short 5 min walk to the beach centre! They even gave us a lift with our suitcases to the bus stop so we could move on! Much appreciated and good luck!!! The hotel is basic, but for the price we couldn’t fault it!
