Maite (10/5): Je veux y retourner - L'emplacement au top avec vue sur les Petronas de la piscine. Quelqu'un nous attendait à notre arrivée pour prendre possession du logement. Logement immense, très bien équipé, propre et super bien aménagé. Je ne comprend pas que les tarifs ne soient pas plus élevé. On a payé bien plus ailleurs pour beaucoup moins bien.

Cristina (1/5): - I have bought the 2, or 3 night and they took my money yet they did not acommodate me, I wouldn't recomand to anyone to book a room to this place, they told me to cancel the booking cuz I that wasn't the right price... yet that was advertise by them and they did not own there mistake . simpe DON'T recommand it. They try price manipulation.

Adrian (4/5): Didn't meet the expectations - Location is great, the sky pool is the highlight. -General cleaningness wasn't great, in particular on the bathroom. - To store luggage they ask for 50MYR, most hotels offer this service for free. - The water heater was off by default, there's a hidden button somewhere but you need to ask for it. - No WiFi on the sky desk area as it's only for hotel guests and you won't be one - Drying machine did not dry properly. - The soap/ shampoo provided is quite poor, as well as only two middle size towels, nothing for hands or hair or to go to the pool. - Feels like the 10/10 reviews are bought instead of genuine.

Syeikha (1/5): Horrendous service apartment - Only the view from the skydeck The apartment was in maintained poorly. The apartment was very dirty. There is suspicious human body fluid on the sofa. The bedsheet was stained. The floor was dirty and flooring wood panel was detached. Room is smelly. The keycard is not functioning and the staff make it difficult for customer going multiple time to demonstrate to them, instead of believe the customer since it occurreded multiple time. The stay was horrible. It make me feel nauseous and extreme discomfort throughout the stay. There is cheaper hotel option with better environment and facilities than this. Don't be deluded with the outer look and photos provided by the host. The only good thing about this hotel building is the view from the skydeck. But it cannot cover the horrendous situation of the apartment.

Mosharraf (10/5): Exceptional - Thank all staf Great value of money. Very comfortable and warm room. KLCC is near to 5 min and Monorailis 3 mins walk way. Big TV, comfy beds, really excellent hot shower so easy to use. Friendly staff and quick response. The hotel is very central within easy reach in shops, eating places. I will certainly be back again
