• Ruslan (6/5): Сделать ремонт, заменить мебель, заменить технику, устаранить вонь в доме! - Ничего, дешевле снять в центре и на такси ездить в ту локацию чем привязываться к адресу как я это сделал и был в шоке! Ее реальная цена 30€ в сутки но точно не 60! Ремонт ужасный, мебель такая же, в квартире воняет! За такие деньги можно было бы и стены покрасить и запах канализации устранить, и много всего!

• Agne (10/5): A flat with a balcony - The flat is nice. The location is good near a shop and a tram line. Easy entry and clean. Fair price. The kitchen sink is in a corner and hard to use.

• Malgorzata (4/5): Not worth it - The location was quite favorable, and both the bedroom and bathroom were well-maintained. The apartment could benefit from some cleaning. The kettle required maintenance, and we hesitated to prepare a cup of tea. The coffee machine had accumulated dust, which made me reluctant to make coffee. Additionally, the sofa seemed quite old and could use some freshening up.
• Garncarek- Szafrańska (5/5): Brudno, nie polecam - Lokalizacja, odpowiedni metraż, OK łóżko W apartamencie było bardzo brudno: koty kurzu, włosy w toalecie i w kabinie, czyjeś zużyte chusteczki, rzeczy pod łóżkiem, gruba warstwa kurzu, brzydki zapach z pralki, cieknący prysznic i inne problemy, którym łatwo można było zapobiec. W składziku odkurzacze i sprzęt do sprzątania rzucony jedno na drugie. Do tego niebezpiecznie wystające śruby z podłogi. Mimo zgłoszenia sprawy, po przyjściu osoby sprzątającej, różnica była praktycznie żadna. Mieszkanie wymaga generalnego profesjonalnego sprzątania i przeglądu technicznego, nie powinno być w takim stanie dalej oferowane do wynajmu.

• Magdalena (9/5): Apartament dla rodziny zwiedzającej Warszawę. - W apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzeba: wygodne łóżka, pościel, czysta łazienka i wyposażona kuchnia. Dodatkowo mnóstwo akcesoriów domowych: odkurzacz, żelazko, deska do prasowania... Lokalizacja dobra, bardzo blisko do przystanku, sklepu, pizzerii i piekarni. Brak.
• Andrzej (10/5): It was a pleasant stay. - Biedronka, a food store, was just a few minutes away. Apartment was close to the tram line and 2 tram stops away was a metro line station. The owner should've written in Polish and English instructions how to use TV, cooking panel and wash machine.
