Se nota el esmero en mantener el alojamiento en perfectas condiciones. Además, el personal fue simplemente encantador, siempre atento y resolutivo ante cualquier necesidad. • Saad (1/5): Extremely bad experience be very careful - I had a confirmed reservation and arrived at the location on my check-in date. I called the property many times before and when I arrived, but nobody answered the phone. I waited there and tried repeatedly to contact them with no response at all. When I spoke with the security staff at the location, they told me that this situation had happened to other guests before, which was very alarming. Because of this, I was left outside with my luggage and had no place to stay, even though my reservation was confirmed. This caused me a lot of stress and completely ruined my plans. In my opinion, this situation feels very misleading and unprofessional. Guests should be very careful before booking here and make sure they can actually reach the host. I hope Booking.com seriously investigates this property so that other travelers do not experience the same problem.

• Sandra (8/5): - Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Es gab immer heißes Wasser und der Wasserdruck war top. Für Marokkanische Verhältnisse insgesamt gehobenes Niveau. Sehr hilfsbereiter Nachtwächter. Die Matratze war leider ungewohnt hart und die Bettdecke ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.
