• C-C (10/5): Caring Team – I would stay again - Everyone wants your experience to be exceptional. When you communicate with the virtual assistant its easy to resolve any issues or improve your stay. Whatever you need, more soap, coffee pods. Just ask the assistant and within two hours you will have these items. When you arrive there is an big entrance so you can get off the street and rest your bags as you check in to get your code to open the main door then your room door. Bed was cozy, it is a bunkbed so you must crawl into bed. Had everything I needed. It was not completely clean on arrival. Garbage was not removed. However within 2 hours of notifying the virtual assistant a wonderful cleaner arrived and cleaned everything. Overall it was clean. Just that little bit extra was needed.

• Peter (5/5): Eine eher teure Erfahrung, die ich nicht eben weiter empfehlen würde - Ausstattung und Sauberkeit Das von mir gebuchte Apartment Nr. 101 im Erdgeschoss hat ein Fenster zu einer Hofeinfahrt, die direkt von dem sehr befahrenen und daher lauten Mehringdamm abgeht. Folglich ist es in der Wohnung eher dunkel und bei geöffnetem Fenster kaum auszuhalten. Allerdings lässt sich bei den gut abdichtenden Fenstern, wenn geschlossen, sehr wohl schlafen. Ich denke, dass die anderen Wohneinheiten, die weiter hinten im Erdgeschoss liegen, vorteilhafter sind. Bleibt aber das meines Erachtens unangemessene Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, da weder die Gegend noch das Haus einladend wirken. Da gibt es in Berlin vieles, was charmanter und billiger ist.

• RolandBeisel (5/5): Nicht den Bildern glauben - Es war sauber und günstig Bitte nicht den Bildern glauben. So sieht es nicht in den Zimmern aus! Hatte ein mehrstöckiges Bett und kam mir vor, wie im Gefängnis. Lampe defekt, Duschtür defekt, Regenduschkopf in der Dusche defekt. Insgesamt alles sehr billig und minderwertig. Lage ist direkt am Ostkreuz, was sehr gut und sehr schlecht sein kann. Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung.

• Zuin (10/5): RECOMENDABLE! - El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, si bien es pequeño, está muy bien distribuido y con un diseño de interior muy moderno y confortable. Esta en una zona muy cómoda que nos permitió movilizarnos por varios lugares de interés. Cerca del Muro de Berlín para ir caminando. A una cuadra de un supermarket muy completo y de bares y pizzerias. Un lugar muy recomendable. 🇦🇷Cba. Argentina Nada para agregar.

• Lisa (7/5): - Die Ausstattung war relativ gut. Das Zimmer war größtenteils sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile hätte etwas besser sein können, es gab keine Schere und auch keine tiefen Schüsseln. Auch war der Ausblick aus dem Fenster nicht schön und die Unterkunft allgemein war sehr dunkel, sodass man du jeder Zeit immer Licht anhaben musste. Der Kühlschrank war auch sehr laut und hat beim Schlafen etwas gestört.

• Scott (6/5): - Price was good. We were out and about so didn’t need anything too fancy, suited our needs. Beds were very noisy when anyone moved. We chose the accommodation as it had washing machines - the laundry room was shut down and we were not offered any alternative and when 5 of us were travelling together this was an inconvenience.
• Rebecca (8/5): Clean, easy for work trip. - Apartment very clean, location convenient for where I needed to be for work. I liked the AI assistant on WhatsApp for little questions, very easy and helpful. Lovely bathroom and comfy bed. The room was quite stuffy, and the window opened up into a closed courtyard, so couldn't get much air, and too loud / unsafe to leave open overnight. No Aircon or fan in the apartment, although a heater for the winter. You only need to provide a little fan to make guests more comfortable in the summer.

• Anne (2/5): Finger weg von der günstigsten Preiskategorie! - Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren gut, Einrichtung ansprechend. Das Zimmer 101 hat kein Tageslicht. Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt im Eingangsbereich, dadurch ist die Lautstärke von ankommenden und gehenden Gästen unzumutbar für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Ausblick aus dem nicht bodentiefen Fenster auf der Gegenseite ist ein dunkler Durchgang zum Innenhof mit Fahrradständern direkt davor, sodass man nicht einmal die Möglichkeit hat die Gardinen zu öffnen. Auch hier ist die Lärmbelastung durch das Metalltor und das Ab- und Anschließen der Fahrräder nicht tragbar. Ein Licht flackerte, auf das wir leider ganztägig angewiesen waren. Laut Kundenservice haben wir uns bewusst für dieses Zimmer entschieden, weil wir die günstigste Kategorie gebucht haben. Nur leider gehen aus Fotos und Portfolio nicht hervor, dass man für Tageslicht einen Aufpreis zahlen muss.

• Kerstin (9/5): Eine tolle Möglichkeit für ein paar Tage Berlin zu erkunden und sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen - Hübsche kleine Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der wenige Platz ist optimal genutzt. S-Bahn-Station in Fußweite.

• Franziska (10/5): Gross, modern, super sauber… unkompliziert und der Preis unschlagbar. Beim nächsten Berlinbesuch buchen wir wieder dort! - Sehr gross und geräumig, super modern und super sauber. Wir waren wirklich überrascht wie gross das Appartement ist. Es war auch angenehm ruhig. Leider war der grosse Getränkeautomat ausgefallen.
• Michael (7/5): - Die Einrichtung war einfach aber ausreichend, wenn man nur nächtigen will. Aufhalten tagsüber ist nicht komfortabel. Das Zimmer mit kahlen Betonwaenden hat Bunkercharakter. Schade auch das kein Frühstück angeboten wird.

• Joelina (8/5): Moderne Unterkunft für Konzertbesucher ideal! - Die Lage der Unterkunft selbst (gerade als Konzertbesucher), außerdem war das Bett sehr bequem und die Einrichtung sehr ansehnlich! Die Lage unseres Zimmers (101) Es war schon super super anstrengend dass ständig jemand ins Fenster geguckt hat wenn er ein Fahrrad geholt hat + es war demnach au ch oft sehr laut. Zum anderen war es immer extrem heiß im Zimmer obwohl wir die Heizungen vollständig aus hatten, das war etwas anstrengend, weil man dadurch gezwungen war zum Lüften das Fenster weit auf zu machen und am Fenster zu bleiben, weil sonst jeder ins Zimmer hätte einsteigen können

• Trevor (10/5): Lovely apartment. Great location. - Everything was perfect, the seamless check in (early too, thank you so much for that). Everything you'd need for a self catering stay, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, even though was just myself and my son and didn't use any of the facilities over the 2 nights. One of my favourite areas for Berlin, and everything easily accessible by the nearby station. A perfect stay, thank you again.

• Kadri (5/5): A stay full of surprises - The appartment was nice and stylish, we had enough space, the beds were quite good. The personal was nice. There were complimentary teabags. It was easy to get in the appartement and the instructions were clear. We did not have heat or warm water on the first night. I understand that it was a bigger problem in the building, but it was still an inconvinience. They fixed it for the next day and we could finally shower. After that we had a new problem - it was a flood in the kitchen. We had to change kitchen towels on the floor twice a day. We reported it and they promised to fix it, but we didn't see anybody and they just brouhgt some extra towels. That was not ideal for a vacation. I hope they will fix that before new guests arrive. Also - if you promise a fully aquipped kitchen, you shuold consider that it contains washing machine liquid for dishwashing and if you have a very specific capsule coffee machine then maybe also some capsules for it? Salt and pepper?
• Agnes (8/5): War in grossem ganz alles in Ordnung. - Es war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Küchenzeile war alles was benötigt wird vorhanden, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Herd sowie Töpfe etc. Die Handtücher was sehr klein.

• Grzegorz (10/5): Clean & modern apartment - Clean and modern apartment in Ostkreuz area. Everything was OK. Tea & coffee provided, also cosmetics in the bathroom. I wish I would stay here for a little bit longer :)
• Romina (8/5): - Sehr unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Bett war bequem. Die Grösse des Apartments ist völlig ausreichend. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, muss man Glück haben, in der Nähe einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Teilweise waren die Möbel etwas abgenutzt, aber noch im Rahmen.

• Katharina (9/5): Insgesamt nette und sehr moderne Unterkunft - Check in und out unproblematisch. Trotz Hauptstraße sehr ruhig. Zimmer sehr dunkel aber es ist den Innenhof geschuldet . Esstisch sehr wackelig .
