A check-in assistant will meet guests at the apartment on the day of their arrival. The check-in fee is payable in cash upon key exchange: - 3PM to 10PM - €50 - 10PM to 12AM - €80 (upon request) The apartment is available for long-term stays (minimum 30 days) under a BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease) or CIVIL lease. To comply with Paris regulations, guests will need to provide the following documents: - Identification (required by the Paris town hall) - Proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) - Proof of sufficient funds to cover the rent (tax return, pay slips, and/or bank statements) *An additional damage deposit will be required, in addition to the damage deposit amount shown on Booking, and it will be managed through our banking partner. A mobility (civil) lease will be emailed to you once we receive the necessary documents. An inventory check will be carried out at both check-in and check-out.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required.
