• Nneka (7/5): Though Alameda is centred in a busy area with Wembley Station so close, yet my apartment was quiet. - The unavailability of the fob key for the first few days of my stay was awkward as a staff had to keep using the master key to let me in each time I went out.

C'è una sola cosa che davvero mi ha disturbato: l'obbligo di lavare i piatti prima di lasciare l'appartamento. Pago 250 euro al giorno, senza colazione, e alla fine devo anche lavare i piatti? E' qualcosa di assurdo e incredibile.

• Owen (8/5): Perfect location for events at Wembley - Super convenient location, clean and with decent amenities Check in wasn’t as smooth as it could have been as the concierge didn’t have the booking information so there was a bit of a wait
• Shaz (2/5): Nice apartment and location but due to the issues we won’t be recommending or coming back - Good location, nice apartment So many issues and unresolved despite a number of attempts to fix - 1) broken window lock (fixed) 2) no wifi (not fixed despite being sent round the houses) 3) no heating (found out eventually this was because no wifi) 4) no tv (first battery drained, bought new batteries, but still no use as no wifi)

• Mirela (9/5): - Amplasarea si apartamentul modern, utilat corespunzator, view-ul Cazarea nu excela la capitolul curatenie (cuptorul era extrem de murdar) si am fi apreciat existenta papucilor de casa. De asemenea, am facut check-in-ul foarte tarziu, la orele 15: (3 P.M.) si am fost rugati sa facem check-out-ul pana in ora 11:00 (11A.M). Ni s-a oferit solutia locker-elor Stacher, care in mai bine de 4 locatii erau inexistente. Asa ca am pierdut mai bine de jumatate de zi, neavand unde sa depozitam bagajele. Aceasta varianta data de proprietar, lockerele Stacher, nu este este una viabila, ci mai degraba o minciuna.

• Oldfield (6/5): Good location but over priced - Property in a good location close to Wembley and a 10 minute walk from tube. Think it is over priced for the quality. We had a hole in sofa, bleach mark on rug. No seal on glass shower door so shower alway flooded it. And general cleanliness of the property was water marks all over, glasses needed cleaning again so put off from using anything else. Also the bed was far too soft for me.

• Sara675291 (1/5): Absolutely terrible - stay away if you don't want your money to be stolen - There wasn't one thing that I liked. In my over 10 years of using booking.com, I have never had a worse experience. Terrible hosts, terrible communication, terrible facilities. If you are careful about your personal information, stay away from this property. They are going to sell your private info and photos to third parties. They kept asking me for "selfies' before I arrived and this company is embroiled in several legal issues. I have never given a worse review to any property.

• Gemma Dinsdale (8/5): Go bafk t - The keys werent working so we had to go to another hotel and wait for the receptionist to let us in if we wanted access to our room. This was fine with most of them but one didnt want to take us, he tried to speak broken english and pretend he didnt know what we were saying to get out of the job which was annoying as the room cost us alot of money. He said he had been handed over the information via email but then tried to say we couldnt prove we had the room it was just a farce on our last night. The bathroom shower also easnt sealed so the floor flooded after every use wasting towels and the sofa had a rip in it.

An awful, awful place - Ab-so-lute-ly nothing We were not made aware in advance that (a) there would be no housekeeping services such as cleaning of the room, or that (b) the bedlinen wouldn't be changed, and that we had to pay GBP 20 for a spare set of bedlinen! The emails that we received in advance of checking in had an unfriendly, officious tone to it, and we were asked to submit copies of verified IDs even prior to check-in, something that I've never done anywhere in years of international travel. There was a shower clamp that was un-clamped on Day 1. I sent emails and messages nearly every day for it to be repaired. Received polite "we'll attend to it right away, Sir" type of messages but even after checking out on Day 9, it was still the same. The apathy of the owners of the facility beggars belief. I would never go there again unless my life depended on it
