Communication with the host owner was also smooth. If I have the chance to stay in Los Angeles again, I would definitely like to stay here again 😊

• Alessandro (5/5): Dirty, loud, misleading and disappointing - It was so dirty everywhere! I felt like I was staying in student accommodation. The post is so misleading. I thought I was getting an apartment but it’s a small room to myself but everything else shared! The other rooms had people who were so loud and there was trash everywhere! My room had no hot running water in the shower and the washing machine right outside the door was running late at night and couldn’t get to sleep! Really a disappointing stay!

• Javier (1/5): Disgusting. - ANYTHING My partner and I occupied this accommodation for three nights, and the experience was entirely substandard. The following issues rendered the stay untenable: Hazardous Furnishings: The mattress was structurally compromised (severely sagged), unsanitary, and supported by a broken bed frame. Persistent Disturbance: We were subjected to continuous noise from the residents above, including heavy impacts and the constant moving of furniture. Gross Negligence: We attempted to contact management multiple times throughout our stay. Our inquiries were ignored until the final day, at which point the property simply stated they had no replacement mattress available. Failure of Support: Neither the property management nor Booking.com provided any assistance or resolution to these issues. As a result, the premises were unfit for purpose and we were unable to rest. I strongly advise potential guests to seek accommodation elsewhere.

• Anthony (10/5): Great value for money. - Shared access to a kitchen area, good bathrooms and very quiet at night. Beds are ok but not great. Don’t expect hotel quality - the property is great for the price.
• Kasthuri (8/5): - Meeting other people at the stay, and private bathroom, location kind and fast responses from host. Easy check in and check out process. We had to get our own toilet paper after the one provided ran out which we didnt know about. Someone was making toast in the middle of the night and woke everyone up with the fire alarm going off. Another person was using the dryer in the middle of the night and the noise of the dryer kept us up. We were told to clean out plates etc which we did along with cleaning other people's stuff in order to be able to use the plates ourselves since they didnt clean after themselves. Someone also left a plate with crumbs in the fridge. The walls are thin and was hard to sleep with noise from other guests.

I think the air condition is not working proper, but we’re satisfied on the place.

The Staff threw out all my food, except the food they wanted to eat,(my cake, ice cream, fresh cut fruit, organic juice)after I booked rooms back to back because you can’t extend your stay while in the same room they check you out of one room and put you in another so I bought food for two weeks and put it in the fridge and when I got back the next day the staff looked me in my face, smiled and told me the property owner told her to throw away all my freshly brought food I was so livid I cancelled the next week stay I booked other than ignorant staff and $500 of food mysteriously missing/thrown out because the house was empty, I enjoyed my stay minus buying new food.

The staff threw away 300$ worth of food and told me her boss told her to throw away my food when I booked back to back weeks, that was very disappointing after me loving my stay, that’s the only thing that made my stay horrible, I didn’t even replace the food that was thrown out I just didn’t have food to eat this stay since the staff threw away all of my food. Fresh food too I got it 2 days before I had to check in again.

• Pamela (9/5): SUPER!!! Nous y retournerions sans aucun doute. Merci!!! - Il était près de tout et dans un quartier résidentiel donc très calme. Les lieux étaient propre et tranquille. Les autres résidents respectueux et soucieux du fait qu'ils ne sont pas seuls. Les indications pour l'arrivée et le départ était clair et l'hôte répond rapidement. J'ai trouver dommage que nous n'ayons rien pour nettoyer la cuisine (pas de linge ou d'essuie-tout) personne en a mis tout le séjour. Il a fallu improviser pour garder l'espace propre. Il n'y avait pas de fourchette non plus. Mais le reste de l'équipement de base y était.

• Diego (3/5): Our stay at Cozy was below expectations. We stayed here in July 2025 and, unfortunately, we would not return or recommen - The property has easy access, is located in a quiet neighborhood, is close to important places in Los Angeles, and the initial communication via chat was polite and helpful. However, overall, the accommodation seems focused only on profit rather than guest comfort The room was disappointing: the mattress was very uncomfortable, the bedding was plain, and there were no additional touches such as a rug or a TV inside the room. Although the listing mentions a TV in the shared living room, we never used it since it is shared with five other rooms. For the same reason, we did not use the refrigerator. Sharing these spaces may work for some guests, but it was not an option for us. Everything in the room felt very basic, including the bedding and towels. There was little effort from the hosts to create a comfortable environment. Although there are parking spaces inside the property, guests are not allowed to use them, and we had to park on the street, which was concerning. Additionally, we were given dirty towels, reported the issue, and they were never replaced.

• Stefania (8/5): Great shared space and nice accommodation - The room was wide, the kitchen well equipped. It was nice to meet other people and chat over breakfast. Good to have washing machine and dryer. Easy to find parking on the street. The bed wasn’t the best, but still ok. The room wasn’t soundproof. You cannot control the AC only for your room, if you change the setting, you change them for the entire floor.

• Roxana (8/5): Nice staff, good room, cheap for last minute overnight stay. - The people cleaning the rooms were very kind, I had come a bit earlier than the agreed check in time and was allowed to stay in the living room while my room was being cleaned. Very much appreciated after a long day of walking around LA. Also the Korean mall is about 20 minutes down the same street. The actual location of my room was confusing. Some rooms are labeled as a whole number but some are labeled 1/2 and 1/4. I was given a room with 1/4 and couldn’t see a physical sign like all the other rooms. Parking was okay, there is only street parking. Also while I found this place on the booking app when I arrived there was a sign in the room which identified itself as a Airbnb community so if you plan to stay more than 1 night you may be sharing a kitchen/living room with other people. There are also many codes and locks, a lock on the gate, one in the door to enter the facility and one last one to the designated room. It was a bit annoying but I can see how some people may find it comforting having many locks.
• Rodney (5/5): Very clean, but not comfortable or cozy. - The property was clean and well kept. The room did not have another place to sit other than a desk chair. It could have used a lounge chair. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the springs constantly made noise. The oven was dirty and not fit for cooking on or in. No cleaning supplies for the kitchen.

• Fleming (8/5): It was pretty chill (literally) and I’d stay there again - I liked being in walking to USC Village, the room size met my needs, and the window in the bathroom was great. The view from my room on the 4th floor was really cool too. I didn’t love that it was freezing cold all day. I work remote and was shivering with multiple layers of clothes all day. I would turn the AC up to 74 during the day and next thing I know, it was turned back down to 68. I wish there was a standardized temperature for day time and night time.

Quite location and modern The general shared space was never cleaned my whole stay , the rooms are not sound proof , even walking in rooms can be heard . Shared fridge with 7 strangers a bit uncomfortable especially if you have a long stay .

Had a back pain due to the uncomfortable bed Everything- dirty kitchen, uncomfortable beds, we weee there for about 6 nights and no change of towels or sheets. They told us not to expect any new sheet for the duration of our stay.

T - Close to USC Property was clean and as advertised Parking is in the street. First come first serve, you could be parking a little way from the property depending upon your arrival
• Kevin (8/5): Very good - The room was good for a one-night (or a couple of nights) stay. Since it's like an Airbnb, I had access to the living room and kitchen which was pretty cool. Room was clean and well-kept. I had to wait for more than an hour before I could check-in; they were still cleaning it.
