- Sergei (9/5): - Perfect location. The room was quite comfortable and spacious, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The windows face a technical shaft, so there is no view at all. The sound insulation is very poor — you can hear everything, especially footsteps from the neighbor upstairs. The iron was broken.
