• Susan (10/5): Excellent value - Had a wonderful stay and was exactly what I was looking for. Staff were really helpful and saw to all my needs As it was January the hotel was quiet and the swimming pool had been drained Rooms modern and comfortable , good Wi-Fi . Breakfast was served to the table and set me up for the day Beach is 10min walk and 5min drive to Gloria Golf Club Not much around the hotel , only a couple of shops
• Anna (7/5): Fint och prisvärt hotell med trevlig personal. - God mat. Väldigt trevlig personal. Nära en strand men inte mycket annat. Det fanns inte flygplatstransfer som det stod på hemsidan. Maten var god men kändes lite ohygienisk pga att allt stod ute i värmen utan kyla eller varmhållning.
• Rumen (4/5): - Location The hotel is new, and maybe that’s the reason, I don’t know, but the service is poor. The housekeeper didn’t come into the room at all during my stay. I can’t even describe the breakfast — for this price, they could offer a much richer selection! As for the WiFi service, I can’t say anything, I don’t even know if it’s available. After all, the hotel is new, but they need to make an effort to meet the guests’ expectations.

• louise (6/5): Didn’t enjoy this trip and wouldn’t return. I’m prefer Kusadasi which is our usual go to when coming to Turkey. Belek is - The manager / owner was a lovely lady. The lights at night time accross the property were very pretty. The location was too isolated . As a single female traveller with a child I didn’t feel safe in the area at night time. It was too dark to walk anywhere. Had to get taxis which were 25 euros each way into Belek or could also get the bus which was much cheaper. We were initially told the buses stopped around 7pm but that wasn’t the case. We found this out after the lady owner drove us into Belek to her brother families restaurant which was very kind of her and the food was fabulous. We also didn’t have our bedding changed despite asking for this - it did get done on about day 5 but that was after having to ask again. We had a leaking bathroom sink which I reported on my way out in the morning. When we got back that evening they had placed a large yogurt pot underneath to collect the water. When I enquired the next day what was happening they were very non committal - they said we would have to move rooms - I didn’t want to pack everything up and then unpack all over again so I declined this. The sink did eventually get repaired but that was three days after brining to the attention of the staff. Breakfast - we only went once was very continental / Turkish. I couldn’t abide the flys all around the food.

• Lucian (2/5): Do not book even if it is free - Nothing Bad service, poor quality, dirty, food impossible to eat. No heating, no blanket provided, even in winter. Staff unwilling to help even though hotel was empty. Left the room after the first night with the risk of not getting any money back. Was a work trip so facilities not important, but still a minimum needed. Cannot imagine how would be for holiday. Avoid at all cost, ANY other choice is better.
• Michal (7/5): Un hotel correct mais sans miracles, personnel très gentil. - Le personnel a été très gentil. L'hotel semble relativement nouveau encore en rodage de son exploitation et on est hors saison, du coup il faut pas s'attendre à des miracles, mais le personnel a tenté activement de résoudre toutes petites soucis pendant notre court séjour. On a eu au debut quelques soucis de chauffage dans la chambre (mais résolues par le personnel), le parking du hotel n'est pas bien indiqué par Google maps, et pas facile à trouver. Le prix semblait quand meme un peu trop élevé par rapport au niveau de confort sur place et malgré le "hors saison".

• Nesrin (10/5): comme nous le souhaitions. - L'acceuil et le personnel était à notre disposition tout le temps. Nous avons surement pris 12 chambres pour le mariage de mon fils et toutes l'équipe nous a accompagnés et recu nos inviter incroyablement très bien. • Zsófia (4/5): Csalódás volt sajnos több szempontból, de miután jeleztük a problémát segítőkészek voltak, de változni csak annyi változ - Segítőkész volt a személyzet a felmerülő problémákkal kapcsolatban ! Nem jártak takarítani se törölközőt cserélni. Ehetetlen volt a reggeli, mindemellett szinte választási lehetőség sem volt. Fürdeni a 4 napból 1x tudtunk meleg vízbe a többi napon hideg volt hiába jeleztük ! Nem ott helyezkedett el ahol meg volt jelölve ezáltal messze volt mindentől!
