• Kim (1/5): Never again will I stay with them the owner told me that Ihad to pay more money upon arrival as it was per person and n - The location was great The owner tried to extort money from me for the second bed but I booked a room with a double bed & a twin bed. She wanted 50Euros per night more. They never cleaned the room while I was there and I had to contact them for toilet paper even though the description stated toiletries were included.
• Daniel (10/5): Fabulous stay in Salerno - Beautiful room, comfortable and the location was fabulous! Guilia was wonderful to work with us in regards to our arrival. Protests made our train very late and she was so kind to wait for us. Vittoria too was also wonderful. Restaurants just a cross the street. Guilia suggested pizza at Giagui and it was delicious. Fabulous stay in Salerno!
• susan (3/5): Disappointing - Clinically clean The room was described as having a balcony which it didn’t. The property was not staffed at all times and a request for additional pillows couldn’t be made until the day after also access to the main front door was by a key app which required a charged telephone- or else no way of gaining entry Parking was difficult but at night time in the parking closet to the property,an aggressive man ( not a parking officer)was demanding payment for nightime parking. We were uncomfortable with the accommodation and location and left after one night.

• Kirstin (7/5): The place was very clean, great location and Julia was lovely to deal with . - The place was very central and just across the road from the beach and lots of restaurants, 5 minute to the old town shops . Julia the host was very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags there for a late train . The place was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Nice touch to leave sweets at the reception and a well stocked First Aid kit . Perhaps a bit small for all three of us, some street noise in the early houses if you left the window open. A small suggestion would be to leave a small brush ( as it is only across the road from the beach it can be hard not to bring back some sand) , a mirror for the main room and a few more hooks for hanging things .
• Patricia (5/5): Muy ruidoso y sin servicio de habitaciones - Tiene unas instalaciones muy nuevas y al no tener a nadie en recepción tienes independencia y poco contacto con el personal. Está bastante céntrico (a 25 minutos andando del puerto para coger los ferrys). La experiencia en este hotel no fue como esperábamos. La insonorización es muy mala: se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle, las ventanas dan a un parking y teníamos todas las noches pandillas de adolescentes gritando y bebiendo hasta altas horas de la madrugada, además de escuchar también a otros huéspedes incluso ir al baño. No pudimos descansar bien ninguna de las noches. La cama y sobretodo las almohadas son extremadamente anchas y duras. Solicitamos que nos las cambiaran y aunque fueron muy amables, seguían siendo igual de rígidas. Un aspecto también muy importante es que NO hay servicio de habitaciones: no limpian y no cambian sábanas y la habitación se mantiene igual durante toda la estancia (estuvimos 4 noches), aspecto que no me parece aceptable. El sistema de check-in es muy limitado, solo hay alguien en recepción de 15h a 17h y si tienes que hacerlo fuera del horario habitual tiene un coste extra. El personal es amable y atento cuando se le solicita algo, pero hay que pedirles todo por whatsap porque nunca hay nadie y, al no haber recepción, tuvieron que entrar en nuestra habitación para atendernos. Por todo esto, no esperes confort ni servicio de hotel tradicional.

• Yuzhen (8/5): Struttura nuova - Struttura molto nuova ed elegante con ogni comfort. Posizione ideale per visitare Salerno. Letto comodi. La disponibilità della host a farci fare check in molto oltre l’orario, senza costa aggiunti. E’ stata molto gentile. Unica nota. La ragazza ci ha rimproverati di aver usato il tono della voce troppo alta, di essere rispettosi dei altri ospiti, reputo di essere una persona educata e rispettosa, magari parlavamo a voce alta ma fino a un certo punto, non stavamo urlando o facendo “casino”, siamo andati da una stanza all’altra perché avevo le 2 stanze affianco. Dopo il suo “ rimprovero” mi sono sentita a disagio ed appena i bambini parlavano con la voce un po’ più alta, li rimproveravo, avevo pure paura di parlare in camera. Avevo pure paura di chiudere o aprire le porte. Secondo me, non addato per le famiglie.

Nous avons pu réaliser le check-in plus tôt en journée afin d'y déposer nos sacs, et il a été possible de leur laisser nos sacs toute la journée lors du départ au coût de 20 euros. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et il y a un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Hôtel bien situé (à environ 15 minutes à pied du port menant à Amalfi, Positano, etc.).

• Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - This place is a wonderful option for a stay in Salerno. It is located in the center of the town with all shops, cafes, restaurants in walking distance. It is safe, clean and quiet. There is a large public underground parking close to the marina. The hospitality is outstanding, thank you very much! Hope to see you again!

• Rachel (8/5): Great location ! - Very clean and modern. Great location to explore the Amalfi coast. Underground parking nearby and the beach is a stones throw from the apartment. A fridge would be a nice addition to the room.

Communication with the hosts was so easy and quick to respond to any questions and even organised a taxi for us to the train station. Location is perfect on the beach and overlooking a street of restaurants/bar. 5 min walk to the port to get ferry’s all around amalfi coast

• Adnan (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were kind and they arranged an early check-in for us at 1:00 PM. its location—just 50 meters from the beach. The room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator and a coffee machine. • It was cleaned only once during a 10-day stay. • I had to take out the trash myself. • We had to purchase our own shampoo and toilet paper. • The room was very small and not suitable for a long stay.

It is a party place for local youth in front of your windows. - The apartment as such is fairly nice in a nice part of the town with ample parking right bellow the window. The apartment lacks some basics such as fridge, coffee jug etc, but that is not the biggest problem. The problem is that it is 1st floor right above KFC facing the carpark where local youth have a party every night so the noise is really a problem. You will struggle to fall asleep before 2 AM.
