• Boris (9/5): - Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer man hat alles was man benötigt Das Zimmer befindet sich im Hotel Palazzo Viridis (4 Sterne Hotel), man wird während des Aufenthalts von den Mitarbeitern des Hotels betreut. Hotiday ist kein Hotel, sondern besitzt nur Zimmer in diesem Hotel. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption des Palazzo Viridis und ein reibungsloser Ablauf bei der Zimmervergabe Einige Mitarbeiter am Frühstücksbuffet waren zu uns ziemlich unfreundlich. Wir haben MIT Frühstück gebucht, was uns auch an der Rezeption mitgeteilt und bestätigt wurde. Insgesamt waren wir von Montag bis Samstag im Hotel. Am Dienstag und Mittwoch hat beim Frühstück alles reibungslos funktioniert, eine junge Dame mit schwarzen Haaren, fragte höflich nach der Zimmernummer und alles ging seinen normalen Gang. Ab Donnerstag war anderes Personal am Frühstücksbuffet, nämlich eine Dame mittleren Alters mit kurzen blonden Haaren und eine ältere Dame mit längeren Haaren. Diese Damen fragten nach der Zimmernummer und sagten kurz danach "HOTIDAY IS NOT INKLUDED" mit einem lauten und unhöflichen Ton. Nachdem ich bestimmend antwortete , dass es inklusive ist und wir dafür bezahlt haben, konnten wir unser Frühstück starten. Am nächsten Tag (Freitag), dass gleiche nochmal, diesmal teilte meine Frau den beiden Damen die Zimmernummer mit und WIEDER kam die gleiche unhöfliche und laute Antwort, dass es nicht inklusive ist. Auch diesmal sagte ich, dass sie bitte schauen sollen. Danach konnten wir wieder essen. Am Abreisetag am Samstag, waren wir wieder vorne, diesmal war zusätzlich noch ein junger Herr im Anzug dabei, dieser fragte höflich, ob wir Frühstück gebucht haben, ich habe ihm die Situation erklärt, dass wir es gebucht haben und dass er es bitte prüfen sollte, dass hat er auch an der Rezeption gemacht. Alles war danach in Ordnung, ich beschwerte mich bei dem Herrn über das unmögliche Auftreten seiner Kolleginnen. Diese Damen haben nicht angeboten, mal nachzufragen an der Rezeption und antworteten immer laut, grob und unhöflich. Dieses Verhalten ist respektlos gegenüber den Hotelgäste, unabhängig ob Hotiday oder Palazzo Viridis, vorallem waren wir im Recht. Eine Entschuldigung gab es auch nicht. Ich bitte mit den zuständigen zu sprechen, damit es nicht wieder vorkommt. Das hat uns den Appetit verdorben, weil es sich nicht für so ein Hotel gehört.
• daniele (10/5): Ottima struttura - La camera è pulitissima e molto ben insonorizzata. Letto molto comodo e in dotazione 4 cuscini di ci consistenze differenti. Le ragazze della reception sono un altro valore aggiunto. Nella media milanese sicuramente, ma senza le offerte un pochino caro.

• Afonso (9/5): Malgré ça, le reste c’était bien. - Il y’avait une forte odeur d’écoulement dans la salle de bain qui nous a beaucoup gêné dans la chambre on était obligé de fermer la porte de la salle de bain et aérer la chambre tout le temps.
• Katarzyna (7/5): - Very friendly helpful staff, super comfortable big beds, adjustable and efficient air conditioning, perfect location for a short stay in Milan since the hotel is only 15 min from Duomo, also not too far from the Central Station At our arrival there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Our room was located next to the elevator which was not ideal since we could hear people pass by and talk in early morning - so not the best quality sleep. Also, lack of possibility to make coffee in our room (only tea).

• India (7/5): Comfy rooms but very loud road all night, walkable to Milan city centre! - Lovely room- very modern and clean. Welcome drink was a nice touch . Very noisy hotel- right on the main road and a tram line so constant noise even throughout the night. Staff on reception weren’t particularly helpful
