• Sofia (8/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Υπέροχο το μέρος , το δωμάτιο και η πισίνα. Το εξωτερικό μπάνιο έχει πολλά φυτά σε βάζει κατευθείαν στο mood του Μπαλί. Η βίλα μας ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα στο δρόμο και είχε πάρα πολύ φασαρία. Ειδικά το βράδυ ήταν δύσκολο να κοιμηθούμε.
• Molly-Rose (8/5): Charming quiet villa - The wooden villas, the gardens were maintained and so was the pool. Didn’t hear any other guests. Loved seeing a cat there. The toilet seat needs replacing and general maintenance on door hardware, plumbing, shower head could so with a soak.
• Jake (8/5): Comfortable, clean, central location with a little road noise. - Had a really wonderful stay here. The space was beautifully designed, clean, and felt very thoughtful in every detail. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was also great, with easy access to everything while still feeling peaceful. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating the experience. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The property is quite close to the road, so there was noticeable traffic noise at times. During our stay there was also a birthday event at the venue which became quite loud in the evening and affected the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

• Lliam (7/5): Good value for getting angles - Beautiful grounds. Stunning villa, amazing bed, lovely staff. Good food nearby plus they have scooter hire, with more scooter hire just down the street. Ummmm… noisy. It’s on an arterial road. Be warned.

• Pennings (1/5): Didn’t love our experience. Won’t be back - Pool was nice. Breakfast was nice. The room was full of mould. Unless you are prepared to be eater by bed bugs and mosquitoes need full of mould and stains. We were cover in bed bug bites even after having our linen changed. The light were all on timers and would work during the night so trying to go to the bathroom in the we had to use our phones. We go charged for water even though we booked an extra night because we had a late flight so they got an extra paid night off us and breakfast and we were still charged for water. As foreigners worried of the water they only gave us a jug of water which we can’t prove is filtered even though other accomodation have you multiple bottles a day for better facilities and better prices. When asked they didn’t understand the question and couldn’t help us. You are also on a main road and feel like you are sleeping in the middle of the main road. Construction everywhere and tools starting at 5am. We had no sleep for 3 nights.

Красивая территория - сад и большой бассейн. Буквально за стеной - большая дорога, шум с улицы и рев моторов постоянный. Персонал приветливый, но ломается на простых задачах. На территории вроде есть кафе, но завтрак без предварительного заказа не делают, и даже принести меню вызвало трудности у персонала.

The noise from vehicles can be bothersome at times.

• Viola (10/5): - La struttura si presenta esattamente come nelle foto, delle mini casette con delle camere in stile tipico e bagni meravigliosi. Lo staff poi gentilissimo e molto disponibile! Ottimo il ristorante se ci si vuole fermare per mangiare qualcosa a pranzo/cena. Consiglio vivamente! L’unica pecca è che per raggiungere il centro di Seminjak ci vogliono 15 minuti di macchina, e per quanto ci siamo dei locali e supermercati vicino al villaggio non è una zona bellissima

• Owen (10/5): - Great location between seminyak and canguu, street isn’t too busy , rush hour was a little bit loud, very clean part of bali but the walking paths down the road still has a lot of work, the accomodation though is basically brand spanking new and a very nice bali feel rather than those over modernised minimalist cookie cutter villas, this place felt special and i will come back here everytime i come to bali from now on. The staff are amazing absolutely nothing to complain about

• Iuliia (7/5): everything is fine - there are nuances that I just want to make better - I liked the place, the hotel itself is calm, quiet - in the villa itself there is a huge noise from the road (bikes non-stop) you can hear it during the day and at night the bathroom lacks a mirror. bathroom accessories were not delivered. there is a huge mirror where there are cabinets - and there is an air conditioner blowing in your back.. which is not very comfortable after a shower and in general - if you do your makeup near the mirror, it blows in your back. turn off the air conditioner, other family members feel discomfort. that's why the villa is divided into zones (bedroom, cabinets and air conditioner where there are cabinets, its power is not enough for the whole villa during the day)

We booked for two nights after being in Lombok for two weeks, just wanted some where to relax before our flight home. Was perfect for that. Staff were lovely The noise from the road was quite loud at night time, I don’t know if it’s just because the government is trialing a new system to lessen the traffic on the main roads, so a lot of roads are now one way making them busier. Not the accommodations fault at all.

• Lou (1/5): Looks good in pics, but... - the breakfast was good It was noisy, right next to a road that was busy all night. I was assaulted by the night staff when I arrived. He made sexual.advamces towards and I had to push him out of the villa. I was in fear all night that he would return. He would not bring me bottled water. The roof in the bathroom was in disrepair and water was flooding in from the rain.

• andreea (9/5): - Villa este din lemn, camera dar mai ales baia uriașă și foarte instagramabila. Locația este foarte liniștită, piscina, gradina și zona de relaxare foarte bine întreținute și spațioase. O locație aerisita. Patul enorm si foarte confortabil. Locația are propriul restaurant, cu multe opțiuni tradiționale la preturi foarte bune. Micul dejun este contra cost și se poate comoda în avans. Mi-ar fi plăcut sa fie într o zona cu mai multe magazine, restaurante, deși chiar dacă nu aveai Scouter, peste drum aveai un magazin, restaurant vietnamez și coffee shop.
• Maxim (10/5): Маленький рай в сердце Семиньяка! Превзошли ожидания - Отличный отель за отличную стоимость (Жили в нем 9 дней). Отличное расположение. Если вы хотите остановиться в Семиьняке или недалеко от Чангу/Куты - то у данного отеля очень удобное расположение. Рядом есть магазин со всем необходимым и вкусный ресторан, а также выезд на главные улицы Семиньяка. До моря примерно минут 10 на Байке. Номера чистые и ухоженные. Огромные кровати, удобные матрасы, дают вкусный рисовый чай и кофе в номер. Открытые ванные – просто кайф. Всегда была горячая вода, с напором тоже проблем нет. Просто моешься под открытым душем на улице и получаешь тонну удовольствия. По шуму - да, он есть, но лично нам с женой он вообще не мешал, спали как убитые. Бассейн один из самых чистых из всех мест где мы были на Бали. Его убирают каждый день, фильтруют, вода очень приятная. Рядом удобные шезлонги и выносят полотенца для бассейна и красиво кладут у лежаков. Над бассейном растут красивые деревья с бело-желтыми цветами, которые падают в бассейн и очень это все красиво. Территория отеля также очень ухожена и красива. Все даже лучше чем на фотографиях! Персонал также оставил очень приятное впечатление. Всегда тебе улыбаются, здороваются. Убираются по требованию и довольно, так что в этом тоже проблем нет. Спасибо вашему отелю за наш незабываемый отдых! Нам у вас очень понравилось!

• Itziar (6/5): - Es amplio y se puede descansar bien del ruido de fuera. Estaba francamente sucio. Cuesta creer que fuera un cuatro estrellas. El baño estaba completamente dejado, si pisabas descalzo se te quedaban los pies negros, la bañea imposible de usar. Por dentro los cojines estaban llenos de manchas, y había polvo y suciedad por todas partes.

This place was a treat and perfect location - The property was perfect location I spent the entire day on the street where I was staying including doing my nails, massage, lunch, shopping, bars it was perfect location without needing a ride all located on the same street! The pool was nice and deep your own little yard the room was very chilled it added to the Bali experience especially with the decor!! I loved how the villa was more Balinese but modern instead of western modern There was no soundproofing in the villa so it was loud day/night and there’s a bar right next to the villa and the main traffic, if you’re a deep sleeper you’ll be fine. If not well welcome to Bali. There are no phones in the room but you use WhatsApp on your phone to get in touch with reception

• Yann (6/5): Pas mal! - Le jardin de l’établissement et les salles de bain extérieures sont magnifiques. Les chambres sont aménagées avec des meubles en bois massif qui leur donnent beaucoup de cachet. La route est passante à toutes heures et génère par conséquent beaucoup de bruit. Le ménage des chambres est rapidement fait et nécessiterait davantage de soin.

• Susanna (9/5): Een mooi verblijf op een goede plek! - Ons verblijf was groot met een prima bed! Het zwembad is ook erg mooi. De accommodatie ligt op een goeie locatie. Niet te druk. Er was geen ontbijt inbegrepen maar er zijn genoeg ontbijt tentjes in de buurt, zoals aan de overkant van de straat Ely’s Kitchen, echt een aanrader! De accommodatie is savonds niet zo goed verlicht waardoor je moeilijk je spullen ziet. Er is ook een buiten badkamer waardoor je wel last hebt van insecten.

I was waiting in the restaurant since 1.30pm (check in time 2pm). and even after 2pm, I need to go to the staff to ask for check in. The bed sheet has some stains. The outdoor bathroom is not very clean. I got a room in the corner, even though the other room looked unoccupied.
