• Hubert (8/5): - Logement bien conçu, chauffage bien réglé, literie très confortable. Bonne distribution pour deux collaborateurs de travail femme/homme. Matériel de cuisine un peu juste.Manque de récipient pour cuire, saladiers, plats... Si je prends un gîte c'est que je cuisine!
• Olivier (9/5): Idéal pour un court ou long séjour dans Nevers ! - Le logement est remarquable, bien rénové, décoré avec goût et tout équipé. Il est situé à proximité du centre ville et propose un parking privé fermé. Les instructions pour accéder au logement sont très claires. Une taie d'oreiller et un drap housse avec des taches suspectes. Ca nous a contrarié.

• Claude (10/5): Une merveille inattendue dans un quartier à la fois ancien et vétuste - L’établissement était superbe, propre et très bien équipé. Le garage attenant nous a permis de garer notre voiture, ce qui en plein centre-ville a été très appréciable. Seul bémol, une rampe pour l’escalier extérieur serait la bienvenue. Sans objet

• GUELPA (10/5): Extra ! - Idéal, à 2 pas du centre ville. Le garage est un plus nécessaire dans cette rue calme. Très propre et nous avons apprécié d'avoir des doses de café, des douceurs sucrés, sel/poivre, des produits d'hygiène, etc. La climatisation fut appréciable avec une journée très chaude !

• Matthew (7/5): Lovely property for a stay, but don’t rely on the EV charger to work. - Modern, clean town house in an excellent location to explore Nevers, with a private parking garage which is very useful in the narrow streets. It has a kitchen and everything you could need for a nice night or two. Supermarket is just 2 mins walk away, bars and restaurants are 5 mins away. Easy check in and out and helpful concierge service. The EV charger (for which we had chosen this specific property) did not work unfortunately - neither the host nor the owner could help us. It was asking for an RFID charge card, but none of mine worked - it needs a special one for this specific charger. Be aware of this if you are going to depend on charging your car. There is a MacDonalds with a 150kw charger just a few mins drive away. (I had to use this early on my morning of departure, which cost me €22 for a charge, which I had hoped to not require)
• Pascal (9/5): Super ! - L'appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé (prise recharge voiture dans garage privatif, machines à laver le linge te la vaisselle, clim dans chaque pièce, 2 WC ,...) et très bien situé. Manque juste quelques petites cuillères :-) ! Et l'évacuation d'eau (de pluie) au RdC semble étrange (c'est peu gênant, mais facilement inondable alors que c'est à l'abri) ! Rien ! Y a t il un composteur près de l'appartement ?
