• Radoslav (9/5): - Very clean and modern flat with private parking. Perfect for visiting Venice if you travel by car. The online registration form we had to fill in is complicated and takes a long time to fill in. It will be much easier with printed copies of the form on A4 format left in the flat.

• Csaba (10/5): - Close to Venice, just take the tram directly to Venice (or the substitution bus, cause the tram was not operating when we were there, but is was also convenient). Spaceous, clean apartment, free parking place in the yard.

Selleks, et saada puhtaid linu, pidime saatma ekstra pildid olukorrast. Selle peale kui küsisime WC paberi kohta(oli vaid eelmise rulli lõpp), soovitati meile ise neid osta. Mainides, et reserveeringul on ju kirjas, et majutuskoht on nendega varustatud, siis toodi järgmine päev. Ei saanud üldse aru, mille eest küsitakse 80 eurot koristuse eest. Majutuskoha pildid ei vastanud tegelikkusel.

• Modestas (10/5): Very okeasent stay - Good location within walking distance to the tram and supermarket. Safe car parking. Lift to access second floor apartment, much easier to bring heavy baggage up
• Karolina (7/5): - Lokalizacja dobra. Komunikacja z centrum Wenecji dobra. Na początku brak czajnika. Po dwóch prośbach do właścicieli- czajnik dostarczono. Ale tak naprawdę byl już nieprzydatny z uwagi na krótki pobyt.
• Hannan Tahir (8/5): - Location was a big plus. Also we got a parking place inside the building area so that was also good. Lift is present. Beds were good and comfortable. Apartment was clean. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Apartment misses some very basic things in the kitchen like cutting board, salt, sugar, water kettle, microwave etc. Would have been better if host privide these things. Also no information was present regarding buying tickets for trams or tram timings were given by the host. I asked the host about tram timings before coming but no reply. We arrived on a very hot day and apartment was very very hot inside. We switched on airconditioning but it took almost 6-8 hours to become normal. Also one airconditioner is in the living room and the second airconditioner is in a halway which connect twobedrooms and a bathroom. This airconditioner was kind of unable to cool the room which was at the end even after 1 day. It would have been much better 8f airconditioners were in the bedrooms. Also host only gave half roll of toilet paper for 4 people for two nights stay which in my opinion was ridiculous. .

• Andrew (7/5): Good location just unfortunately missing some basic facilities. - Free parking and near the tram line to get into Venice. There were lots of basic things missing. No kettle in the kitchen. Only 1 bedside lamp in one room and none in the other. No welcome or information pack. No Tea or Coffee. WiFi not working when we arrived however it was fixed during the evening.
• Jhoseling (7/5): Fancy and clean place to stay in with a good parking and possibly electricity surprise - Great location, excellent building quality and great parking. Clean and organized The apartment was very clean, but otherwise quite basic. There was a washing machine, but no space or rack for drying clothes. No soap or shampoo provided, and no information about whether the tap water was safe to drink. Unlike other places we’ve stayed, there were no special touches—just a clean place to sleep.

• Gillian (8/5): Very pleasant, clean apartment in a great location just outside Venice. - Location - 2 minute walk to tram station into Venice which was only a 10 minute journey. Free parking. Very clean. No kettle, no toaster & would have been good to have some tourist information such as: - guide on how to get into Venice - how to buy tram tickets - nearest supermarket - restaurant recommendations etc

• Bernard (8/5): Very good - Close to Venice. Easy to get to by tram. Free parking. Very modern and clean apartment. Some things were missing in the kitchen and bathroom. Host was not very helpful.
• Stephanie (6/5): Missing essentials - The location is good, and the apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was missing some essentials. No electric coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, cutting board, dish towels, dish, rags, dishwasher tablets, dryer or drying rack. No complementary essentials—salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea or paper towels, things commonly provided by the host in our experience. There is a small television, but it’s in the most inconvenient location above the oven that it’s impractical and not really usable. Poor hosting: I asked the host for a few of the missing essentials, but she did not respond at all. We asked her to repair the door handle, from the inside, which comes off. Zero communication. But when I asked if we could check out two hours later than scheduled, she curtly replied that it would cost another 20€. This is a courtesy that is often provided free, but not here. Summary: Although the apartment had some pros, it had many cons, and the host was not helpful or communicative. It’s as though she provided just enough to advertise well but not enough to actually allow you to cook and do laundry as needed. If you’re looking for “home away from home,” this is not the place for you.

• Ivaylo (10/5): A modern and comfortable stay near Venice! - The apartment is in a newly built, modern house. It was tastefully furnished, bright and with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very clean, comfortable, and with good noise isolation from the street. The private parking spot on site was a great feature. This apartment is about 10 min walking distance to the bus stop to Venice and also very close to Mestre’s city center. I would highly recommend Lucrezia Suite to anyone who visits the area! Everything was fine.
