- Anna (3/5): Geen 4-sterrenervaring en niet de geboekte kamer gekregen - De ligging in Parijs was prettig en het hotel zag er op de foto’s mooi uit. Personeel was vriendelijk. Wij hadden een deluxe tweepersoonskamer geboekt, maar kregen een veel te volle driepersoonskamer met nauwelijks loopruimte. Mijn kleindochter moest over mij heen klimmen om uit bed te komen. De kamer was erg gehorig door de tussendeur naar de kamer ernaast, waardoor wij nauwelijks hebben geslapen. Ook de tv was vanuit bed niet goed bruikbaar en het ontbijt was erg beperkt voor een 4-sterrenhotel.
- Janice (7/5): An expensive roof over your head. - The room was a good size for two people, a little tight for three adults but we managed. After all, it's Paris. It was close to the Metro and there was a grocery store across the street. The kitchen worked for us and was setup to cook a real meal. When I look at a room description on booking.com if it says washing machine, dryer, walk-in closet, clothes rack, etc., I expect them to be in the room that I am booking. This was not the case. The washer and dryer are in the basement. No information about using the equipment was posted. It took a long time. I probably had the dryer settings wrong, or maybe it's because the dryers are not vented. I expected for the price $3500 for 3 people for 7 nights that the accommodation would be in the Marais when it was actually on the boarder (?), really. It was in easy walking distance of the Marais that we see on the Internet. The neighborhood was not the Paris that I expected. No sidewalk cafes. Busy street. Grubby? We have stayed in Paris five times in the past few years. Some staff were good, some not so good. A young lady helped us with our A/C, thank you. A young man at the desk couldn't tell me where to get a good pizza. The most aggravating thing was being told on our last night if we wanted toilet paper there was a store across the street. Come on, one roll? Also, remove you trash from your room at $3500. Hum.....

- Katie (3/5): The worse experience in Paris - Location This was our 10th stay in Paris, so we have an experience of what a 4* hotel should look like. This hotel is not a 4* at all. The whole experience with the hotel and the stuff was an absolute disaster. If you would like to experience a good service of a 4* hotel, stay away from this place at any cost 1. The check in: the receptionist was absolutely unfriendly, arrogant and unprofessional. He barely spoke English, didn’t even great us and looked very annoyed. He didn’t even look at us, was busy with his phone and continued sitting. I had to ask all the information that is being usually told (breakfast time, wifi etc). The check in itself is a long and pretty complicated online process (during that period you were not be even offered to seat). No help from the stuff. 2. The reception is basically a dirty messy desk, no place to sit. No umbrellas are available to borrow. 3. All the stuff we met were unfriendly, annoyed, arrogant and didn’t speak English. 4. The sofa in the room and the curtains were dirty. The room was too cold. 5. The breakfast was till 10:30 when we went downstairs at 10:05 there was a tea spoon of omelette left, along with ages-old smoked salmon, two pieces of completely dry cheese and a small leftover of baguette. We didn’t ask for the refill, but were told right away that the breakfast finishes soon and no other food will be brought. 6. Whatever you ask the stuff for: refill of coffee in the room, a change of towels, you hear “that’s not possible” and “you have to pay for it online” 7. Check out: The same experience as check in. Will never be back here

- Peter (9/5): Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. - Room was nicely fitted out. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was great. Coffee machine and kitchenette in the room was helpful. Laundry facilities onsite. Across the road from the Metro. Staff were variable. Some were helpful and engaging, others were literally sleeping on the job (breakfast staff). While room was a good size (for Paris), there was no real space for suitcases. I’d suggest removing the coffee table and replacing with a luggage rack at end of bed. Also, they tend to push the upsell, for example, early checkin or late checkout. We took the early checkin which was helpful but for 150 euro, it was expensive for a room that was already available.

- Koukia (5/5): Great apartment, deeply disappointing service at premium pricing - The apartment itself is genuinely well-located in the Marais — a beautiful area. The space is well-equipped with a full kitchen, good appliances, and comfortable rooms for a family. The building and common areas are clean and modern. Cleaning and linen: We stayed 6 nights as a family of 5. The apartment was cleaned once — one day before departure, and only after repeated written requests over several days. When we asked for cleaning, we were directed to a paid upsell platform (Enso Connect) charging €15.75 for towels and €26.25 for linen changes. The Booking.com listing shows towels and linen as included amenities with no ‘additional charge’ badge. When we raised this discrepancy, the property’s written response was that this is ‘clearly indicated at booking’ — which contradicts what the listing actually shows. Breakfast: Included in our rate. The same items were served every day with very limited variety and below average presentation. Totally not matching the apartment quality and rate charged. On one occasion there was not enough bread and croissants for our family of five. When we asked for more, we were told the previous guests had consumed them. At this price point, that response is simply not acceptable. Television: The TV basic channels and stream did not work. We reported it. Management confirmed in writing it was ‘fully functional.’ Then that they do not offer streaming and when we insisted they accepted the issue and tried to resolve it — it remained completely frozen at the initial menu for the first three days of our stay. We paid quite enough for 6 nights. The apartment itself is worth considering for its location and facilities. The service model — paid upsells for basics, minimal housekeeping, running out of breakfast items — is not consistent with the price or the listing as presented. Families considering this property should read the listing very carefully and clarify in advance exactly what is and is not included.

Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das unfreundliche Personal am Check-In Schalter (obwohl dies sicherlich auch Tagesform abhängig sein wird...).

Clear communication with the staff before arriving and during the stay. The location allows easy access to any major tourist spot (either walking distance or a short public transport stop away). - Sean (2/5): - Only the location This hotel has very bad service. We got a small room with a very small bed, and the main issue was that it was very noisy, both from outside and inside. We heard the traffic from the road very loudly even with the windows closed, and we could also hear people from the next room. We didn’t sleep at all, and we are not usually sensitive to noise. After a night like this, we went to the reception to ask for a solution, and they asked us to give them a 5/5 rating on Google in order to replace the room. In the end, we stayed in the same room and had a very bad experience. The breakfast was disappointing, the room was very small, the service was bad, and it was very noisy. Don’t go there!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. - Schönes, neues und sauberes kleines Appartment mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Kinder (11, 16 J.) und 2 Erwachsene, bequemes Schlafsofa, zentrale Lage in guter Gegend. Kleines, aber sehr feines Frühstück. Die Dachgeschoss-Wohnung heizt sich bei warmem Wetter schnell auf.

Σε επόμενη επίσκεψη στο Παρίσι θα το ξαναδιαλέξω σίγουρα για διαμονή. Αυτό που χρειάζεται βελτίωση, αλλά κ αυτό είναι σχετικό για τα γούστα του καθενός, ειναι το πρωινό. Ότι είχε το πρωινο ήταν πολύ νόστιμο κ καλό. Αυτό που χρειάζεται βελτίωση ήταν η ποικιλία στο πρωινό. Λίγες περισσότερες επιλογές. Ωστόσο κ πάλι ήταν εξαιρετικά.

- demy (10/5): Clean, nice balcony, safe building, perfect location in le Marais - It was super clean, lovely design, very nice decoration. Quality wise, perfect! Very safe building! A comfortable bed, soft bedsheets, great balcony! We stayed there for a week and we absolutely loved it!

- Ольга (10/5): - Very good hotel! The rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful — they assisted us quickly whenever we needed anything. I especially liked having a kitchen in the room, which made it easy to prepare snacks. The design is beautiful, and you can see that every detail was thoughtfully planned. The location is perfect: major landmarks are within walking distance, and the metro is nearby. We’re very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

- Meiying (10/5): 位置好，交通方便 - 乾淨明亮，窗外街景也漂亮。櫃台有服務人員，很方便處理臨時狀況或寄放行李。對面有大型超市。前方就有公車站牌，走路10分鐘可到聖母院RER地鐵站和火車站，直達戴高樂機場，到凡爾賽宮或各國知名景點都很方便。附近熱鬧乾淨安全，慢慢走路可以到聖母院，也很舒服。

- Fangchu (8/5): - 地理位置优越，交通便利，出门1分钟就是地铁站；公寓正对面有一家很大的超市，购买食物和生活用品方便。距离各大景点步行20分钟左右即可达到。另外酒店工作人员非常友善热情，整体入住体验还是不错的。
