• maeva (9/5): Bel appartement en centre ville - Emplacement idéal à moins de 10 minutes à pied du zócalo. Un bel appartement haut sous plafond avec une décoration soignée. Beau patio verdoyant privatif. Lumineux et très calme, nuit silencieuse. Lit très grand et confortable. Prix vraiment raisonnable compte tenu de la qualité du lieu et de l'emplacement. La réceptionniste était sympathique et a gardé mon bagage toute une matinée avant que je puisse faire le check in. Quelques cheveux dans la douche. Isolation phonique inexistante: on entend tout ce que font les autres occupants. Heureusement ils se sont couchés tôt donc j'ai pu passer une excellente nuit sans aucun bruit. Une belle vaisselle est mise à disposition mais il n'y a rien pour cuisiner, en tous cas pas dans mon appartement. Un four micro-onde et un frigo auraient été les bienvenus. Rien dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes.
• Fabiola (10/5): - It’s a new place with beautiful contemporary and minimalist architecture. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed, very comfortable. It’s just a few steps far from the center. We very much enjoyed our stay!!
• Adrián (9/5): Amazing place for relax in the center - Amazing space for a great price, stylish and quiet. They provided wood for the fireplace! Every room seems to be connected from the ceiling, so you can hear everyone around.

• Nicolò (10/5): Tutto davvero top! - Struttura meravigliosa e di nuova costruzione. Le stanze sono davvero belle e davvero comode. Letto king size con ottimo materasso e cuscini. Bagno super. Buono il tour suggerito, sebbene leggermente più caro dei tour operator in centro. Purtroppo non lascialo le chiavi del portone e questo obbliga tutte le volte a citofonare. Il team è sempre cordiale e molto reattivo, ma personalmente avremmo preferito avere l’autonomia di aprire e chiudere. Non si dispone di una cucina, che è un peccato considerando la qualità dell’abitazione.

Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt Wenn es kalt draußen ist, dann spürt man es auch sehr im Apartment. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und bietet Decken und ein portables Heizgerät an, wenn man darum bittet. Das macht den Aufenthalt dann schon angenehmer. Die Wassertemperatur schwankt manchmal und ist manchmal für unser Gefühl nicht warm genug

• Øystein55 (8/5): Refreshing - A very refreshing interior, spacious and clean. Hot water. Huge bed. Friendly staff. We were able to check in early, right after arriving by night bus. Very little sound from the outside. The place seems to be created for looks rather than use. A lot of the furniture was quite uncomfortable: The concrete couch and its odd massive pillow left little room to sit, the really high concrete table.. The fireplace is more of a gimmick than an actual working fireplace. Acoustics are quite bad so you have to be lucky with your neighbours.

La cama, almohadas y sábanas te brindan una calidad de sueño increíble. Chimenea, agua filtrada, platos, vasos, frigobar, todo precioso y de calidad. El staff servicial, amable y alegres para lo que se te ofrezca

• Olle (7/5): Great place ☺️ - Stylish, very comfortable and large bed, nice with plants and fireplace. As many reviews here mentioned already, it was very cold inside. We initially “ thought how bad can it be “ but it was freezing. There were no radiators anywhere in the studio and it’s all in concrete. Only a fireplace which didn’t do much to the temperature. Bring slippers and warm clothes!

The lady on the front told us that she couldn't change our towels that they dont change them everyday .. I told her they havent clean or change towels in the last two days and we need a refresh.

• Sonja (10/5): - Wir hatten sogar einen Kamin den wir am Abend anmachen konnten. Schöne Ausstattung, alles was man braucht. Riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Küchen und Essbereich. Wir könnten unser Gepäck dort aufbewahren bis das Zimmer fertig war. Es handelt sich um eine 24 Stunden Rezeption, nicht um einen 24 Stunden Check In. Ein Check-in ist erst ab 15 Uhr möglich. Das ist auf booking.com anders beschrieben und wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir direkt einchecken können.

The location is perfect, allowing easy access to all the main attractions in the area. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and incredibly welcoming. A special thank-you to the staff, who were always available, attentive, and genuinely kind — they truly made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be back! Nothing

• Adam (7/5): Could be great but needs some tweaks... - The property looks great and is really spacious. Having the view on to the garden in our studio was lovely. It was freezing! I know it was a relatively cold time for San Cristobal, but it was so cold in the studio. Having such high ceilings (and openings at the top of the wall) contribute to this, plus everything being concrete, and the windows to the garden not really sealing properly. There was a fireplace but we tried multiple times to light it to no effect. Eventually the staff brought us a tiny heater. The design looks great but there are several flaws eg the coffee machine can't be plugged in because the plugs don't reach, the sofa looks cool but is 90 degrees and so really uncomfortable, and the table is super high compared to the chairs. All kind of form over function...

• Laura (8/5): Agradable - Muy bien ubicado, limpio, espacioso. La atención del personal. Pasamos un poco de frío, tuvimos que añadir un edredón extra (fuimos en Octubre). Quizá está un poco desangelado, le falta calidez pero creo que es porque llevan poco tiempo abiertos. No hay desayuno incluído (sí cafeteras y cocina).
