- Dora (5/5): Passable - Center is easily reachable by tram and the airport via bus. There are shops and restaurants basically in front of the doir Check-in was a hassle as no clear instructions were provided as to where to find the entrance/reception despite multiple requests. Had to ask at another hotel to get proper directions.
The bathroom drains were smelly, there was no toilet brush or soap to wash your hands making simple hygiene difficult.
Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything.
Also it was way too warm inside despite only being 18°C outside and there was no proper way to cool the room.

- Marguerite (8/5): It was wonderful and enjoyable - It located in a good area. The room is not clean since 4 days of staying.
- Satish (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fabienne (7/5): Good -
- Rehana (3/5): Poor - N/a No cleaning, no toilet cleaning , cleaning, and equipment (toilet brush), no tissue or amenities.
I'm really disappointed.
- Franklin (8/5): Very good -
- Ľubica (8/5): Very good - I liked the location and the accessibility to public transport. The kitchen was not equipped at all. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The mattress was uncomfortable; the springs were very noticeable.
- Ervon (9/5): Superb -
- B. (4/5): Very poor experience - There was nothing there that I liked. 1. The fact that this property is actually a student dorm was not clearly indicated at the time of booking.
2. A very complicated check-in system that must be completed before arrival, so they can "approve" you—after taking your money.
3. An uncomfortable bed that is falling apart.
4. A dirty shower full of female hair.
5. A hot room with no AC and a window that cannot be fully opened.
6. Rude and unfriendly personnel.
7. The fact that the Booking.com instructions were incorrect about the check-in location, it was in a different building, which was locked and inaccessible without a key.
8. The fact I paid $100 a night for this cr.p—what a rip-off. Go somewhere else.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good accommodation that does the job if you're staying in Dublin temporarily or are a student. - Lovely area, right beside a shopping centre with a Centra nearby as well as other restaurant options.
Welcoming and communal atmosphere from not only the staff but the other guests as well. The FOB operated doors for our room didn't automatically lock after the door was closed. This was unusual and we weren't informed of this, so we realised we accidentally had our room unlocked the whole first night.
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - Too hot in the rooms
- Swati (7/5): Good location, but the riom was very basic. There wasn’t even a hand soap that was provided in the bathroom. No shampoo, - Conveniently located near the tram stop. No toiletries were provided. There was no bin in the bathroom and the bin in the room did not have a liner.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Clean, basic accommodation for a good price Room was very warm in summer even with window open
- Julie (7/5): Good location and good nearby facilities. - Great location; easy access to the Red Line tram close by. Close to small supermarkets and cafes for breakfasts and dinner. We booked 2 rooms and found they were not next to/ close to each other. We had to text each other or set a time to meet up. Also there were key coded fire doors separating us. This is consistent with student accommodation but odd for holiday visitors. Something to remember for next time.
- Gaia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Joelle (9/5): Superb -
- Nenad (5/5): Passable -
- Nick (5/5): Affordable, get what you pay for - contextually speaking. - Cheap. Far away from city centre although there is a tram nearby.
Not particularly clean.
- Ioana (8/5): Very good -

- Whiffen (1/5): Non existent. A scam - Pretty sure this place is a scam. Horrible communication with the host. The day I got there, there were no indications of how to get in. There were no directions, no access code. I called 56 times booking.com and they kept "transferring" me over to nothing. I emailed tons of times trying to get in touch with the host. I finally called my bank and said it was a scam and got my money back thankfully.
Absolutely horrible. I was standing outside in the rain trying to get in with all my luggage and nothing. Had to end up booking a hotel.
- Maurizio (10/5): Top - Everything
- Martin (7/5): All in all, good quality for price. - I appreciated that it was in a fairly quiet area. The room was as I expected based on photos and satisfactory. No possibility of an early check-in, no place to leave your luggage when arriving early. The kitchen has the advertised utilities but absolutely no dishes, kettle, etc. to cook with, which sort of defeats the purpose.
- Mohammed (9/5): Good value for moneu - Location, price, convenience The bed was little squeeky, TV channels were limited apart of that all good.
- Katarína (8/5): Very good - Location
Cleanliness Beds were uncomfortable
- Wilkes (9/5): Student accommodation - Good location right next to the tram, access to self catering facilities. More information needed on where to find the accommodation e.g. name of the building
- Diane (7/5): Good - Good location Bed isn't the most comfortable
- Natalia (7/5): Good -
- Mauro (3/5): Poor - Common area were fine. A little dirt but fine. Worst mattress ever. Staff are completely careless about every problem. I couldn't sleep for three days and I had back pain. The pillows were so terrible that I used my jumpers as pillows. The room was a bit dirty, and smelled a lot of dust. There was no toilet brush. The TV only worked, badly, on two channels and the remote control didn't work, no big deal, I understand, but when I asked for the remote control they wouldn't help me. Neither for the mattress nor for the pillows. I broke the handle of my suitcase and asked for a screwdriver, they said no to that too (why? What can I do with a screwdriver?).
If there had been other hotels available I would have left immediately..
- Julian (5/5): Passable - We booked a double room with two single beds, however there was only one not too big bed in our room. The receptionist wasn’t helpful. It is definitely a single room, too small for two people.
- Adam (6/5): Two weeks in Dublin during Erasmus courses. - The location was great — just 30 minutes from the city centre. The apartment had a lift, microwave, cooker, stove, and toaster. Two fringes on the floor The mattress was terribly noisy. The towel had holes. There were no kitchen utensils — not even a spoon or a plate, mugs or glasses. There were no plastic bags in the trash bins either. The nice lady in the reception said, that I could not use the gim, cause I was not a student.
- Tereza (6/5): We felt as of it's two of us in a room for just one - We enjoyed the location (very near to the city centre, nice location), the building as such was also pretty. The bed was way too small for two people, besides, it was truly uncomfortable. Even though we were allowed to use the kitchen, there were no dishes, not even a cup/glass for water. We stayed for three days, on our second day, the room started to be very dusty (there were pieces of dust every where on the floor, it was pretty disgusting) and the bathroom was rather smelly at night. Due to the hot weather, our room was very hot as well. There is a dancing studio or sth similar in the neighboring building and there are classes until late evening. The music was very loud...
- Nimra (9/5): Superb - Location . Such a calm and cosy place Would be perfect with alternative cleaning services available
- Xristinakala (8/5): Very good -
- Lazaroo (10/5): Exceptional - Very central to everything & walking distance to city centre. The bus stops from/to airport and the tram stop are 1 min away. A good shopping mall is next door too Nothing
- Kieran (5/5): Septum piercing was memorable. - Open and spacious common areas as well as decent security. The room and common space felt clean and modern. Not exactly a central location but still a very good location if you come to Dublin. It served its purpose. and there’s a really nice cafe nearby as you head towards the city centre. Room was quite stuffy at night. There were signs highlighting to lower your standards as it is student-style accommodation (it’s still accommodation you’re advertising on Booking.com) and some places which are significantly cheaper offer items such as shampoo and shower gel. The Irish hospitality was non-existent. We had to wait with our luggage until the middle of the afternoon to check in as the septum piercing at reception informed us that they don’t do that. My partner received a cold no and in his words a look as if he was a peasant from her when he asked her a question later on as well.
- Sanzhar (5/5): Passable -
- Sayan (7/5): Good -
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Sonia (9/5): It was a wonderful stay and would like to visit it again - Very near and well maintained Cutleries in the kitchen - at least the basic ones should be provided
- Ana (7/5): Great Price and Convenience - Its a nice area, the tram is 1 block away and it's just 5 stops from O'connell Street. My bath/bedroom smelled very bad the entire time, even though it was clean.
- Morena (5/5): Passable - Location. The building is amazing. The bed was very very uncomfortable. The sound of the mattress was very annoying. And the room was pretty dirty.
- Charlene (7/5): Good - Location , price The bed and mattress were not comfy at all.
- Yolanda (7/5): Ok place for the prices in Dublin - It was a different experience, it was quite in a good location 25mints walk from center. In the booking.com says that has shampoo, gel douche, but doesn't have anything only toilet paper. The walls are to thin because u can hear everything from your neighbour.
- Cathal (5/5): Passable -
- 陳志強 (5/5): Passable - The accommodation is conveniently located, with supermarkets and bus stations nearby. Simple dormitory, the kitchen has equipment but no tableware is provided. I stayed there for 6 nights and asked the counter staff, but they said that toilet paper was no longer provided except the original 2 rolls.
- Dangė (8/5): Very good - The location was near the centre, a few places to get food just around the corner.
Downstairs they gave a mini gym, a cinema room and a rooftop terrace.
Good value of money if you’re travelling on a budget. The place was a little difficult to find, it was hard to reach someone when we arrived after reception working hours.
The room we stayed at was not cleaned after the previous stay, the bathroom didn’t have a trash bin or a toilet brush. Only trash bin was in the room, but it didn’t have a trash bag.
- Pavel (1/5): Do not reccomend it - Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to mention. I do not recommend this accommodation at all. The information about the age is quite small and can be overlooked - no one below 18 years is not allowed to stay there.
My daughter (18) and her friend (unfortunately 5 days to 18, that we did not realized) booked the accommodation, paid the stay for 3 days. During the online check in the problem with the age was discovered. They did not allowed to stay them in the paid accommodation, kept all money and refused to return at least some part of the payment, they kept also 90 Euro cleaning fee (I do not for what, if no one staid there?).
Formally, yeas, it is the rule and a mistake. But in the human way – leaving two young girls on the street of Dublin, kept their money, forced to look for something else and find the money for additional accommodation? That is really crazy and totally inhuman and they have zero interest in any compromise or help. Their only advice? To contact the booking.com hotline – this is really a genuine customer care.
- Michael (4/5): Not a comfortable stay - Good location
Good value compared to other options in the area
Clean rooms Hot / stuffy room
Windows don’t open
Air con is very weak
No fan
Uncomfortable/ cheap mattress
No soap / shampoo in the bathroom (and it’s not specified in the description)
All staff I encountered were quite unfriendly
No kettle, tea or coffee facilities in room
No on site breakfast, tea, or coffee options
No clothes hangers (despite there being a rail!)
- Argyro (7/5): Good - Close to the center, good transport connection.
The gym was very nice No amenities (shampoo ect)
The booking was for two persons and we only had one set of towels. When we asked for a second one they said that they will get us one more but we never got one.
The mattress was not very comfortable
- Maartje (7/5): Expect the bare minimum - The location’s great. The campus is very close to the tram line and a bus. It’s also well connected to the airport and the area in general felt safe, for a solo female traveller. The rooms offer the bare minimum. They don’t provide you with soap, a (plastic) cup or bin bag and I wasn’t super impressed with the overall cleanliness either. The mattress was downright awful - very squeaky and uncomfortable. The spring was poking through the material and there is no way two people could sleep in that bed comfortably.
I did not receive the online instructions for check-in, which was unfortunate but manageable. However, I arrived early and staff does not allow to you leave your luggage in the hall because apparently there isn’t enough ‘space’. There was plenty of space in the common areas, but they really couldn’t be bothered.
I paid less than 70€ per night for my stay which is a bargain for Dublin so I can’t complain too much. But it’s not really worth the full price.
- Vifill (3/5): These are STUDENT APARTMENTS! Don't expect hotel-level accommodation. - The reception, hosts and costumer service were extremely nice and approachable. The location is very good for concerts as 3Arena is right by and Aviva Stadium is an easy 30 min walk away. The red line tram is also just outside the place which allowed for a quick and comfortable way to get downtown. The gym is clean, nice and accessible. It would have been great if the cinema were available to guests as well! Nothing was provided. No soap, no handtowel. The towels were unpleasant and shed. The bed was uncomfortable. There was only one roll of toilet paper and we found out that each room only gets two rolls during their stay. Felt constrained. We do realize these are student apartments and the price does reflect that. However, some basic necessities (such as soap and clean bathrooms) would be appreciated.
- João (5/5): for the price its ok - limpeza staff dont comunicate
- Noel (1/5): Bad -
- Emily (7/5): Good location but bare bones and dirty. - The location is great, super central to Dublin city center. The check in is difficult to find. You have to wait for someone to be coming in or out of the doors because they are always locked. The floors and surfaces were dirty with crumbs and debris.
- Brechje (6/5): Good for one, maybe two nights but not longer. - Very nice entrance and good security! The common space was always clean. There were a lot of bugs in our room (see attached pictures) and the mattress was wildly uncomfortable. The AC unit didn’t work and the floor was very dusty.
- Veronika (7/5): Good - It was easily accessible from the bus stop, close to 3Arena, and the grocery store. The instructions to find the accommodation were really bad. They sent me a Google Map link that took me to a totally different location, I called their number, but the person who picked up said they weren’t managing that campus anymore. Gave me a new number, which didn’t even work. Thankfully I managed to find the place because I walked by when coming from the bus stop and saw the sign. The other thing is, I received an email on my second day that its time to check out, which freaked me out a little, because I booked a 3 day stay. Otherwise everything was fine, except the walls were very thing, you could hear the bed creaking from the other room.
- Marco (8/5): Very good -
- Israel (3/5): Uncomfortable Cheap Stay - The property itself i’d very nice, great common areas that do not get super crowded. Secure doors and secure interior as well. Good location to the train stations and some busses. The rooms DO NOT have AC and nor do they have a window that opens. The room got very very hot to the point where it was unbearable and I had to go out into the common area so I didn’t feel as if I was over heating.
There is no silverware/cookware in the communal kitchens. The room was very worn down, beds had almost no comfort at all, I woke up with back issues every night.
Overall, you get what you pay for. It’s not the four seasons but it’s almost BARELY habitable - if you run super cold go ahead, if you run hot and have back issues - stay away.
Overall I am very disappointed, and it feels like a waste of money. It was a true shame given that I will be coming back to Dublin and would book with them again, mostly due to the amazing communal spaces - but the rooms make it impossible for one to come back.
- Masauso (8/5): Very good -
- Niall (3/5): Avoid - Nothing. Dirty, floors and showers were not clean, very filthy. Only 1 towel provided for 4 night stay, refused more when asked & rude receptionist. No facilties/cutlery nothing in the apartment either.
- Eric (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - The address you messaged me with the location of the buidling was not correct. You should fix this as it is confusing for guest :)
- Padraig (1/5): We couldn’t.please give us a refund - Nothing. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. We received no instructions on how to get in and were then stranded with no room in Dublin for the night. I called multiple phone numbers they had listed and never got connected with who I needed to connect with. Booking.com would not load the chat conversations so I couldn’t contact anyone else through that either. The reception was not open so no one could even help us. I am severely disappointed and would not recommend this property to anyone ever. I still could never get in contact with anyone the day after. I would really like a refund and for them to fix this so future travelers could actually get their room. Very disappointed, I would like a refund.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Good value and location. Would stay again. - Very convenient location, very clean and friendly at reception. A luggage drop off for early arrival would be a good idea
- Romina (3/5): Terrible place , avoid - Not much The place is advertised for 2 adults and then the bed can’t fit 2 adults because it’s tiny so we had to book an extra room in another hotel . No towels provided , when I asked for a towel ( we booked for 2 adults ) we were given one hand towel ! We arrived early and the staff didn’t let us leave our bags anywhere, neither could they assist us for a place to leave them . Very unhelpful staff.
- Dillon (1/5): Bad -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (3/5): Not great - Nothing Room was occupied by someone else (see photo). 24 hr reception was not available so had to wait for resolution at midnight. No apology given….very poor
- Karen (8/5): Ideal place when you just need a bed for the night and a nice shower . Perfect for concert goers - Clean, 1 minute walk from the luas / a Centra / dunnes / food places Rooms were very warm , bed was a small double and the mattress isn't great
- Jonathan (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - The location is a renovated dock area, now lively with upscale new flats, office buildings, and shops - an exciting area. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and I enjoyed having a proper table for working. Access to the building was easy, the reception staff friendly, and the area felt very safe and comfortable. Shops, cafes, and restaurants two minutes away, on the red tram line. 30 minutes walk from the city centre. Would stay again. Some basic facilities (glass, cup, hairdryer, soap) would have made me more comfortable - but not a big issue.
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (4/5): Disappointed with the service. - The location was nice, fairly central, walking distance into temple bar and the surrounding areas. very close to the 3 arena. Arrived at 4pm to check in, No toilet paper, No bedding, No towels.
There was supposed to be bedding and towels then at 6pm but it didn't arrive, so a quick shower to refresh myself after a days travel wasn't possible.
- Bernd (10/5): Great location for a conference. - The location and the surroundings. It was a nice area and very quiet.
- William (7/5): Weekend break - Incredible Brazilian lady at reception was so helpful. Over and above normal legend of service . No kettle.
- Vladyslav (7/5): Good -
- Irena (7/5): still good value for money - location was good as I was visiting a family member living close by. Rather quite, although it depends on person living in next room. Very simple, but good value for money. good transport connection to City. Supermarket very close. long time waiting for checking in. Bed very noisy and used matrace. Room is very simple without anything like hangers or soap, but if you read reviews before arrival like I did, you will not except that.
- Penescu (1/5): Bad -
- Flavia (7/5): Good - extremely close to the 3 arena, so very useful if you're in town for a show. room is essential but clean and comfortable and that's all i needed for a short stay. i would've been nice to be able to leave my luggage there for a couple hours after check out, that should be implemented.
- Aleksandra (1/5): TO AVOID. We’ve been told it’s the first time they’ve been renting out rooms for non-students and they are completely lo - Location The staff was not helpful and lost, lack of any management during the weekend. Our room was dirty and had a clogged toilet. Instead of organising repairs asap, the staff took a video of the toilet and sent it to the manager who was not responsive. All other rooms were booked so we had to look for another place to stay in the middle of the night. 3 days later we still have no information on when we will get reimbursed.
- Ilona (7/5): Location as described but nothing beyond bed and bedding - Excellent location, room itself was fine, reception were friendly and apologetic about misleading information on booking.com. Room is very basic, bedding and two hand towels, not even a bag in the bin. Straightforward signing in process Booking.com says there are toiletries, there weren't.
The booking FAQ's say there are kitchen facilities with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, there was nothing and apparently there never has been, the reception staff took pictures of where this was stated to try to get it taken down by the people who manage the bookings.
I wouldn't have minded if I'd known, I was travelling light so made decisions based on what would be available which was highly frustrating.
- Olga (7/5): Good - Place, nearby tram stop, building, garden, hall Not so clean in room, just 1 towel per person, no shampoo, small bed, no utensils in the kitchen
- Usman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monica (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, tram stop round the corner, AirPort Express bus stop <10 min away, clean, easy to get around , great instructions No window could be opened even a little bit. When was sunny even not hot outside it felt like an incubator inside and needed fresh air 😔
- Adeyemi (7/5): Good -
- Satyakanth (7/5): Good -
- Tetiana (8/5): Good choice for budget trip - Great location, cozy smart room..
There're bus and tram stops nearby, a few caffe and shop.
Everything you need for a short stay There was a confusion for me where to find a rubbish bin, but one lovely girl helped me.
And you also must be prepared for fire alarms testing.
