• leon (10/5): Nice little apartment - The jacuzzi bath was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. The only issue is that the bed frame was metal and it made a lot of noise when making any movement 🤦🏽‍♂️

• Chris (9/5): Brilliant stay - Booked for a business booking, guys were very happy with the place. Clean, as described and very reasonably priced. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Thank you! Loved everything that we are staying again!!!!
• Shah (8/5): A very pleasant stay in a great location! - Great location, parking £13 per 24 hours. Easy to find and access. Extremely clean room! The beds were super cool, kids loved them. Great communication from host. Shower and bath tub were great for relaxing. Lots of towels provided. Two Tvs and board games! Would book again! Jacuzzi wasn't powerful but still nice to have a big tub. No privacy due to no net/voile on big window. Cooker is very basic but was usable. Lack of sofa wasn't fun over 4 nights.

• Jordan (5/5): Underwhelming and wildly over priced - Kitchen was well equipped. Good WiFi. Spa bath is very small, looked a lot bigger on pictures, its not all that comfortable for 1 person let alone 2. Also awful water pressure for the bath taps and shower. The room is very basic, monopoly themed room, seemed to be a few monopoly pictures on the wall. The other rooms look far better by the pictures online. The communal hallway stunk of urine unfortunately which was rather off-putting. Whilst bed was comfortable, I was personally disappointed it was a double, as a 6ft 2 guy my feet hung off the end a bit but thats double beds for you. Checkout of 10am is unfortunate also. Had I paid £100 ish for this room, I wouldn't be overly bothered although still wouldn't be raving about it. But at £240 this was extortionate and far from worth it, we feel ripped off.

• Miguel (7/5): Not bad location, but the need improvements - What I liked the most was the theme of the room with games and a space where the kids could play. The location is good, but it is surrounded by gay pubs. There are no wardrobes to store clothes, the boiler was making noise, the mattress could be improved, and the sofa bed was somewhat uncomfortable. Finally, they did not respond to our requests and should have provided a solution for us to leave our luggage on the last day.

• Davison (6/5): A pleasant start but disappointing presentation. - The concept was lovely and the kids had a great time discovering the hidey-hole in the eaves. The location for access to Bournemouth was good. Despite the list below, it was a pleasant stay. The boiler was terribly noisy and went on and off all night even when I turned the thermostat right down. The oil radiator's wheels were broken.. I suspect a previous guest had sat on it! The roof windows didn't properly seal so there was a breeze onto the bed. The lock on the bathroom was broken. Filling the bath even halfway took about 45 minutes.. silly low pressure. It was quicker to fill it by running the overhead shower! The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable with metal bars sticking out from the foam across the folds. The main bed had squeaky springs (yes..now I'm being a bit picky). Bedding for the sofabed was something I had to sort for myself as this wasn't provided (although booking was for 1 adult and 2 kids so obviously required). I found a duvet and pillows under the bed and there was a pile of bedding in the building foyer.. to which I had to help myself. Stained carpets, badly worn flooring by the sink, cracked fridge shelf.. Everything was a bit tired to be honest. The fact it was on the 3rd floor wasn't expected so I am glad none of us were disabled or with babies. Interestingly, the emergency shut-off location noted on the boiler was a locked cupboard!

The pictures dont do it justice i stayed in the jumanji room everything about it was amazing super comfy bed, very moden throughout the cherry on top the jaquzzi bath. Very eager to come back and experience a different theme
• Ian (9/5): Original place to stay in Bournemouth at bun - The idea of a pacman themed room was intriguing and little pacman related items were placed around the unit. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the curtains gave a full blackout A handyman was there when I arrived and he fixed a faulty blind. There are no real complaints

• Patel (8/5): - I loved the small detailing in the apartment like elephant faced toilet roll hodler and the soft toys and other bits. It made the experience even feel more better and giving jungle wibe. I loved the Jacuzzi. There wasn't anything that i did not like the host have done an amazing job putting this together. However, I would recomend the television to be reinstalled at just a little higher it was difficult to watch from the bed while having a nap being a TV lover I cannot take my eyes off of it. Amazing thing was TV was rotating it made my stay even better.

• Balázs (9/5): - The location was great. The Pac-man playing cabinet was great to have and play. Of course the Jacuzzi was the highlight. The ceiling fan was a little dusty.
• Emma (9/5): - Amazing room, especially for anyone with SEN needs as they have a lovely little "Den" Unfortunately, the lights were not working in little Den as we called it upon arrival, but one message and Charlotte had it sorted for us. The bed was amazing. We slept so well. We stayed for my daughters birthday and had a pamper weekend, so the spa bath was what really went for, and we certainly enjoyed this. The kitchen is well equipped for the weekend. Charlotte and the staff i met over our weekend were very helpful and polite. Cant wait to come back and try another room. The parking was a slight issue for us as we could only park for 24 hours next to the apartment and then had to park further away for the next night. Although it was still very close. So this is something to be aware of if staying for longer than a night.

I will definitely return to this property again. But it lacks a clothes dryer and a drying rack for glasses and plates and the sofabed is not comfortable, terribly hard in the joints.Such a small improvement and it will be 11 stars hehe

• Carpenter (4/5): Poor value for money. I think this is a new development that is having some teething problems. - The decor was nice and bright and as advertised - and it all looks quite new. The building that contains the apartments is like a council bedsit. Once in the apartment its quite nice although there wasn't enough warm water to run a bath so we couldn't use the jacuzzi. We also couldn't get the main channels working on the TV. There are no instructions anywhere. The towels and the bed are small. Before 10am in the morning we were woken up by people trying to get in who said they had been given access to the room from 8am. We had requested a 12 checkout but there is no one at the property to speak to. We ended up leaving by 11am and then owners messaged after we had gone. All of this would have been kind of OK if we had paid a £100 a night or similar - but for over £300 a night its very poor value for money. We won't be back. We stayed at the Nici for £375 a night the night before and it was like night and day.

• Stoica (7/5): Not bad ,but not the best for the money... - The location was not very far from the beach and a parking place was few metres away. The owners were nice and responsive,and the check in was easy,as it was just pin codes at all doors. A lot smaller than it looks in the pictures(especially the bathtub). No proper cleaning (the oven was very dirty and one of the bed sheets had to be changed after our arrival)NO SAFETY LOCKS at the door or any windows -The kid could just fall from the window or run out at any point if unsupervised (we had to wait for the kid to sleep so we can take a bath). The windows were the old type,with the wood frame and a single piece of glass,so you could hear everything from outside)

• Amelia (9/5): Fantastic stay we loved the facilities and great location. Thanks - Provided everything we needed and was a great set up with the slide out bed and kitchen and the bath was great. The only thing I would mention is for other people travelling with a young child. The windows are very low to the floor and open from the bottom up with no outside rail or guard so could pose a risk to a toddler/ young child.
