• Nicole (1/5): - L’UNICA cosa? La posizione. Avevo chiesto più volte il check-in anticipato, nessuna risposta. Dopo un po’ di volte che ho chiesto mi hanno risposto dicendo che il check-in sarebbe stato alle 16 e non alle 15, tantomeno poteva essere anticipato. Non si potevano nemmeno lasciare i bagagli prima dell’ora da loro decisa, perciò li abbiamo dovuti lasciare in un deposito lì vicino (va bene lo stesso). Arrivati nella struttura sembrava uno scantinato. La porta si trovava in fondo ad un corridoio, e quando siamo entrati sembrava anche ok. La porta non si chiudeva nemmeno bene. Guardando bene ci siamo resi conto che non c’era nemmeno una finestra, solo delle specie di “pannelli” di plastica in due punti del soffitto che al buio non sembravano per niente finestre. Arriva il momento di usare la doccia e qui sorge un altro problema: l’acqua. Girando la manopola al massimo l’acqua continuava a rimanere gelida. Fare la doccia con l’acqua fredda non è per accettabile soprattutto in inverno. Ho chiamato la ragazza che ci ha messo 15 minuti a scendere per per controllare la doccia. Dopo essere arrivata ha dato un’occhiata ed è andata via dicendo che sarebbe tornata dopo aver fatto un controllo, ma non è più arrivato nessuno. Non c’era nemmeno il riscaldamento, l’unica cosa era uno scaldino piccolo che odorava di bruciato. Leggendo le altre recensioni ho visto che anche le prese non funzionavano e bruciavano i cavi. Ce ne siamo andati in un posto vicino perché tutto ciò non era accettabile, e la mattina dopo ricevo un messaggio dalla struttura che chiedeva come stesse andando il soggiorno e se fosse tutto ok…in poche parole una GROSSA PRESA IN GIRO. NON ANDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE
• Jessica (4/5): LOUD and COLD - Location convenient. The room was SO NOISY. Rooms C and D can hear the boiler go off on 20 minute intervals ALL NIGHT. It woke me up a lot. The room was FREEZING and all that was offered for heating was a tiny fan heater. Early one morning the fire alarm went off. We all evacuated onto the cold street but could not contact the building manager or host to find out what to do! The firemen came eventually and let us go back in as there was no fire. But the building manager wasn't even aware of the incident til hours later. Unpleasant accommodation overall.
• Cunningham smith (1/5): Dangerous unfit do not book - Nothing It' had faulty electrics causing burning to plugs fire alarms going off no shower as it was hanging off wall. No heating as electricity wasn't safe ,we left after first night wasnt safe a fire hazard foreign men hanging about outside our door not safe dirty beds
• Vanessa (2/5): Electric No Go - The location and the security was very good Every night of my 3 night stay the electricity went off. On 2 evenings I was halfway through watch film. The heating went off, I was freezing. I couldn't boil the kettle. I'd brought groceries to store in the fridge which I had to throw away as fridge went off. went over 20 hours without electricity. I couldn't use my hairdryer or tongs. I wouldn't call that value for money!!! Although clean, both the basin taps and shower were hanging from the wall. Does no one check these things? No one responded to my messages via the WhatsApp group.

• Junie (5/5): It’s ok if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep. - The location is very convenient The hallway of the property is very untidy and there were flies flying around, even inside the unit.
• John (9/5): Great location, good communication, and well furnished. - Very good location for King's Cross/St. Pancras. All on ground floor and communication was very good before arrival.
• Karen (5/5): Disappointed - The property is in a great location and was clean and tidy with everything you might need for a trip to city We had no hot water for the majority of our weekend and the hosts/owners did not respond to messages or answer the phone on the number provided. We understand that it was a weekend but even telling us someone had acknowledged this and apologised for inconvenience would have been good manners.
• Kevin (4/5): Great location, awful hosts and cold showers. - Really well located. The studio is within walking distance of King's Cross Station. Plus there are also quite a few eating spots nearby, such as KFC, McDonald's, Five Guys, Nando's, etc. There are also a few stores nearby to get your groceries. The communication with the hosts was awful. They just didn't respond to our messages. We've contacted them 3 months before our arrival date, to indicate that we'll be arriving early in the morning and to see if there was any possibility of getting an early check-in or leaving our luggage somewhere. No response at all. We've contacted them 1 month before, still no response. 1 day before we asked when we would get the check-in instructions as they indicated on their page. They said we would get them later that day..To our surprise..we haven't received the instructions and they ignored every message we've sent. We also tried to call them when we arrived, but they didn't pick up. Later that day, they sent a message with the instructions, no apologies whatsoever for the inconvenience. The studio itself was ok, really small, but ok. Unfortunately, we've only had hot water on our arrival day. The rest of our stay we had to shower with cold water.

• Maria (10/5): Clean, no fuss and inviting - Great central location, very secure! We never closed the door properly one day to our apartment but due to the secure door entrance nothing was taken or touched! Space used well and very comfy! The maintenance staff when we arrived were very polite and welcoming too Nothing! Because it was an apartment we went expecting loads, there was a hair dryer.heads up no iron no shampoo/showergel gel but there was soap and washing up liquid plus plates cups cutlery ect all suited us fine as we didn’t expect what we did get
• Foster (10/5): - Had everything you needed for a nice stay. Tea, coffee provided aswell as a microwave to use! Shower facilities were great! Didn't expect to have towels provided but was pleasantly surprised. We were certainly glad of the fan provided too! It Was a lovely studio and very clean! Myself and daughter stayed to go to the straykids concert and we also took advantage of the location and booked a show at Wembley theatre. Close to the underground/stations. Sainsbury's right next door or a 24hr morrisons just across the way. Friday and Saturday when we were arriving back around 11/11:45pm, the streets were very busy but once inside the apartment you couldn't hear a thing! Would highly recommend this place for a short stay for 2 people, plenty of room, great location and great hosts ❤️ Studio was very warm but a fan was provided, just needed to keep it on alot whilst we was in as, as soon as you turned it off, you was sweltering. The front door has a security lock but it does take a while for it to click shut. If you stay with it until it does, especially late at night as with it being on a busy street, you can imagine the characters out and about when we came back late

Rapport qualité prix qui reste intéressant sur Londres - Très bien placé Le lit était fait très mal et très rapidement à notre arrivée. Les serviettes encore humides étaient posées dessus…par contre super emplacement ! Il faisait très chaud heureusement il y avait un ventilateur…
• Anonymous (5/5): We were not happy with it at all - Location There are several issues here; first day we didn’t have a clean room, even though we were told it was ready. 2nd day, we had no hot water. There has a heavy sewer gas smell and the picture of the place was very misleading (taking so very small place looked like 2 rooms, due to mirror) finally it was very hot room temp and no window to open. Owner brought fan which helped slightly. Overall we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
• K (3/5): Furniture collapsed on me, owner ignored request for refund - As there is only one light switch for the room, I had to turn off the light before making my way to the bed. I carefully felt my way through and touched the shelf unit - which ripped off the wall and collapsed on my foot, injuring me and crushing some of my items. The owner has ignored my request for a refund.

• Anastasia (7/5): Good - Location is excellent, and the communication with the host was very good; all the information was sent via WhatsApp, so check-in and check-out were easy. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The small supermarket is literally 2 steps away, and the bus and metro stations are very close, which allowed us to travel around very easily. By the way, very close to the studio, there were several luggage storage rooms, much cheaper than the ones in the train stations. I would definitely enjoy one more source of light in the room, it was a bit inconvenient to use only the central ceiling light. And because of the window in the ceiling, it was very noisy in the room during heavy rain and hail. But in general, everything was good.
• Helen (3/5): train noise not ideal. & no windows. - bathroom was nicely fitted there was no hot water the first night I stayed. when I contacted the owners to ask if I might be offered any reduction as an apology my message was never answered. vibration noise from the trains wasn't great. I wouldn't stay again.
