• Morven (6/5): Would not stay at this companies properties-Holiday Homes ever again. - Nice to have two bathrooms, spacious, well equipped kitchen. Had an issue with the CO detector, response time was 24 hours, advice given endangered our safety. Had to find alternative accommodation which the property are refusing to reimburse. Safety procedures with company are inadequate and response time to issues unacceptable.
• Barbara (7/5): Ok, good location, clean - Nice location. A but tatty but very clean and spacious. Weird situation with the bedroom with the en-suite windows. Curtains too short for the window ( by about a foot) and very thin. Street lights outside which meant it BC was very very light all night.
• lisbeth (4/5): Trist, slidt, beskidt og kedelig lejlighed. Men en god beliggenhed i byen og roligt. - Beliggenheden var fin. Der var et billede af stedet, hvor vi skulle regulere varmen, men den sad ikke på det sted. Vi fandt den oven på køleskabet! Den virkede dog ikke og i alle 4 dage fik vi aldrig varmen til at virke og vi FRØS! Der var mus i stue/køkken om natten - ulækkert. Der var beskidt og sofaerne var så dårlige og så beskidte, at vi ikke havde lyst til at sidde i dem. Sengetøjet var i stykker. Vi var tre personer i lejligheden, men der var kun tre køkkenstole - meget mærkeligt og meget upraktisk. To af rullegardinerne var i stykker, så de kunne kun rulles op og ned med hænderne, hvilket var meget upraktisk. Det er den dårligste booking, jeg endnu har haft hos Booking.com!

• Nisha (10/5): Perfect for a group of 4 members, neat and clean property - Perfect for a stay of 4 members group Facilities were really good and the response rate from the team was quick Could add more utensils to the kitchen No hand shower in the bath tub A little far away from the queen Victoria station and Glasgow central station
• George (5/5): It could be better. - Host relationship and communication. The apartment wasn´t clean at our arrival, we had to clean cutlery and tableware. Some aspects of the apartment look that it underwent a bad refurbishment.
