• Claire (7/5): Convenient for us - The property had lots of space for us all, clean in majority of areas, the 2 bathrooms helped us, parking outside the property also , the deposit was waived Could be noisy at times in the night, a few things left in the property maybe by a previous stay, maybe just got missed, large deposit but was waived luckily

• Debbie (1/5): - Nothing Everything, the house wasn't ready on time! We couldn't get in at our designated time slot of 3.00 pm because the agent said we would need to wait for the cleaners. They said we would be able to get in at 4.00pm or around that time and the cleaners would let us in. When we arrived at the house there was no one there! I emailed...no answer for a further 30 minutes. I asked for the key code as my mother who is 81 desperately needed the toilet, they said NO. At 6.30 they sent the lockbox code for the key, the cleaners had still not arrived 😑 The parking was very tight. The house looked dirty 😳 disgraceful. I will be looking for a refund as we had to find somewhere else to stay.
• kate (8/5): Perfect location - great value for money - Perfect location We stay here for an early flight the following morning,the house was very spacious for 7 adults, everything we needed for a one night stay. Communication was also great. Couple of the beds potentially could do with a new mattress

• Fahima Y (7/5): One night stay with family - Good size house and rooms, 2 bathrooms with showers Friendly staff in arrival Good central location Would recommend for a one night stay, but if you value your sleep, pack noise cancelling earphones!!! Could not sleep very well due to the constant disturbances of thudding sound coming from the wall next door, woke up several times during the night because of the sounds. Check-in was a bit late but staff were friendly and explained how to use the heating and WiFi on arrival, however the bathrooms had a funny smell and there were hairballs in some rooms. A hairdryer would have been handy!

• Chris (3/5): Property was ok, issues with having deposit refunded - The property was clean and spacious. No real issues parking on street. Much better looking on the inside than the outside We were asked to pay a £250 deposit which was done in good time. However it has taken 11 days after check out to have it refunded. It took a lot of chasing. The delay was unacceptable and unprofessional
• pawandeep (10/5): great for comfortable stay - everything about property nice, clean and well tidy.had two well cleaned full bathrooms on both floors and nice clean bedding and rooms.kitchen equipped with basic essentials.only 7minutes walk to train station shops and park for kids also nearby within 5 mins walk nothing that i could point out.

• Aleksandra (8/5): - It's a short walk from the train station. Very good size property. The communication was brilliant, any question I had they replied timely and politely. The parking is permit only during the day and it seems like the previous guests took the permit with them so we needed to park at a paid carpark nearby. Thankfully it wasn't too expensive. The house needs a bit of DIY however for the price we couldn't ask for more.
