• Caroline (3/5): Nice views not clean - The location is fantastic. It was super quiet. There were plenty of seating options. Properly wasn’t cleaned & the Floors were filthy. There was only one saucepan to cook with. We had to ask for another pillow as one was really lumpy.

La permanenza è stata davvero eccezionale. Attaccato all'alloggio c'è un beach bar bello e comodissimo. La vacanza è durata troppo poco 😁
• Przemyslaw (7/5): To były najciekawsze wakacje na których byliśmy - Lokalizacja obiektu jest wspaniała, na plus na pewno bliski dostęp do ciepłego morza oraz basenu. Duża przestrzeń Telewizor nie działał-brak przewodu antenowego. Na stronie była informacja że w obiekcie jest pralka-a jej faktycznie nie było. Najgorsze były komary-ale na to właściciel nie ma wpływu;)
• Staceywest22 (3/5): this would be amazing with a little more attention - the view was amazing every morning.we have just got home to England after a 6 night stay here last week in October.. family with 2 children of primary school age .location was perfect,3 min drive to shops. private beach was tiny but beautiful, literally 5 steps down to beach at bottom of the garden. stoney beach. beach bar next door was very cute and quiet exactly what we wanted and gave us a tab. hired a car from owner/manager of site for €30 a day and delivered to airport very handy. no deposit needed or licence to show pool was filthy grime thick around the edge. jacuzzi didn't work and clearly plonked where it sits with no intention of use as there's no electricity supply near the plug that sits on public display. no cleaners came for the whole 6 days we stayed. plug socket in bedroom was hanging out of the wall very dangerous. no toiletries as stated or bath robes/slippers.. cooker plate very rusty but still works. this really could be an amazing apartment with a little more attention but still happy with our stay thankyou

• Patrice (1/5): Horrific. - The location. The property was unsanitary. We were so disgusted after the realisation that the property had not been cleaned. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. I have included a few stills from the videos I took for booking.com. Unfortunately, this platform doesn't allow for more than 4 photos nor does it allow me to post the videos. We reached out to booking.com for support and it’s sad to say they were no help at all. They advised it is completely up to the host regarding whether to refund us, despite booking.com agreeing that the state of the property was unacceptable. We spent the first two days of our trip trying to sort this issue with booking.com and Seashore Stream Suites (including their customer service and the owner himself). Seashore Stream Suites’ customer service was extremely rude, and the owner of the property was present when customer service was being rude on the phone. The owner himself was stunned by the nasty attitude of customer service and ended up feeling embarrassed and offered us a free meal which we politely declined. Seashore Stream Suites refused to refund us. We did not stay at the property. The property has so much potential, especially with the location. Hopefully, they learn from our poor experience.

• Giorgia (3/5): Dishonest pricing and lack of customer care policies - The location and the garden are amazing We went in really low season, beginning of April, the price was totally chose by hazard by the agency and the owners , the next month it was half than what we paid without any reason and the agency didn't not offer any solution about this "legal" fraud (about 500€ more than the normal price) We did not appreciate the lack of assistance or solutions proposed. 90% of bar and restaurants were closed and i asked twice before arrival and they did not answer directly to my questions. the appartement smelled the painting and it was really hard to sleep there the first 3 days (with a 4 year old child) The jacuzzi was not activated. The Appartement is confortable only for 2 people, the additionals ones are sleeping in the leaving room without blinds. The gate doesn't open or close correctly, we had manually strongly push it. The swimming pool was still cold

• Gerald (10/5): Exceptional - Everything - the cozy appartment, just a few steps to the pool and the sea and a really nice beach bar just around the fence :) Our host Dimitris was very friendly, he and his family took care about everything we needed (e.g. car rental, boat rental) Its a very peaceful spot, like a secret esape. We will definitely come again :) Nothing.

• Roman (10/5): Worth the money, for every cent! - Worth the money, for every cent! Amazing location, close to the Alykes Village (about 2km) away from the citys disturbing noices. Potamakia sea side is new build and every thing inside is fresh, new furnitures, clean and modern with much space and very nice wifi, perfect green yard (there is also parking in the yard) in front of the apartments (no mosquitos at all)where you can relax and enjoy the view of the sea. We were very sattisfied with the cleanness of the apartment when we arrived but also during our stay there. The sea is only 10m from your door and it is very clean and not deep. A big advantage is the small beach bar called Golden Escape on the beach where you can eat tastefull snacks and cold drinks. The place is real paradise on The Zakynthos Island. I will definately visit this place again! Nothing!

Maybe I should keep this quiet … or everyone will want a slice of my idea of heaven nothing to dislike 💕
