• Hayley (10/5): - Loved that we got a covered outside balcony section which we did not expect. All seemed clean and the code system and key box is great . Mattresses could probably do with replacing but for the price and area you can't really complain if it's only a couple of nights .

• Klaudia (8/5): Pobyt bardzo udany . Miejsce godne polecenia. - Pokój bardzo fajnie urządzony! Dzieciakom bardzo się podobały piętrowe łóżka . Meble już trochę nadniszczone , ale absolutnie nie ujmowało to samemu pobytowi . Świetna lokalizacja, na wyciągnięcie ręki kluczowe atrakcje i mnóstwo restauracji z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem . Zwłaszcza restauracja na parterze , z przepysznym śniadaniem. Podniszczone meble i drzwi. Brak dwóch barierek zabezpieczających na jednym z piętrowych łóżek.

• Lorna (5/5): Good location but noisy. - Great for my family. Everyone had their own bed and enough room to sort their belongings. Everywhere was clean. 1 minute walk to the old town square so great location. Very noisy with groups of woman and men coming back late. Curtain didnt block out the light and didn't cover the window. Window wasn't sound proof. Also I had bed bugs either in my bed or on my pillow as I got bitten all over my shoulders, forehead, elbow and arm. Room 2, 3rd bed along. No one else in my groupYs got bitten just me.

• Claire (8/5): - The location was superb, 5 min walk from main square. We were a group of 4 so the 6 bed dormitory style room worked out great, we had loads of room. The keys were hard to use and the bathroom not being in the room was not ideal.
• Pia (3/5): Es gibt bessere Unterkünfte in Krakow - Die Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt Offenbar wird die Unterkunft wird offenbar für Junggesellabschiede und von feiernden Briten genutzt, die auch nachts um 2:30 Uhr laut , lärmend im Flur sitzen, Bier trinkend und Döner essend. Die Rezeption ist durchgehend nicht besetzt , man hat keine Chance einen Frühstücksgutschein zu kaufen. Das Bad wird nicht gereinigt .

• Gabriela (6/5): - Nice location. The private room is really small but only for sleeping is enough I had to call the accommodation a few days before getting there to ask some questions about the tour I booked with them. The staff was really really rude and wasn’t helpful at well.

Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, zawsze gotowa doradzić i odpowiedzieć na pytania. Lokalizacja świetna – blisko centrum, ale jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć. Śniadanie smaczne i różnorodne. Atmosfera domowa i przyjazna. Na pewno wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie.

• Paula (9/5): Loved loved loved the location and would most definitely stay there again. A gem of a find. - Very central and just a couple of minutes from the main square. Excellent location. Lots of stairs and codes for the various doors. Store them on your phone. The rooms were very clean and we had a balcony with not much too look at but great for sundowners. The bathroom was private and on the landing. Not a problem for us and for the price it was perfect. There wasn’t anything not to like for the price.

• Angelika (10/5): Jestem bardzo zadowlona i jeśli będę musiała przenocować jeszcze w Krakowie chętnie wrócę do tej lokalizacji. - Bardzo wygodne łóżka, czysty pokój, pachnąca pościel. Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Wygodna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Udogodnienim także jest lodówka i mikrofala w części wspólnej. Reszta gości była miła i kontaktowa. Chętnie wrócę do tego obiektu Mało przestrzeni w pokoju, brak miejsca na jakiś stoliczek czy biurko. I brak okien. Ściany też są bardzo cienkie więc słychać każdy krok zza drzwi

• Maryna (4/5): - Расположение, возможность позднего заселения. Очень легко и быстро. За исключением некоторых моментов достаточно чисто в номере В номере были грязные полотенца. На одном из матрасов неудобно спать - он прогибается все время и ты проваливаешься в кровать. Болит спина очень после ночи. Также очень, ОЧЕНЬ шумно было. Соседи вообще не думают о других. У нас был поздний заезд с ночного рейса и до этого весь день был в пути, а соседи шумели, стояли под дверью номера и очень громко говорили, слушали музыку и тому прочее. Это все в 2 часа ночи. И снова начали шуметь утром. Как результат мы вообще не отдохнули с дороги и перед следующим днем, который тоже нужно провести в дороге.

• Karen (6/5): Great location - Location was excellent-just steps from the centre square. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Draggo has a breakfast deal with the restaurant very close by. The deal is excellent - and the food very good- but -we did not know you have to book through Draggo the day before you want breakfast. The first day we ate there we ended up not getting the deal and the food without the deal is pricey. We booked a room with our own bathroom - the bathroom was across the hall requiring a key for entry. Not terrible, just inconvenient.

• Fantová (6/5): - Bylo to krásně čisté a voňavé, blízko do centra. Hned pod okny je diskotéka a hluk byl opravdu velký až do 3 hodin ráno, ubytovaní je ideální pro někoho, kdo vyhledává noční život. Určitě nedoporučuji pro rodiny s dětmi.

• Thomas (8/5): Für ein Wochenendtripp ein gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis unmittelbar neben dem Hauptplatz. - Nettes Personal, Zentral gelegen, Außergewöhnliches Frühstück gleich unter dem Hotel hinzugebucht. In der Nacht vom Samstag auf Sonntag konnte man die Disco unten sehr laut hören. Toilettenpapier ist am 2. Tag ausgegangen, und wir konnten niemand erreichen.

• jose angel (1/5): Nos quiere hacer pagar algo que no hemos roto - El precio y la localización Pues lo primero que nos echará la culpa de que nosotros habíamos roto un radiador y por eso hubo una avería en el hotel con el agua caliente. Nos quiere hacer pagar la reparación que nosotros en ningún momento vimos la rotura de un radiador y de inundación del parquet. Nos hizo amenazas de que nos denunciaría a la policía si no pagamos 5000 zlotys,sin enseñarnos el peritaje de un gasto y no vimos ninguna rotura en nuestro cuarto de baño como el decia . Un amigo le tuvo que pagar por la cama suplementaria y le hizo dos trasferencias y le dijo que no se la iba a devolver porque teníamos que pagarle los 5000 zlotys. Los colchones estaban reventados de lo blandos que eran Los enchufes y luces se fundieron en el primer momento que entramos al enchufar un móvil a cargar,se fundió todos los enchufes y luces. El segundo día no funcionaba el agua caliente que por eso avisamos y el dijo que había una avería pero que ya estaba reparada así que no tardaría en funcionar cuando subiera el agua por las tuberías nuestras,pero el agua seguía fría hasta el último día que empezó a funcionar otra vez. Se ve que el mantenimiento del hotel estaba deteriorado tuberías, calderas, electricidad, colchones. No hay ningún personal físicamente en el hotel,todo el contacto es por mensajes de aplicación Booking..
