• María (9/5): Apartamento ideal en el centro de Toledo - La ubicación era muy céntrica, las camas muy cómodas y Paola muy amable en todo momento nos intentó ayudar para buscar un sitio donde podíamos aparcar y se preocupó durante la estancia de que estuviese todo correcto. Lo recomiendo mucho. Tiene escaleras y es un poco más incómodo para subir las maletas y es muy recomendable contratar parking porque por esa zona no es fácil encontrar aparcamiento.
• Isabel (9/5): Muy buen apartamento para familias. - La ubicación, decoración, luminosidad, amplitud, se puede llegar con el coche. La tapa de un water estaba rota. Se oía a ratos un ruido molesto de los radiadores aunque estaban apagados. Pero nada importante, volvería seguro.

• gao (10/5): Excelente, si vuelvo a Toledo, sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí. - El apartamento está en pleno centro del casco antiguo, se puede ir andando a todos los lugares de interés y hay muchos restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas alrededor. El personal nos ayudó muchísimo: nos asistió con el aparcamiento, que era lo que más nos preocupaba antes de llegar a Toledo, y todo salió sin problemas. Después nos acompañó hasta el apartamento y nos explicó cómo acceder. El apartamento es muy amplio, tranquilo y la cama es muy cómoda. Como único detalle, las zonas comunes del edificio son algo antiguas (aunque esto no es un defecto del apartamento en sí). Por lo demás, no encontramos nada negativo.

• John (9/5): NIce stay on Christmas eve and convenient to attend the mid night service at Cathedral! - Modern decoration and furniture. Warm. Clean. Comfort. Spacious. Excellent location, 3-7 minutes walk to main attractions. The outer door key does not work. Tried to contact owner for ten minutes and finally her assistant showed up from inside and opened the door. Wi-Fi does not work, which was a disaster for my college son. parking is 3 min by walk.
• Miriam (8/5): Ubicación excelente - Lo mejor es la ubicación, muy céntrico y a un paso de los sitios de interés. Tiene supermercado y varios bares y restaurantes al lado. Es muy práctico que ofrezca dos baños completos. No tiene ascensor, le faltan algunos toques: lamparilla en el dormitorio, repisas en el baño para dejar las cosas. Tiene poca luz.
• Raquel (10/5): Muy acogedora y un alojamiento en el centro antiguo - Está súper céntrico en el casco antiguo. Además es muy acogedor, tiene de todo y está muy nuevo y modernito. La chica con la que hablamos fue súper maja, nos ofrecieron poder salir más tarde porque no había nadie después y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. Y aunque era zona céntrica pudimos aparcar en zona azul No podría ponerle ninguna pega. Todo estaba genial, quizás que el baño de la habitación se quedaba algo de humedad y el extractor hacía un poco de ruido pero nada que pudiera perturbarnos. O lo del aparcamiento pero esto no es cosa de ellos.

• ISABEL G (6/5): BUEN APARTAMENTO, PERO ES NECESARIO REVISAR Y MEJORAR MUCHAS COSAS - 1. La ubicación es excelente. Zona muy tranquila en el casco histórico y muy cerca de los principales monumentos y lugares a visitar. 2. Es muy espacioso, con habitaciones muy amplias. 3. Janira, la anfitriona (pero no la propietaria), es muy amable. Hubo un problema con las televisiones porque no funcionaba ninguna y se acercó al apartamento a comprobar el problema y a buscar una solución, aunque ella no pudo solucionar nada. 4. Se nos permitió dejar las maleta hasta la hora de salida de nuestro tren. El apartamento necesita una revisión, denota dejadez en muchas cosas: 1. Hay 4 televisiones, pero no funciona ninguna. Parece ser que es porque no están adaptadas al cambio de la TDT, obligatorio desde hace bastantes meses. 2. Toallas muy desgastadas y raquíticas. Algunas incluso no estaban demasiado limpias o así lo parecía, de puro viejas. 3. En un cajón del baño había una toalla usada y sucia. 4. La vitrocerámica tiene roto el cristal de dos de los tres fuegos. Hay que tener mucho cuidado de no cortarse al limpiarla. 5. La sartén pequeña no puede usarse porque está totalmente pelada y la grande tenía grasa. 6. En la máquina del café sólo funciona la opción de café corto, lo que obliga a gastar dos cápsulas si se quiere un café largo. 7. El código de la puerta da muchos problemas para entrar.

Bathrooms recently redone and very nice. Kitchen nicely done. Location is incredible; right in the middle of old town and all you want. I would definitely recommend. Nothing, note there is not an elevator and on the second floor, but it's really easy to access.

The hostess was quite responsive. I would definitively consider staying in the apartment during my next visit to Toledo. The floors were not entirely clean when we arrived, but the hostess was quite responsive in arranging a cleanup, even during a holiday.

• Justine.r.b (8/5): Spacious apartment in a fabulous location - Very spacious and comfortable apartment in the perfect location! Everything (great restaurants, shops etc ) were just a short walk. Yet the apartment itself was quiet. The hosts were very communicative, helpful and friendly. They, helped us arrange a taxi from Madrid as well as drop off our bags early. This was much appreciated and we had a wonderful stay here. There were no cleaning tablets for the dishwasher so we were not able to use it (ie the bare kitchen basics would have been a nice addition)

Host Rafael was very responsive and check in was easy. There was no lift since it is at old town. and the towels and pillows can be better quality.
