Stephanie (1/5): Poorly represented in photos, worst customer service ever received - Location was good for us because it was nearby to family If you're considering a stay at the Dubai Hills apartment managed by Maison Privee, I urge you to reconsider. My experience was nothing short of disappointing, characterised by a series of unfortunate issues that marred what should have been an enjoyable stay in Dubai Hills. Firstly, check in was an ordeal. Then, the state of the apartment was alarming. The upholstery was heavily stained, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. A rental apartment should be clean and welcoming, but this was far from that. Unfortunately, it was clear that proper cleaning protocols were not in place. The electric door lock also added to our frustrations. It was not charged properly, and malfunctioned during our stay, leaving us feeling vulnerable and frustrated. To exacerbate matters, we found the apartment was without essential items such as clean towels or toilet paper. As if the condition of the apartment wasn’t enough, the customer service we faced from Maison Privee was appalling. Our encounters with their staff were the worst I've experienced in any hospitality setting. The representative was not only argumentative but also belligerent and extremely rude – It was truly disgraceful. Adding to the predicament, we had pre-booked a second stay before experiencing our first. Once we realised we could not trust the quality of the apartment, we sought to cancel that reservation well in advance. However, the same dreadful customer service continued, as our cancellation was refused, and our money has been essentially taken hostage. Considering the price point for this apartment, it is severely overpriced given the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and the shocking customer service. It is clear that you can find much better options in Dubai Hills that offer better value and service. Save yourself the time, money, and inevitable headache. Please think twice before choosing to stay at
