• Andra-Elena (10/5): Modern, comfortable and accessible 10/10 - It was very clean, it had a modern look and quite comfortable. Even though is situated near a busy street the noise is very minimal. I’ll highly recommend staying here because is very close the Keplerplatz metro station. If you come by car you’ll have a parking garage Tiefgarage Reumannplatz - I recommend downloading Bmove app because it has better prices.

• Katarina (7/5): - The host was very kind and responsive. Overall, the apartment is pleasant and has all the necessary equipment you need for a short stay. It is also nicely furnished and located close to the metro. The mattress on the double bed is very, very poor quality — far too soft. The sofa is uncomfortable and broken, so sleeping on it is very unpleasant. The bathroom fan runs most of the time and is very loud and disturbing. There are no curtains in the apartment, which is extremely uncomfortable because you have no privacy, especially if the apartment, like ours, is on the first floor. Other guests have already mentioned these same issues, yet nothing has been done to improve them.

• Chiara (10/5): Meraviglioso! - Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per tre notti con una mia amica, siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte! Appartamento pulito, caldo, confortevole... Posizione ottima, i servizi necessari ( supermercati, negozi etc) tutti vicini e anche la metro a 100 metri dall'appartamento, ci ha permesso di raggiungere il centro della città in meno di 5 Min. Abbiamo trovato la disponibilità di caffè e tisane, il resto lo abbiamo portato da casa perché la mia amica è intollerante al glutine. Dell' appartamento siamo rimaste pienamente soddisfatte e lo consiglio vivamente!! Anche i proprietari sono stati sempre gentili ed esaustivi nelle mie richieste.
• Verónica (9/5): Agradable apartamento en Keplerplatz - Nos gustó que es muy iluminoso, completo, tenía de todo, los anfitriones nos dejaron champú, café… para utilizarlo for free. La calefacción muy bien. El apartamento es muy cómodo. El ruido del extractor del cuarto de baño es molesto, tarda mucho en apagarse, pero por decir algo un poco peor.

• Meri (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, muy fácil para llegar con el metro o el tranvía, y cerca de la estación de tren principal de Viena. El piso es cómodo para ir con niños, y la calefacción funciona muy bien (hasta teníamos demasiado calor) El colchón de la cama está deformado, te caes hacia fuera desde los dos lados de la cama, y si duermes varios días se hace difícil dormir. Para ir con niños es necesario dejar una escoba y una fregona, sobre todo para el baño ya que se sale el agua de la ducha. No hay que dejar tan contadas las servilletas y el papel del WC, no nos llegó para toda la semana. Los alojamientos en Viena son demasiado caros en general
• Joanna (9/5): Wygodne i blisko. - Ładne, nieduże mieszkanko z aneksem kuchennym i łazienką ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi sprzętami. Okolica spokojna, choć to nie centrum, i niedaleko do dworca, co ważne, bo przyjechaliśmy pociągiem. Bez problemu można też dostać się szybko metrem do zabytków. W okolicy sporo restauracji oferujących tureckie potrawy, m.in. kebab. Nic.

• Daniele (9/5): - La host si attiva velocemente: mancavano degli asciugamani, ma nel momento in cui lo abbiamo fatto notare ha provveduto a fornirli quasi subito. Molto apprezzate le zanzariere, che permettono di tenere aperte le finestre la sera quando fa caldo. Ci sono molti piccoli elettrodomestici utili per il soggiorno, inoltre hanno fornito quattro cialde da caffè in omaggio. L'arredamento è moderno ed elegante. C'era molto spazio per riporre i vestiti. Molto comoda per usare la metro. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, come d'altronde indicato, ma c'è un ventilatore. La doccia non ha ripiani su cui poggiare il kit bagno, rendendo necessario abbassarsi. L'appartamento ha tapparelle ma mancano delle tende da usare quando sono alzate. La strada su cui si affaccia la casa è un po' rumorosa, ma le finestre chiuse riducono questo problema. Il tavolo a penisola è un po' piccolo. Non c'è il parcheggio gratuito, ma questo è un problema di tutta la città.

• darja (8/5): - Prijetno, dobro vzdrževano stanovanje. Dovolj kuhinjske opreme. Mirna soseska, cca 10 minut od metroja. Zelo čisto. Zmotilo nas je le to, da je zjutraj zmanjkalo elektrike. Kontaktna oseba pa ni imela pojma, kje je električna omarica. Stanovanje smo zaradi rezervacij ogledov tako morale stanovanje zapustiti brez zajtrka... Do večera je bila zadeva urejena.

• Charmaine (9/5): Overall satisfied with the stay and would consider going back. - Very close to train station, very quiet area, clean and all basic amenities found under one roof. The only downfall was the mattress. For my likings it was really uncomfortable.

• Visan (8/5): - Mi-a placut ca este amplasat intr-o zona linistita, aproape de metrou si tramvai. Apartamentul este placut, bucătăria micuța dar cu tot ce ii trebuie ca sa fie folosita. Covorul din camera de zi era foarte murdar, nu cred ca a fost aspirat de ceva vreme, poate ca se intra încălțat acolo, noi nu obișnuim asta acasa..pot spune ca m-a deranjat acel covor murdar, eu având un copil mic care umbla si pe jos.

• Alexandra Oana (10/5): Very nice - Everything was great, very clean, it looks exactly like in the pictures, beds are very comfortable, I enjoyed the silence, 2 baths, one with a toilet, the other one with shower. Good position, close to subway station and to the city center, a lot of stores around. Nothing, everything great!

• katarzyna (10/5): Loved it - Everything. It was the first apartment I’ve stayed in that thoughtfully provided ample toilet paper, which I truly appreciated. The apartment was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and situated in an excellent location. It wasn’t a major issue, as there was a dishwasher available, but there was no washing-up liquid for cleaning individual items.

La începutul lunii octombrie, când am fost noi, temperatura în cameră a fost plăcută, și cu ferestrele închise, am avut parte de liniște, deși zona este relativ aglomerată. Dotările apartamentului corespund prezentării de pe Booking. Accesul în apartament se face relativ facial, urmând instrucțiunile primite în prealabil, pe email. Ventilatorul din baie a fost cam zgomotos, dar în rest a fost OK.
• Elisabeth (10/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in der Stadt! - Super Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach und schnell mit der Ubahn zu erreichen, die Wohnung gemütlich und nett eingerichtet. Tolles Badezimmer, alles neu renoviert mit viel Platz! Viele Geschäfte, in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sind aus Deutschland mit dem Zug gekommen und haben das Auto gar nicht vermisst. Der Lärm der vielen Lieferfahrzuegen ist manchmal nervig aber man kann ja nicht alles haben. Es wäre auch nett wenn in der Wohnung ein Staubsauger oder mindestens ein Besen vorhanden wäre.
• Dirk (4/5): Einmal nie wieder - Gute Lage mit vielen Geschäften Wir haben das Enjoy Apartment gebucht in der Annahme, ein Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer und grünem Sofa wie auf den Fotos zu erhalten. Stattdessen bekamen wir jedoch ein Studio, bei dem Wohn- und Schlafbereich in einem Raum lagen. Auf Booking war nicht ersichtlich, dass es mehrere verschiedene Wohnungen gibt.Auf unsere Rückfrage reagierte die Gastgeberin sehr unfreundlich und wenig lösungsorientiert. Sie verwies uns an Booking und drohte uns bei Kritik sogar mit einer Anzeige. Außerdem wurde kritisiert, dass wir unser 20 Monate altes Kind „zu jung“ angegeben hätten – obwohl wir für drei Personen bezahlt haben und dies der Buchungsbestätigung entsprach.Die Sauberkeit des Apartments war mittelmäßig, obwohl Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr möglich war. Für frühen Check-in oder späten Check-out wurde direkt ein Aufpreis von 45 € verlangt, ohne dass wir dies angefragt hätten.Positiv hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage am Hauptbahnhof und die moderne Ausstattung. Leider trüben die undurchsichtigen Angaben sowie der unangemessene Umgang der Gastgeberin unseren Gesamteindruck erheblich

Uns fehlt an nichts, sogar Kaffee, verschiedene Teesorten und Gewürze sind vorhanden. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ein Traum: direkt an der Schlemmermeile Favoritenstraße. Man hat die Qual der Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. U-Bahn Station ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nichts

• Anton (10/5): Comfortable apartment near HB - Very clean, everything for comfortable stay for several days. Really enjoyed our time. There is a metro nearby 5 minutes by foot. Shops and cafes across the street. We found inside the flat DW, washing machine, coffee and iron. Apartment is very well maintained. Good also for families with children. Near HB Vienna Noisy street, but this is not really about apartment.

Although the owner offered to replace the lock, we lost half a day dealing with the police report, and no compensation was offered for the incident. The lack of security measures and the owner’s inadequate response were extremely disappointing
