• Maria Vincenza (10/5): Struttura in cui tornerei volentieri - Ottima esperienza di soggiorno. Il riad è grazioso, pulito, silenzioso e confortevole. La colazione genuina e ricca, lo staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. In particolare Mohamed è stato molto accogliente, un vero padrone di casa, si è preoccupato di venire incontro alle nostre richieste con molta attenzione e premura. La posizione è ottima, all'interno della medina, tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, ma il vicolo di accesso è tranquillo e silenzioso. C'è un terrazzo che abbiamo sfruttato poco, ma è uno spazio di relax che aggiunge valore a questa struttura. Difficile trovare qualcosa da migliorare. L'unico suggerimento che mi viene in mente è che si potrebbe aggiungere una tenda per separare le due zone del bagno, in modo da migliorare la privacy, ma è davvero un dettaglio.

• Pachet (8/5): Ganz nett - Das Personal war nett und das Zimmer schön. Für uns waren leider die Betten etwas kurz und wir konnten nicht gut schlafen, woran das lag, ob es das Bett war oder einfach unser Zustand, weiss ich leider nicht genau. Insgesamt jedoch ok.

• John (9/5): The Riad was very nice, clean simple and comfortable, Mohammad, Fatima and the staff were so helpful - The breakfast was excellent, a traditional Morrocan breakfast made fresh every morning, served with mint tea and coffee, it was more than you could eat - very hearty The location was a bit hard to find as it was at the end of a Derb, the street lighting in the Derb could be better, quite dark at nighttime.

• Laura (8/5): Clean and attentive staff - Central location, staff friendly and met us nearby from taxi as would have been tricky to find Rooms very compact and lack of furniture, however I understand that riads tend to be small rooms. No hot water in morning.
• Tara (10/5): Very great value for the money - We had a really nice two-day stay at Riad Guenaoua. The riad has an excellent location – in a quiet part of the medina, close to the main attractions and just a couple of streets away from the non-touristic quarter, which makes it great for exploring a more local side of the city as well. On the way to the main square, there are also some really good restaurants and street food options. The riad itself is colorful, well kept, and overall very charming. Our room was just the right size and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, with hot water in the shower, a hairdryer, shampoo, and fresh towels provided. Towels were changed daily and the room was also cleaned every day. Breakfast was plentiful and honestly the best we had in Morocco so far. It is mostly sweet-oriented, but eggs, bread, and cheese spread are also available. You can choose between coffee or tea. It can also be enjoyed on a very lovely terrace. Everyone at the riad was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was just the right size and comfortable, although it was quite dark. It might be better if the rooms were not so shaded, as they feel a bit dim during the day. The doors do lock properly, but they are not completely tight-fitting, so there is a small gap. However, this was not disturbing or an issue for us.
• Lok (10/5): Perfect location, perfect host - The staff were super friendly, Mohammed couldn't do more to make us feel welcome. He was helpful with proving any details we needed for excursions, translations etc. The location was perfect for us, all the big sites were walking distance. It could feel a little uneasy for some to find as cars can't drop you right outside and its down a little alleyway but honestly we felt 100% safe and Mohammed was there waiting to welcome us. The room was the perfect size for 2 adults, though I wouldn't recommend for young kids. Toiletries and daily cleaning are provided and the breakfast was delicious every day. Whilst we didn't make use of the hot tub, the rooftop is spacious and clean. We sat up there to await our airport transfer home and the host very thoughtfully brought us some tea up without being asked. We would definitely stay here again. Maybe another bolt on the inside of the bedroom door. It was secure but a little loose, if I'd been staying there alone I might have felt a little exposed of a night.

Mohamed was also kind to get us breakfast boxes when we had to leave the Riad early before breakfast started.

• Jianzhong (10/5): 挺好的。 - 早餐颇具摩洛哥特色，简单又丰富。摩洛哥威士忌很正宗。默罕默德服务很周到。因会议原因，即便6:30要出门，他也会早起把早餐给我打包好。真的很人性化。 楼层不是最高的，所以如果楼顶可以增加一个梯子，可以俯瞰麦地那老城。屋顶塑料棚可以在不下雨的时候揭开。一楼中间桌子位置弄一个水池，更具有Riad特性。
• Emma (8/5): Lovely authentic Riad in the heart of the medina with great hosts - Great location if you want the heart of the medina, great Aircon and room serviced everyday, lovely authentic decor, the doors are beautiful and Mohammed/Fatima are super helpful, friendly and informative. Nothing we didn’t like, people may just want to be aware, no kettle, fridge or TV in the room. Don’t think these are to be expected in a Riad but some may.
• Nicholas (8/5): - The riad was very attractive, very good value for money. Mohammed was a very attentive host. Our host ordered us a taxi to our next riad which took us miles away and left us in a chaotic part of the Medina after taking 100MAD from us. It cost us another 100MAD to actually get to our riad. Not really Mohammed's fault, and he was very apologetic, but it did spoil our experience a little.

Los chicos que nos recibieron nos trataron genial, además de la chica de la limpieza que fue encantadora en todo momento, muy atenta y servicial. El último día teníamos varias horas de espera después del check out y nos dejó pasar el tiempo dentro del Riad e incluso nos preparó un delicioso té con unos dulces buenísimos. El desayuno estuvo super completo y muy rico.

• Hanrieder (9/5): - Nachdem wir spontan umziehen mussten sind wir im Riad Gueaoua gelandet. Wir wurden direkt von Fatima mit einem typischen Tee empfangen und konnten trotz früherer Anreise (13:00 Uhr) direkt einchecken und ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bett überraschend gemütlich (vor allem für marokkanische Verhältnisse) und alles war sauber. Etwas negativ war, dass das Bad nicht direkt abgetrennt ist vom Schlafbereich, sondern nur durch einen Vorhang. Dadurch kommt natürlich die ganze feuchte Luft ins Zimmer. Mohammed ist außerdem sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen und hat uns sogar als wir auf der Dachterrasse saßen einen Tee gebracht, ohne das wir danach fragen mussten. Fanden wir toll! Außerdem spricht er super Englisch. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr zentral und man erreicht einige Souks in unter 20 Gehminuten. Man ist eigentlich direkt im Geschehen wenn man eine Gasse weiter geht. Etwas negativ war, dass das Bad nicht direkt abgetrennt ist vom Schlafbereich, sondern nur durch einen Vorhang. Dadurch kommt natürlich die ganze feuchte Luft ins Zimmer. Es ist außerdem zu beachten, dass das Zimmer nur Fenster in den Innenhof hat, in den auch die Tür aufgeht und man somit vom "Gang" ins Zimmer schauen könnte. Außerdem sind die türen und Fenster nicht vollständig schließbar, ganz leise ist es also nur wenn alle sich an die Nachtruhe halten. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Wir hätten uns gewünscht vor dem Aufenthalt über die Kakerlaken Prävention durch eine externe Firma informiert zu werden.

• Danilo (10/5): Bellissima Esperienza - La struttura è stupenda, autentica e ti permette di immergerti nel vero significato di Riad, la posizione è perfetta per girare la Medina. Le camere sono molto curate e pulitissime. La colazione è ottima e abbondante, a scelta dell'ospite può anche essere servita nella graziosa terrazza. Il vero valore aggiunto dal Riad è Mohammed, host gentile, accogliente e disponibile che ha reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Consigliatissimo!!!

Резервирахме мястото заради закуската. В деня на тръгването освободихме стаята рано. Бяха ни казали предварително и на място, че ще ни я дадат за изпът, но останахме без нея. Каналът в банята не отвежда водата добре и докато се къпеш става малко езеро под краката ти. За съжаление намерихме косми на различни места. Може би малко по-добре може да се изчисти.

• Catherina (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im Riad war super. Mohammed hat sich ab unserer Ankunft (und schon zuvor via Whatsapp) gut um uns gekümmert. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und detailliert eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Auch nach dem Check-Out konnten wir unser Gepäck im Riad lassen, da unser Flug erst Nachts ging. In der Zwischenzeit konnten wir auch immer wieder ins Riad zurück kehren, noch die Dachterasse nutzen und co. Man hat sich sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Die gute Lage kommt auch noch hinzu - nur wenige Gehminuten zum Souk und dennoch war es innendrin sehr ruhig. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen!

• Vanesa (8/5): Bonita escapada a Marrakech - Era un sitio bonito, estaba limpio y cerca de la plaza pero no tan cerca como para estar en todo el ruido. Lo mejor de este Riad sin duda son Mohamed y Essan que son muy amables y siempre están atentos a lo que te hace falta. No me gustó que las puertas del baño fueran cortinas porque no había intimidad. Tampoco me gustó que no tuviera un teléfono de Marruecos para poder llamar estando allí, solo mensajes por booking que no son tan rápidos.
• Ronja (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, unser Zimmer war toll gestaltet und die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und bemüht. Das Frühstück war lecker. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das direkt an die Küche und den Essbereich angrenzt. Dadurch war es ab 7 Uhr recht laut. Außerdem war das Zimmer leider recht feucht, was aber wahrscheinlich durch die Bauweise bedingt ist.

• Raquel (7/5): Agradable y divertida - Sí. Está bastante bien. Es un riad pequeño pero con muy buena ubicación. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y camas cómodas. Están completas con jabón, champú, crema y secador. El riad tiene una pequeña terraza en la que puedes disfrutar del desayuno. Mohamed, el chico que te atiende, es muy simpático y servicial en todo momento. Para nosotros lo mejor del riad fue él. Nos reímos mucho y pasamos momentos muy divertidos. El agua de la ducha y de la pila no salía muy caliente (incluso más bien fría el último día). Además, en mi habitación el cabezal de la ducha era fijo; con lo cual, es un poco incómodo si no te quieres ni mojar ni lavar el pelo.

• Raul (10/5): Un sitio de 10 - La atención de los trabajadores es excepcional, se interesan por ti y tu estancia y te tratan de 10. El desayuno buenísimo también. Incluso nos dejaron guardar el equipaje en el riad al día siguiente del check out.
• Luigi (9/5): Consigliato! - Il Riad è una struttura piccola e raccolta, graziosa e molto pulita, con una terrazza accogliente dove è piacevolissimo fare colazione. La nostra stanza era ben organizzata, con un bagno molto spazioso, e veniva pulita e riordinata ogni giorno, con sostituzione degli asciugamani. Ci hanno servito una colazione saporita e abbondante, con prodotti fatti in casa. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, sempre presente in struttura, anche di notte. Si avvertono i rumori degli altri ospiti, almeno a piano terra, ma questa penso sia una caratteristica di tutti i riad. La posizione è a una decina di minuti a piedi da piazza Jema el Fna. Nulla in particolare. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo mi è sembrato molto onesto
• Jost (10/5): Gerne wieder - Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und neu renoviert auch die Gastgeber waren sehr zu vorkommend. Man kam von dem Riad aus alles zu Fuß erreichen. Was man jedoch erwähnen muss ist, dass das warme Wasser nicht reicht. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht. Eins mit Badewanne, die leider nicht wirklich genutzt werden konnte, weil das warme wasser nicht gereicht hat und auch in dem anderen Zimmer konnte nicht warm geduscht werden.

They even helped me find laundry service, near by, translated and everything. I was able to leave my bags for the day after checking out and even worked on the roof top patio until my departure time. • Linda (7/5): - Small, beautiful riad, well located and nice room architecture. The team with Mohammed and his colleague were so nice, we felt very welcomed. Especially room service was 10 points. The shower was blocked and we did not feel like it has been treated like a big issue from the side of the staff/management. We as guests should not be responsible for monitoring this e.g. looking for options on how to take a shower alternatively. Also it was not possible to call a taxi to go somewhere. They said, we have to tell them 24h in advance. It's fine, we organized a taxi within 5 minutes, but i think, it's a basic service you should be able to provide as a guesthouse.
• Feryat (10/5): Top für den Preis! - - sehr zentral gelegen - in der medina - super nettes, hilfsbereites, zuvorkommendes personal -- Mohammed hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns ein Frühstück auf den Weg gegeben, da wir früh am Morgen noch vor dem Frühstück abreisen mussten.

• Iván (10/5): - El alojamiento es muy bonito y limpio. Pero sin duda lo mejor fue el trato de Mohamed, inmejorable, nos hizo sentir muy acogidos y bienvenidos. El desayuno que nos prepararon Soukina y él fue el mejor de nuestra estancia en Marrakech. Sin duda de los 3 Riad en los que estuvimos fue el mejor con diferencia.
• Cecilia (1/5): Don’t stay here. - It was so bad we did not stay and are requesting a refund. The room was dark, not private, the place was dingy. We asked for another room or a different Riad as they have several but they declined. It’s way overpriced and depressing. Bookings found us another property at a similar price and it was wonderful.

• mouloud (10/5): - Superbe expérience au Raid GUENAOUA Tout s’est très bien passé. Le personnel est vraiment sympa, accueillant et toujours à disposition pour nous aider. Je recommande sans hésiter
• NOEMIE (10/5): Un vrai coup de coeur pour ce riad - Très beau riad situé a deux pas de la place Jemaa el-Fna, mais au calme absolu une fois a l'intérieur. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, prepare avec soin. Les lits sont très confortables, la décoration marocaine est authentique et raffinée. Le personnel est attentionné et disponible à tout moment. Un vrai havre de paix au coeur de Marrakech.
• Marco (10/5): Da passarci mille e una notte! - Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato una giornata meravigliosa in questo riad nel cuore della Medina di Marrakesh, a due passi dalla Jamaal el Fna. Tutto splendido: indicazioni chiare, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura super accogliente così come la stanza, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. La colazione era abbondante e deliziosa, e Mohammed e Sokina sono stati due host impeccabili e simpaticissimi, a cui va la nostra gratitudine per averci accolto e soddisfatto ogni richiesta con straordinaria gentilezza. Assolutamente nulla!

• Stephen (10/5): A wonderful stay in a Riad that was really comfortable. Very friendly atmosphere and great location - Mohamed and Soukaina were wonderful hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Location perfect.

• NICOLA (9/5): Riad assolutamente consigliabile a Marrakech - Piccola e accogliente struttura nel cuore della Medina, gestita da staff attento e accogliente fin dal momento della prenotazione. Ci si sente a casa e la stanza è gradevole e pulita.

Really authentic riad feeling. Momo did everything needed to make it a pleasant stay It’s a very authentic riad in the middle of the medina. That comes with the to be expected pro’s (location, authentic feeling…) and con’s (noise, we didnt have enough hot water for the 4 of us one morning…)

• Inês (10/5): - O riad tem uma localização excelente, perfeita para explorar a cidade, e está sempre impecavelmente limpo. O pequeno-almoço é delicioso e preparado com muito cuidado. O que realmente faz a diferença é a equipa incrível: sempre sorridente, atenciosa e disponível, fez-nos sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. Um lugar especial, a que voltaremos sem dúvida!
