• Artur (10/5): - Понравилось все, чисто, уютно, комфортно. Не могу придумать ). Единственное неудобство, не нашел куда выносить мусор. Пришлось оставить при отъезде, что немного неудобно перед владельцами помещения.

• Julija (3/5): Decent Apartment, Host and Booking Security Disappointing - The apartment was comfortable and mostly as described, with a convenient location and pleasant surroundings. The first days of the stay were enjoyable The location and apartment itself were generally good and matched the description, besides the soundproofing, as the noise and music from neighbors were clearly audible. The glass entrance door could be improved for more privacy. Unfortunately, the most serious problem occurred towards the end of my stay. On the second-to-last day, I began receiving multiple emails from Booking.com stating that my name in the reservation had been modified. Instead of my name, a long German text with a suspicious link was inserted, asking me to confirm my booking again. This happened repeatedly throughout the day almost immediately after I corrected my name back. This indicates that the changes were happening within the system rather than being isolated external attempts. It is important to note that only the host can see my country. Booking.com initially confirmed that this activity could originate from the property side and later also confirmed that my account had not been hacked. None of my accounts anywhere have been hacked either and even booking confirmation emails containing the number and the PIN code had not even been opened in my inbox. After, I conducted a test using only a booking number and PIN, and it was not possible to insert such content. When I contacted the host about what caused the changes, I received a vague response denying involvement and suggesting I may have been hacked, which already confirms, that they already were aware of this situation. Communication overall was poor, with repeated delays and ignored messages. Given the nature of this incident and other complaints online after researching, I would advise future guests to exercise caution. Unfortunately, this experience ruined my overall impression.

• Milana (8/5): Хорошо, но... - У квартиры хорошее местоположение и нет затруднений для перемещения по Риге. Так же удобная мягкая мебель и хороший телевизор. Квартира с современным ремонтом. Самое первое, что вызвало дискомфорт, это прозрачная входная дверь. Очень странная и не безопасная задумка. С улицы тебя прекрасно видно. Особенно когда сидишь за столом, это ощущается очень ужасно. Было много людей, которые проходя мимо заглядывали, от этого не было ощущения безопасности. Нужно заменить дверь, либо повесить там жалюзи или какую-то шторку. И из-за расположения спальни напротив входной двери, было ещё хуже. Дверь в спальню тоже стеклянная, хоть и не прозрачная, но всё же сильно пропускается свет от фонарей или машин, от чего было не приятно и тяжело уснуть. Так же в квартире есть кофемашинка, стиральная машинка и посудомойка, но нет необходимых капсул (с кофе, для стирки и для мытья посуды), с помощью которых ими можно пользоваться.

• Vorobjova (10/5): Lielisks dzīvoklis lieliskā lokācijā - Lielisks dzīvoklis ar visu nepieciešamo. Nekas lieks, kas aizņemtu vietu. Ļoti labi, ka savu ieeja, pirmais stâvs. Atsaucīgs pārvaldnieks. Aukstajâ laikâ dzīvoklis pavēss, tomēr ir nodrošinäti sildītāji, ar kuriem ļoti ātri uzsilst dzīvoklis un nav nekādu problēmu. Lokācija ļoti labi, ar bezmaksas autostāvietu neliela laimes spēle, tomēr priekš tā, ka visur apkårt ir maksas stāvvietas, tad ir ļoti labi, ja paveicâs, ka turpat pie dzīvokļa sanâk atrast vietiņu arī automašínai bez maksas. Mīnusiņš ir ārdurvis un guļamistabas durvis, kuras ir stiklotas un atrodas viena otrai pretī. Pa dienu netraucē, bet naktī nav iespējams pagulēt, jo pretējä ēkā gaismas/laternas deg visu nakti un tieši iespīd guļamistabā, kas tiek izgaismota un nav iespējams pagulēt. Atradu veidu, kā aizklāt ārdurvju stiklu, tad viss bija kārtībā, tomēr šis ir diezgan liels mīnuss, par kuru palicējiem nebūtu jādomā, kā risināt. Ja nebūtu šis, visâdi citādi dzīvoklī viss uz 10

• Viktoriia (8/5): - В плане удобств супер, есть абсолютно всё необходимое для проживания! Удобная стиральная машинка с сушкой, посудомойка, капсульная кофемашина и тд. Апартаменты действительно стильные, просторные и комфортные. Централтный район города, с парковкой проблематично, но место найти можно) Прозрачные двери на улицу - это дизайнерская находка или упущение?)) Свет фар от машин эффектно проникает прямо в спальню) Слышимость в доме уникальная, при этом есть очень музыкальный сосед, ночью поет в караоке, «качает» подъезд и живет свою лучшую жизнь))) Мне выспаться так и не удалось. Хозяин апартаментов предпочел остаться относительно безучастным в этом вопросе, а вызывать полицию посреди ночи с детьми в чужой стране - тот еще аттракцион, не стали трепать нервы)
