• Bernard (8/5): parfait emplacement pour Rovaniemi, appartement très bien équipé et agréable - L'appartement est très facilement accessible. Dans les environs immédiats, il y a quelques commerces et surtout un supermarché qui permet d'acheter le nécessaire pour préparer ses repas dans l'appartement au lieu d'aller au restaurant. L'appartement en lui-même est très bien équipé, parfaitement chauffé et isolé, et d'une propreté parfaite. J'ai apprécié le sauna, très facile d'emploi. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile et réactive (échanges via l'application booking.com). Pour les frileux, il y avait plusieurs couvertures disponibles. Beaucoup de place pour ranger nos affaires. Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé et il n'y a eu aucune mauvaise surprise Nous sommes habitués à des matelas plutôt durs, et ce n'était pas vraiment le cas. C'est vraiment un inconvénient très mineur. Le vrai souci est l'absence de parking réservé. Nous avions loué une voiture à l'aéroport (c'est le meilleur conseil à donner) et il a fallu jongler avec les horaires. Mais ce n'est pas une surprise, cela avait été parfaitement expliqué par le propriétaire. au bilan ce ne sont que des petits détails mineurs
• Georgiana (10/5): Una experiencia bonita en un apartamento cómodo - La ubicación bastante buena a 15-10 minutos andando del centro los supermercados al lado para hacer las compras,línea de autobuses, cerca a aprox.20 min del parque Articum . Tener sauna ha sido una maravilla la cocina muy práctica. El vídeo que mandó el anfitrión para encontrar el piso a sido un puntazo muy fácil y muy bien explicado. El piso estaba ya listo con una hora antes de lo esperado . Para las temperaturas que hemos tenido -32° la casa estaba un poco fría porque los suelos radiantes no se regulaban del interruptor de la pared estaba ajustado para una temperatura general.La terraza se podría aprovechar más con un sofá y un calentador estufa para contemplar el paisaje sería un extra bonito.

• CHARLIE (10/5): A perfect, relaxing stay in a comfortable apartment - We had a fantastic stay at Snow King Residence. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well presented, and it had everything we needed. The private sauna was a real highlight and made the stay feel extra special. My wife, our child, and I all really enjoyed our time there and felt very much at home. There was nothing we did not like. The only thing we would have loved was the chance to sit outside on the balcony in the cold during the evenings. We would happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to others.
