• Jacinta (4/5): Very poor cold and dark apartment. - Location Very small kitchen no dining table had to eat in bedroom. No lights in second bedroom for 3 nights and difficult to know who to talk to bout this . Managment company or owner and i found this confusing
• Giuseppe (1/5): - Per comunicare con qualcuno bisogna scrivere con chat non in tempo reale, situazione non rilassante perché ero costretto a tenere sempre il telefono in mano; scomodo i condizionatori a pagamento a monete, ero senza monete e di notte sono dovuto uscire a cambiare i soldi per giunta molto rumorosi. Il soffione ed il reggi doccia erano rotti e comunicare con qualcuno è stato scomodo e disagiato finché non sono stati riparati. Ti fanno lasciare una cauzione di 250 euro. Esperienza da dimenticare.

• Sven (7/5): War in Ordnung - Die Lage war sehr gut. (Das ist in einer kleinen Stadt wie Valetta aber auch die Regel). Die Einrichtung war wertig und angenehm. Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos. Geschirr etc. war ausreichend vorhanden. Etwas ungewohnt ist der Münzautomat für die Heizung gewesen, aber evtl. so Usus auf Malta. Licht hatte ich in meinem Zimmer nur an einem Tag. Internet gab es auch an den letzten beiden Tagen nicht. Davor war es aber stabil.
• Maria Paiva (5/5): - A localização era excelente. Comando da TV sem pilhas - mandaram-me comprar as pilhas!!!! Lavatório entupido - pediram-me para eu o desentupir!!!! O alojamento era muito frio e o ar condicionado tinha de se pagar para funcionar. Mau serviço e assistência.

• Joanna (8/5): - Mieszkanie jest dobrze położone, dojście do niego z przystanku autobusowego zajmuje 15 min. Wejście do mieszkania bezproblemowe. Oba pokoje przestronne, łazienka ok, kuchnia jest malutka. Na miejscu herbata, kawa, cukier, ciasteczka na przywitanie, ręczniki, papier toaletowy, mydło, płyn do mycia naczyń, suszarka do włosów. Pościel ciepła. Byliśmy w połowie grudnia i w mieszkaniu było chłodno, ale w nocy nie zmarzlismy. Meble na tarasie były brudne. Brakowało mi stołu aby można było zjeść wspólnie śniadanie, ale wzięliśmy jednen stolik z balkonu. Dużym minusem było to,że pisałam kilka wiadomości odnośnie wcześniejszego zameldowania i podania kodu do mieszkania, gospodarz odpisał mi że nie mogą podać mi kodu wcześniej bo taka mają politykę. Kod i potwierdzenie że mogę wcześniej się zameldować otrzymałam dopiero tego samego dnia którego przyleciałam. Poza tym było wszystko ok.

• Lauwer (5/5): Misleading description of the amount of beds. - Great location. The shower was very good and some tea and coffee was provided. Good wifi. Extra communal space. Small outside terrace. Spacious bedrooms. Be aware that the description of this apartment is misleading: it mentions 3 beds, but there are only two beds. The only reason we booked this apartment was because it stated in the description that it has 3 beds. When we asked for the 3rd bed, CiaoStay indicated this should have been requested beforehand, even though the description of the apartment clearly mentions that the apartment already contains 3 beds. After requesting the 3rd bed, it turned out this 3rd bed concerned a foldable bed with a very hard matrass, for which they did not have any bed linnen. They promised to deliver the bed linnen the next day, but failed to deliver on this promise. Also the next day the linnen were not delivered.
