• Michaela (9/5): Perfekt als erster halt für die weiterreise - Lage direkt an der piazza am bahnhof. Ideal um von dort dann ins umland zu starten. Beim check in gabs eine flasche rotwein als begrüßungsgeschenk. Typisch italinisches frühstück. Einmal o.k., aber bei längerem aufenthalt eintönig.

• Suat Onur (1/5): - Scandal!! I ve tried to stay 1 night with my 2 kids family byt I couldnt even park my car in the street or to enter the hotel. Why? Because it is not safe there were many homeeless and rogue people in fornt of the entrance and all street. Stay away absolutely if you want safety
• Petra (8/5): Overall good stay and definitely recommend due to close location to train station. - The location was excellent as we had to catch a train early next morning. The room was very large and updated and had a huge TV screen and a beautiful bathroom. There was a bad smell in the room that didn’t go away after turning on the air conditioner - maybe due to renovations. The lobby did not provide a secure environment in a neighborhood that was close to the train station.

Acceuil très sympathique Il faut prendre un ascenseur un fatigué dans la cour interieur qui n est pas très riante, ca peut etre un peu troublant mais pas gênant au final. Quartier de la gare pas très riant...
• Karen (8/5): Lovely hotel, close to city centre - Very close to the main station, five minute walk across the piazza. Old buildings but lovely inside, we were in the second building of the property, accessed across a courtyard and a old style European lift. Fob entry into the hallway gave us reassurance of security. Room was clean, staff were helpful. Buffet breakfast was downstairs in the basement of the main hotel. Dinner was also available if we wanted it, but there are also plenty of restaurants close by. Housekeeping ignored our do not disturb request, and made up the room each day. I’ve had bad experiences at other hotels and I’m happy for it to be left for the duration of my stay. Just worth noting. They did run low/out of buffet items for breakfast two days out of three which was disappointing. When we’d finished and were getting up to leave on our last day they had replaced a lot of food. Perhaps a better flow would have helped, rather than all or nothing.

• Luciana (8/5): Bom - Saiu da estação central, andando uns 5 minutos, já está no hotel. Gostei muito do café da manhã e do restaurante do hotel. A equipe é muito atenciosa, merecendo destaque à equipe do restaurante! Pertinho da pizzaria michaela e do ponto de encontro para passeios pela costa amalfitana, pelo get your guide. Tem mercadinho para comprar água mineral, uma padaria com boas opções e o carro da polícia sempre presente na praça à frente. Voltamos andando do pier após o passeio Capri. Anda um pooooooouco, mas é possível pegar táxi etc. Combine o valor do táxi antes de entrar, se possível. No início, achei o hotel diferente. Mas depois foi só alegria. Nada a declarar de negativo.

Las fotos no muestran la realidad del alojamiento, el desayuno no se sirve en el local restaurant q muestran y es muy muy limitado, el ascensor casi nunca llega y el vecindario puede ser peligroso, el baño le hacía falta mantenimiento y aseo en sus materiales… la habitación muy incómoda para una pareja, no cuenta con lo necesario para las maletas

• KRISTINA (8/5): - The hotel is conveniently located if you need quick access to the train station or airport buses. Perfect for one night stay. The staff were friendly. Access to certain rooms requires passing through an unappealing part of the building, and it was quite noisy at night—not so much from the street, but from other rooms. The window was very small, and overall the area doesn’t feel particularly pleasant. The door would not stay closed unless it was locked. We had to check out early and were told that breakfast would be prepared as a takeaway package, but it was not provided at departure. This was not an issue for us, but I mention it as something that could have improved the overall impression.

Det er et fint supermarked på stationen. Bad fungerede fint, gode senge. Der er en del larm fra pladsen så god ide at bede om et værelse som ikke vender ud mod pladsen.

The room itself was clean, and beds comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and was well stocked with supplies. The advertised photos of the quadruple room in Booking suggested that the two single beds were separated from the main double bed. Unfortunately, in our booking that did not happen and we were a family of four in a double room, with two single beds crammed in, next to the bathtub. It really limited the room we had as a family of four, and I would have booked 2 x rooms instead if I had of known.

• Jade (9/5): Easy convenient place to stay in Naples with very friendly and helpful staff. - Firstly this is an excellent location if you arrive by Train like we did as you can see the hotel from the Train station so really easy to find. The staff were super friendly and helpful - ensuring we got a flat rate taxi for the four of us and our bags to the airport which only cost 1 euro more than if we had got the bus, sorting the extra bed straight away in the room and there was lots of choice at breakfast. The manager was very visible and always trying to ensure everyone was happy. The hotel is a bit of a maze and the 4 person room we had ( facing into the centre so not a nice view but it was quiet in a busy part of town!) smelled a little of damp when we came into it but the air con helped to remove that once we were in the room and turned it on.

• Lidia (4/5): Hotel con olores desagradables en las habitaciones - Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y el recepcionista fue muy amable y nos ofreció otra. Mi experiencia fue bastante decepcionante y, desde luego, no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado. La primera habitación que nos asignaron era amplia, pero nada más entrar había un olor muy fuerte a podrido. Al intentar usar el lavabo, el agua no tragaba correctamente; al levantar ligeramente el tapón, salió un olor intensísimo a desagüe, literalmente insoportable y claramente un problema crónico que el hotel debería conocer y haber solucionado. Resulta inadmisible ofrecer una habitación en esas condiciones, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado. Tras comentarlo en recepción, nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación. La segunda era bastante más pequeña y olía a tabaco. A pesar de no ser fumadores, decidimos quedarnos ahí porque, aun siendo desagradable, era preferible al olor de la primera habitación. El desayuno también deja mucho que desear: es bastante pobre y con poca variedad, lejos de lo que se espera de un hotel de su categoría. Además, no disponen de un espacio adecuado para guardar equipaje pese a que me indicaron que si: te indican que lo dejes en la zona del desayuno, sin ningún tipo de control ni garantía de seguridad. En resumen, una experiencia negativa que no repetiría , este hotel no corresponde a un estándar de 4 estrellas; como mucho, alcanzaría a ser un 3 estrellas.

Das eh nicht große Buffet wurde nicht wirklich aufgefüllt und um Saft aus Einwegbechern zu trinken - dafür muss ich nicht ins Hotel.

Un buffet realmente bien surtido con tortitas a la carta , fruta, bollería , productos salados etc . La relación calidad precio fantástica . Para acceder a las habitaciones hay que pasar por un patio interior pero no hay que engañarse con ello porque la calidad de las habitaciones es la de cualquier cuatro estrellas con todos los detalles y toda clase de productos de aseo El alojamiento me ha encantado es un tesoro escondido . Para los viajeros primerizos en Nápoles , no hay que olvidar que Nápoles es una ciudad bulliciosa y en especial la plaza de Garibaldi, muy cosmopolita y con mucho movimiento y ruido. Desde el hotel el ruido no se oye prácticamente pero el tráfico sí puede llegar a oírse por momentos

• Agnese (10/5): Sant'Angelo Station super!!!! - Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Sant'Angelo station mio marito io e due bambini di 7 e 9 anni, Appena arrivati sono stati super gentili dal farci lasciare gli zaini per poter iniziare la nostra esperienza napoletana, ho dimenticato il portafoglio sul bancone e la ragazza della reception si è subito adoperata per rintracciarmi e tranquillizzarmi, tornati in camera abbiamo trovato una camera spaziosa , pulita e confortevole....in più delle caramelle sugli asciugamani che i miei figli hanno gradito tantissimo e sinceramente anche io 😁, letti comodi, e stanze silenziose nonostante la posizione centralissima. Un plauso va alla super colazione continentale, non mancava di nulla dalle sfogliatelle alla Nutella Ferrero, per non parlare del salato con casatiello e altre prelibatezze tipiche del luogo, e la pastiera ogni domenica mattina 😍. Lo staff dire gentile è dire poco, dalle ragazze della sala colazione inclusa la dolcissima caposala, alla reception il signor Rosario e tutti gli altri ragazzi che mi hanno lasciato un ricordo bellissimo. Mi spiace solo non ricordare i nomi di tutti, la posizione come detto centralissima, sicura e servita di ogni cosa e poi lei la protagonista assoluta Napoli.....un vero gioiello, non vedo l'ora di tornare 💖 Se andate a Napoli prenotate il Sant'Angelo senza esitare ritornerete a casa con il cuore ancora più grande. • Leonardo (5/5): Decent hotel in central Napoli - Very spacious and clean and luminous room, with a nice view to the square. Location is next to Napoli central station. Breakfast ok. Elevators: old fashioned system that if someone leaves the door opened, you must go upstairs to your room (4th floor) Also, when we arrive, we have to go upstairs with our lugagge due to it...I don´t pretend the concierge to walk himself, but the system is wrong. Hotel location gets sketchy at night.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e la stanza si presentava ristrutturata, moderna e accogliente. L’unica nota negativa riguarda l’affaccio: la camera dà su una corte interna dove si trovano gli scarichi delle cucine, il che può risultare poco piacevole.

The door handle/lock wasn't fully secured on the door. The pillows smelt funny and it wasn't till we removed the pillow slips at the end of our stay that we found some unappealing stains. The single bed had a footprint on it. The bathroom mirror light didn't work and the bed backboard light was flickering continuously. The bathroom had jagged cut outs for pipe access and the shower head had limescale.

Pokoje przestronne, ciche. Jest i czajnik. Śniadanie bardzo kiepskie. Jeśli ktoś nie jest śniadaniowy to oferta hotelu mu wystarczy. Ale jeśli ktoś potrzebuje się najeść smacznie i różnorodnie to zdecydowanie tego nie uświadczy. Kawa- kawę przynosi Pani do stolika ale smak ojj nie jest to dobra włoska kawa.

• Zahra sadat (8/5): Comfortable and clean hotel with great location and nice staff - The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early at the hotel and they gave us the room earlier than check-in. We were very tired and this was great. The breakfast was good and varied. The pastries were very tasty.
• Arkadiusz (8/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce jeżeli się przemieszczasz a priorytetem jest bliskość węzła komunikacyjnego. Jednocześnie jest blis - Lokalizacja, wyposażenie łazienki w tym podstawowe art. Higieniczne (jednorazowe szczoteczki, pasta itp. )
