• AlSezaTimo (9/5): - For a single traveler, it's worth to stay. Location was so good. Since the weather was hot at my days, courtyard rooms were more fresh air. No water heater or a coffee maker facilities at all.

Grave il fatto di non poter lasciare una valigia per qualche ora il giorno della partenza (è un classico lasciare per 2/3 ore una valigia). Basterebbe organizzarsi con un piccolo deposito. Sono quasi 30 anni che frequento strutture simili e ho sempre lasciato una valigia. Nel marzo del 2025 ero in Great Portland street e ho fatto così. Comunque sono soddisfatto!

It has been a comfortable stay for us, I'd come back It has been a little hectic for us before arrival, they had some concerns regarding our enrollment in university, which they only expressed after I messaged them to make sure everything is alright, 2 days before arrival. At the end everything was sorted. Just fyi, maybe double check with them before your arrival. Additionally, I'm not sure if the kitchen access was included. In the room there's not even a kettle
• Md Mohitul Alam (1/5): Uncomfortable and unsafe - Only plus was the location, everything else was super uncomfortable. 1. The window did not open and the staff could do nothing at all even in twenty three degree temperatures. It had a train station just opposite to the window, which meant the room gets extremely hot even during late at night. I complained about this, asked for their help to open the window or shift me to another room for the whole 4 days of my stay and never got any response from the authorities. The guy at the reception did come to my room to open the window and failed. He had the explained how none of the staff from management and maintenance was not available to solve that during the time period. I was stunned to see how they did absolutely nothing even after I’d explained how difficult it is for me to stay in a room like that since I’m claustrophobic. 2. The bathroom did not have a dustbin. It is super small to take a bath. 3. The shelf and table were dusty and I had to clean them myself. 4. The curtains have never been washed and smells very weird. 5. There is no clear instruction about how to clean the bin that’s been given in the room. 6. I left my key at another place for one night. So I had to call them to give me another. They came after one hour, opened my door with a key but did not give me any key, which created a huge hassle since I had no way to exit my room and go to the reception in the morning to solve this because the door automatically gets locked. Then I’d called the phone number (that’s available in google and tells you to press 9 for Waterloo) and a guy received it, tried to help me by saying no body was available in reception or even from management to solve this. I had no idea till 12pm on the day what to do about this, so had to travel for hours to get back my own key. This is extremely unacceptable as a service and completely dismissive to the guests who paid to stay there. On top of this, the guy who’d received the call tried to contact me via whatsapp, asked me unnecessary personal questions like if I’m a tourist and where I’m from.

• Raven (7/5): - Great location across from Waterloo Station which makes transit to any area of the city very easy and quick. The room is nothing special but if you're out seeing the city all day it doesn't need to be. There are plenty of shops nearby for a quick bite to eat and the Imperial War Museum is walking distance, as are many other landmarks across the Thames. Safe area even late at night, no issues at all. Decently priced for what you get. Shower situation leaves much to be desired... the curtain is sort of useless and the entire bathroom basically ends up soaking wet. Only one window opens and even then it's only a little bit, so it can be quite hot despite outside temperatures being cool. There is no temp control. It can be loud outside late at night.

After agreeing on a price and date for an extension, the management later informed me that they had 'made a mistake' in their calculation and asked for more money for the final night. Due to this lack of professionalism and the sudden price change, I decided to cut my stay short and change my flight. It’s a shame because the housekeeping is excellent, but the communication was very unreliable. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I was very satisfied with the hygiene and the overall condition of the room. However, I had a very frustrating experience with my stay extension. After agreeing on a price and date for an extension, the management later informed me that they had 'made a mistake' in their calculation and asked for more money for the final night. • Viera (9/5): - I really liked the location and the cleanliness. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom quite good too. I had a problem with turning off my lights, the switch seems to work only in one sense: to turn them on and then you need to wait for them to turn off on their own and it's also seems to have a movement detector. It's rather cumbersome if you want to go to sleep straight away.

• Irene (7/5): - There were upsides like a great location and peaceful room. The room was spacious and pleasant. Fresh towels, shampoo and bodywash. Sometimes it would get a little noisy after midnight in the inner courtyard. No laundry facilities
• Melina (1/5): Ein Albtraum-Aufenthalt mit massiven Hygienemängeln, Insektenbefall und defekter Ausstattung - absolut nicht empfehlensw - Einzig die zentrale Lage im Stadtteil Waterloo ist positiv hervorzuheben. Sie rechtfertigt jedoch in keiner Weise den restlichen Zustand der Unterkunft. Der Aufenthalt war eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Fotos im Inserat sind irreführend, da sie Küchenzeilen zeigen, die in den Zimmern nicht vorhanden sind. Erstes Zimmer: Insektenbefall und eine fehlende Klobrille. Es ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit, dass das Management es für zumutbar hält, ein Zimmer ohne grundlegendste Sanitärausstattung überhaupt zu vermieten. Dass alle später angebotenen Zimmer plötzlich eine Klobrille hatten, beweist, dass man hier wissentlich minderwertige Standards anbietet. Zweites Zimmer: Heizung war defekt, kein Licht im Badezimmer und eine massive Insektenplage (mind. 7 Mücken in einer Nacht trotz geschlossener Fenster). Insgesamt habe ich in den 10 Tagen mit über 30-40 Mücken gekämpft. Es ist nach wie vor unklar, ob sie aus dem Abfluss kamen oder aus dem Winterschlaf erwachten. Es ist unzumutbar. Das Management reagierte erst nach massivem Druck, und die Wartung führte nur oberflächliche Kontrollen durch, ohne die Ursache der Insekten zu finden. Trotz einer teilweisen Erstattung ist die Hygiene und der Zustand der Zimmer völlig inakzeptabel.
• lilli (4/5): Not clean, good location and value for money - I really like how close to the station and inner city the property was The room was NOTHING like the photos provided, and was not clean, throughout my stay I kept finding dark small black hairs around the room and bathroom. The room was also really inclosed since the room I was provided was a basement room and the window could not be opened. I never saw anyone in the reception throughout my entire stay. They also never came and emptied the trash can, and I was not told to do it myself.
• Emilia (10/5): Very comfortable and was a safe place to rest after long days - it was very central and most things are within walking distance and if not, waterloo station is so close. The accommodation was exactly as advertised and the quality for the price is such a bargain. Loved my experience staying here! Nothing.

No hubo tanto contacto con los anfitriones pero fue fácil manejarme por mi cuenta. La habitación impecable: servicio de toalla, cama cómoda, armario y baño con todo incluido. La habitación era cálida y acogedora. Quizás me hubiese gustado que mi habitación tenga una ventana más al nivel del cuerpo, pero fue particularmente la habitación que me tocó. Sentía que me faltaba luz y como tenía que estar encerrada mucho tiempo dentro del lugar, hubiese apreciado una mejor vista. Aunque también había espacios de estudio que no visité, y quizás me hubiesen servido.

• Margot (7/5): - Unbeatable location, close to the LSE and King's College, the West End, and Waterloo Station which is an incredible hub for transports to anywhere in the city! Also really loved staying in a traditional London stone building. No one at reception when I arrived (despite my arrival being within the stated opening hours), which made check-in complicated as I did not know who to call. With the help of others checking in at the same time, we managed it in the end though! In the en-suites, the bathroom is tricky: if you use the shower, the entire bathroom will be fully wet (poor isolation of the shower, with a short curtain and no proper basin...). Nothing you can't plan for, but important to keep in mind.

RUN! - The residence does not clarify about the conditions in which you can stay, and was very inhuman for cancelling my booking on their behalf because one of my materials didn't meet their hidden requirements.

I also appreciated that I booked a room with a shared bathroom and they gave me a private one. Space was what I paid for. I did not have any issues with this, but there was no one ever at the concierge. Again, not an issue for me since I was able to pick up/drop off my keys and my room didn't have any problems, but just something to add.

• Jean (10/5): Accueil chaleureux, grande réactivité, emplacement idéal et logement propre - J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à AXO Waterloo. L’équipe m’a bien aidé pour la gestion administrative de mon dossier, avec des réponses rapides et toujours de la disponibilité. L’accueil était chaleureux, ce qui m’a tout de suite mis à l’aise. J’étais logé au 4e étage, la chambre était propre et il y avait l’essentiel, ce qui a rendu le séjour confortable. Emplacement idéal. -

El día que llegue no estaba disponible el check in siendo que llegué en la noche, se equivocaron al darme la habitación y abrí una habitación donde había otra persona. Se demoraron horas en resolver el tema. Nefasto todo el proceso, ni siquiera una disculpa. El check in fue horrible, habíamos dos personas con habitación cambiadas, otra persona sin llaves intentado ingresar. Nadie dio una solución. Jamás me volvería a quedar aquí.

• Teymur (8/5): Good in general, but can be improved via simple actions. - It was clean, area is easily accessible to transportation. Staff was responsive online. It's good value for money. No simple change of towels during 1 week stay. It's not clear how to wash towels or how to get clean ones. Did not have any cups or plates for the use in the room. Had to pick them up from general kitchen, not being sure who they belonged to. Had nothing In the cupboard allocated for the room. Also never saw any reception, maybe because i usually left around 8-9 in the morning and was coming back in 8-9 in the evening. Lighting in the room is oversophisticated without possibility to.turn off bathroom light and ventilation. It turns off automatically, but usually quite late.

• Kristina (8/5): I had a very good stay at the accomodation. The location is perfect to reach all major attractions. - Everything was explained perfectly and the hosts were easily reachable. Perfect location, all major spots were in reach within 30 minutes by foot or by public transport. The light and ventilation in the bathroom didn't have a switch; they turned off after 15minutes. It was a bit distracting at first, esp. when trying to sleep as the fan is super loud. Other than that no big issues.

• Joanna (7/5): Dobry, jak za ta cenę i lokalizację - Lokalizacja, dobra komunikacja do obiektu, atrakcyjna cena jak na okazje (nowy rok). Dobrze posprzątany pokój (drugi który mi przydzielono), ręczniki i pościel czysta. W łóżku było czuć sprężyny w materacu. Na początku dostałam pokój który nie był posprzątany. Po zgłoszeniu został mi przydzielony inny pokój. W łóżku niestety wyczuwalne są sprężyny. Bardzo duży minus za brak gniazdek USB w pokoju. Niestety brak suszarki do włosów (miałam swoja po przeczytaniu opinii o obiekcie). Okna dość nieszczelne i trochę było chłodno w pokoju.
• ariel (6/5): כתוב שזו דירה - apparent בפועל זה חדרון קטן, מיטה, שולחן כתיבה וכוך שירותים מקלחת - מיקום מצויין ונגיש לתחבצ מיקום מצויין צ'ק אין גרוע מאוד.... הגעתי בשעה בה אמור היה להיות מישהו בקבלה. לא היה. אספתי את המפתח מהתיבה שלו וגיליתי כי החדר שקיבלתי תפוס, עדיין מלוכלך עם חפצים של דייר בקבלה עדיין אפאחד. חיכיתי 50 דקות שמישהו יגיע תוך כדיי התכתבות עם נציגים החדר השני שקיבלתי היה עם כיור תקול אחרי שעה מההגעה שלי קיבלתי את החדר בו לנתי
