• john (1/5): I would never recommend this place to anyone. The worst Booking.com place I've ever stayed at. - WI-FI works, water was hot. That's about it. The owner (or manager) was the most bad-tempered, rudely yelling person I have EVER encountered running a hotel in over 50 years. He is in the wrong business. The bed took up almost the entire very small room. The refrigerator did not get cold. The bedding didn't look clean at all. The bathroom was less than a square meter and the fixed shower was almost over the toilet. A dangerous very twisting stairs led to the fifth floor, no lift. Too bad 1 is the lowest number, zero would be more like it. I would have just left to get another place but was too tired from long distance travel.

Мне пришлось поселиться в другую гостиницу: Prens hotel Istanbul, где заплатила 90 евро. Я требую возврата 54евро, которые я заплатила за тот свинарник, называемый гостиницей.

• Manal (1/5): Je déconseille cet hôtel - J’ai rien aimé dans cet hôtel : déjà à notre arrivée ils ont dis qu’ils ont annulé notre resa alors qu’on a rien reçu. Ensuite ils nous demande de partir dans un autre hôtel juste à côté qui leur appartient. Les lits étaient remplis de tic très très tres sale et le personnel bourré et soûlé. Vu que C’étais très sale et que C’étais invivable on est reparti dans le premier hôtel pour demander un remboursement puisqu’on allait chercher un autre hôtel. Ça fait deux jours que j’attends leur annulation de réservation et mon remboursement pourtant j’ai rien reçu. Je vous déconseille fortement d’y aller La propreté inexistante, le personnel pas très accueillant, photos pas identiques…etc

• 61acc4ffa23d707c0e84a65203b77078 (1/5): Müsste über booking.com verboten werden! - Eingangsbereich war Wohnraum und total verdreckt, Besitzer kam aus dem Bett direkt in Unterhosen an den Tisch, total mürrisch und unfreundlich. Man zeigte uns einen Raum im Untergeschoss (statt Erdgeschoß wie gebucht) ohne Fenster, eine Tür führte ins "eigene Badezimmer" 1 m²! eine Alaturka (Hocktoilette) und direkt darüber die Dusche und Waschbecken. Unsere Nachfrage für ein anderes Zimmer ging ins Leere. Wir sind wieder gegangen. Leider gibt es kein Geld zurück.

В Холе этого так называемого отеля прокурено и сидят на диване люди похожие на наркоманов. Таких объектов на Booking.com не должно быть вообще!

When we asked to change our room they said i will more as much as i paid before!

Very nice bedroom and even though they don't speak english they made the effort to translate everything with the telephone to give me all kind of suggestions. I felt like if they were my family. • Ugur (1/5): Lieber vermeiden. - Die Lage ist direkt in der authentische Altstadt Istanbuls (Fatih) Im Angebot steht ink. Frühstück, ist aber nicht so! Der Inhaber meinte das sie es abgeschafft haben er aber mir ein Sandwich am folge Morgen organisiert. Zu der abgemacht en Zeit gab es aber leider nichts, später wurde mir gesagt das es Sonntag wäre deshalb der lieferer nicht gekommen sei, als ich das für unglaubwürdig erklärte meinte er es lag an den Wetterverhältnissen (Regen). Wenn man schon kein Frühstück anbietet sollte man damit nicht werben. Am abreisetag gab es ein Acma. (sehr großzügig) Im Zimmer gab es kein Empfang Wlan geht nicht. (im Untergeschoss) man kann für diesem Preis kein Luxus erwarten aber die Beschreibungen sollten stimmen. Dusche Toilette war außerhalb im Flur, soweit man das als Dusche definieren kann. (mann kann sein Toiletten Geschäft und duschen gleichzeitig abferigen, kein funktionierendes Licht.) Ich bin eher bescheiden und Schwabe noch dazu aber die 2 Nächte waren 2 zu viel.. Zumal nicht mal die Zimmer Tür verschließbar war. Für 1/2 sparsame Notübernachtungen als Mann sogar grenzwertig. Das einzigste positive war eigentlich das wichtigste, dass es Sauber war.

I would not recommend this place fir that price they charged, maybe fir a lower price and update what they really have to offer. One thing the people and the one guy that worked at the front desk where very nice and helpful. My room and they didn't have everything they said they have.

We've seen other similar guests denied check-in, and judging by the reviews, such situations are very common. Unfortunately, Booking doesn't help in such cases.

• Raja Khaliq (1/5): - My Istanbul hotel experience was very bad. When I took a taxi to the hotel, they sent me to another hotel, which had a very small room and was a very dirty hotel. My whole body has been covered in rashes and I am now getting it treated in the UK. This is a scheme where you book a hotel online and when you go to the reception there, they give you a badge from another hotel.
• Tanya (1/5): Le plus pire hôtels que j’ai visité. - They repeatedly banged violently on my door while yelling in a language I did not understand, even after I had clearly asked to be left alone. The staff behavior was extremely problematic. The atmosphere was extremely toxic. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I was placed in a room with no heating, with an open gap in the door leading outside, allowing cold air to constantly enter the room. The bathroom window would not close either. There was a dirty refrigerator in the room, and the bathroom hygiene was questionable. The conditions are dangerous, especially for someone recovering from surgery. Staff members entered my room several times without authorization, sometimes while I was sleeping, and even left the door open after entering. Then I was harassed and pressured to leave, with threats to call the police, despite having a valid reservation. No management. No security. No respect for the guest. An establishment to avoid.

• naresh (1/5): Terrible Experience — Not Worth the Low Price - The staff didn’t know English, but they still tried their best to help us. The stay was also inexpensive. When we arrived, we were told that the three rooms we booked were not available at the address. Before arriving, I already had issues with the staff because he kept insisting that the rooms were in the basement and repeatedly told me to cancel or change the booking, thinking I had chosen the wrong rooms. I wasn’t bothered by that because I knew what to expect for the price I paid for but finding out that the rooms weren’t available at all was a completely different story. They moved us to another hotel, and we had to carry all our luggage there ourselves since we had arrived by taxi. When we reached the new hotel, the rooms they gave us were all on different floors. The smell from the entrance was terrible, and the rooms were even worse. We had to buy room freshener and spray it everywhere. We barely slept and left as soon as we woke up in the morning .We even skipped breakfast. Never fall for cheap advertising; it’s better to pay a little more and stay somewhere comfortable.

• Abdullah (1/5): - Gar nicht war schlecht Hallo, die Unterkunft entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Das Badezimmer gehört nicht zum Zimmer und es gibt kein Frühstück, obwohl es angegeben war. Außerdem wurde ich von einem Hotelmitarbeiter sehr unhöflich behandelt und auf Türkisch beschimpft.

• Маргарита (1/5): - Дуже незадоволені тим що забронював номер і прийхав за адресою нам відповіли що наш номер вже зайнятий. Повели в інший готель, хуже помийної ями. Сразу скасували броннювання, але гроші нам так і не повернули. Дуже розчарована таким сервісом. Багато разів питалися зв'язатися, і писали скаргу, але відповіді так і не прийшло. Більше вашим сайтом користуватись не хочу.

Отель подтверждает бронирование, но перед приездом отменяет бронирование В итоге приехав в отель , обнаруживаешь отмену бронирования, устное объяснение хозяина- слишком низкая стоимость бронирования. Поэтому он его отменил. Как итог , испорченный день, поиск нового отеля, срыв планов.Странно, что система бронирования сотрудничает с такими отелями и не выставляет им штрафные платежи в пользу клиента.
• Asaduzzaman (1/5): Worst - Location of the hotel My Honest Experience at This Hotel I booked a standard double room for three nights for myself and my partner. We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and were shocked to be taken to a basement room with no windows. The entrance felt like walking into a cave, surrounded by an unclean environment. To make things worse, there was no functioning toilet on that floor. The nearest option was a squat toilet on the second floor, so we had to use a high-commode toilet on the third floor that night. Somehow, we managed to get through it. The next day, I messaged the owner/host via WhatsApp and requested to move to Room 302, which I noticed was a standard double room with an attached toilet. Instead, he offered me Room 204 (which had one double bed and one single bed) but charged me 166% more — from €12 per night to €32 per night. Although the new room was somewhat better, the toilet and basin were clogged, making the experience far from comfortable. Only good thing is location of the hotel, close to YeniKapi Metro and Tram line. Final Recommendation: Be cautious — the low prices advertised can be misleading. What seems like a bargain may end up costing you nearly three times more.
• Ismai (1/5): Beware of booking this bad place - Nothing Very bad experience. The room was dirty with a terrible smell, full of insects, and even rats were moving around. The hotel owner was rude, aggressive, and often drunk, yelling at guests. There was no free parking as advertised, and the so-called “free breakfast” was a lie — they only gave us bread stuffed with tomato and lettuce. Everything in the online description was misleading. This place is not suitable for human stay at all.

Hotel Canceled Booking After Confirming Price, Stole My Money My experience with this hotel was an absolute nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone to book elsewhere. I booked a room through Booking.com because the price was listed as very competitive. After securing the booking, I reached out to the property to inquire about early check-in. The response I received was shocking: I was told that early check-in was not possible, and then the owner/manager messaged me that "there is a problem with the price" and that they were canceling my reservation. Despite this message, the booking was NEVER formally canceled through Booking.com's system, and the hotel has kept the money for the booking. I have lost the funds for a reservation that the property unilaterally canceled over a pricing dispute. This is utterly unacceptable and feels like a complete scam. They bait customers with a low price, then refuse to honor it and keep the customer's money. Zero stars. Stay away from this property
• Assiya (10/5): Хозяйка отеля Зоя классная женщина! Дала свою карту на метро. Показала магазины и супермаркеты по приятным ценам! Очень - Комната в отеле обычная, но чистая, пастельное белье и полотенца свежие, вода горячая в душе всегда-это было огромным плюсом! Отель тихий, спальный! Wi Fi отличный в отеле! И расположен отель удобно по геолокации, рядом набережная, метро и автобус.остановки! Винтовая лестница 🤦‍♀️ Но это и был для нас бесплатный тренажер 😁

• Victoria (3/5): - La ubicacion Tenía el desayuno contratado pero cuando llegamos allí, el recepcionista nos dijo que él habia decidido que no nos lo daba. Luego la mujer también nos trataba mal, con gritos. Mala comunicacion. No sabemos si eran así con todo el mundo o con nosotras ya que nos preguntó que por que habiamos contratado una cama doble (somos una pareja de chicas).
