• tanrada (7/5): if the owner can fix those problems this place is like 10/10 !!!! - comfortable , big house not so expensive and quiet area , easy to reach bkk if the owner could improve some of the flaws this house would be perfect there are things i think it need to be improve 1 fence need to be fixed all around so that stray dogs wont be able to come inside ( they tried to bite my dog several times which is really bad ) 2 should have door both side of the fence too 3 air fryer is rusty need to buy a new one 4 mosquito net would be a perfect add on to all windows and door coz the weather is nice but you cant open it coz bugs and flys and moquito will come inside 5 toilet no.2 in second bed room need to be fix

• Lukas (10/5): Peaceful house with beautiful sunset views and cute local dog community - Hamilton House was a lovely, peaceful base for exploring the area. Two of the three rooms had their own bathroom, which worked well for us. I was travelling with my service dog, but the place is also pet-friendly. The house is set back from the main road, and it felt calm and quiet. The view of the temple in the hills at sunset was beautiful, and the outdoor terrace was a great place to relax. The weather was much milder than in Bangkok or Chiang Mai, which was a big plus for me. One of the unexpected highlights was the group of local street dogs — they were gentle and very respectful of the boundaries my dog and I set on the first day. If you don’t like dogs, you can just ignore them. But for an animal lover like me, engaging with them was a real joy. Walking through the neighbourhood with my dog while being followed closely by 12 others felt like being part of a peaceful pack. Communication with the host was smooth and fast throughout. The location is only about 30 minutes from Khao Yai National Park, and the neighbours were also very polite. I would absolutely stay here again — it offered independence, peace, and a touch of community. There was a small leak in the bathroom wall, but it wasn’t a big issue for me. The host was already aware of it and is working on repairs for future guests.

• Petecjs (8/5): Beautiful house, can be better - House and garden looks beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook. Environment was quiet and nice. Sleeps our family of 6 comfortably. There was a smell in the toilets, likely coming from the water drainage. The kettle didn't work properly; the owner promptly bought a new one. Washing machine didn't work; owner offered to take our clothes for washing. Sofas were stained and cleanliness can be improved.
