• Marharyta (10/5): Overall, the impression is pleasant if you don’t pay attention to the noise around and the smell in the bedroom on the f - A pleasant villa manager who was quick to help whenever we had questions and was always in touch. The villa is very large and clean, and there is a washing machine, which is also a big plus. Perfect for a large group of people. There’s a great café nearby for breakfasts and dinners called Makes Bakery. There’s also a large supermarket close by, and Melasti Beach — the best beach in that area — is not far away by scooter. What bothered us the most was an unpleasant smell in the bedroom on the first floor. After we mentioned this issue, the shower was cleaned and the smell disappeared for a few days, but then it came back and there was a bad smell every day. The architecture of the house is also not very practical. During heavy rain, water was leaking from outside into the bedroom on the second floor. Overall, the sound insulation is poor — you can hear nearby construction, and roosters crowing from early morning until evening. For people with sensitive sleep, staying in this villa would be difficult. This problem could have been avoided if they hadn’t saved money on the doors during construction. Since the doors are wooden and have gaps, it feels like there are no doors in the bedroom at all.
• Dmitrii (10/5): Это было замечательное время. Вилла на 10 баллов. Настоятельно рекомендую. - Мне понравилось АБСОЛЮТНО ВСЁ. Хозяин Мадэ встретил нас лично. Провел экскурсию, всё показал. Приятный и отзывчивый человек. Нас было 6 человек. Вилла имеет три большие комнаты и огромную гостиную комнату с кухней. В каждой комнате вас ждёт большая кровать и гигантское одеяло. Бельё всё чистое, приятно пахнет. Уборка раз в три дня. В каждой комнате есть сейф, шкаф для одежды, вешалки, 2 тумбочки и розетки около них. В душе есть всегда горячая вода, унитаз всё смывает) Мы отмечали новый год, место всем хватило. На втором этаже открывается вид на весь остров Нуса-Дуа и Куту (здесь можно делать прекрасные фотографии с закатами). Это было прекрасно видеть фейверки в новый год со всех сторон на такой высоте. Бассейн чистят раз в три дня, вода фильтруется, подсветка работает в ночное время У Мадэ был замечательный помощник по дому- Каман (возможно не правильно написал, ПРИВЕТ тебе большой). Он всегда на связи, всегда привезёт чистые полотенца и белье. Уважайте его, он одинокий, многодетный отец 4х детей. За безопасность на вилле - 0 переживаний. Рядом есть супермаркет Pepito (дорогой), все другие дешевле. Конечно вилла далековато от моря и развлечений, но кто в Азии отдыхает без мотобайков?! На них ты как вольная птица, до пляжа и других магазинов 5-7 мин. Полиции за время отпуска так и не встретил на дорогах, приятный ШОК! ) Подведу итог, что вся компания осталась в полном восторге от данный виллы и услуг. Настоятельно рекомендую, особенно компаниям от 6 человек (пары). С большим уважением и любовью Дима и его семья) P.s. Мадэ, сделай вешалки для полотенец в ванных комнатах) Дожди в декабре, петухи за окном, которые начинали орать с трёх утра)) Конечно Бали растёт, как и количество строящихся вилл рядом. Рабочие могли начинать работать с 9 утра, но это всё не критично, если весь день проходит вне виллы, ты легко уснёшь, как это было со мной.

The space is large, bright, and airy, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The spacious pool area is perfect for sunbathing and unwinding. From the villa, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset, which makes the experience truly special. The host is incredibly kind and responsive, always available and quick to help with any issues. When I got sick, he even drove me to the doctor, which I truly appreciated. Pepito Market is nearby and easily reachable on foot. Overall, staying at this villa was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it.
