• Mirifix (10/5): Rolig og nydelig plass! - Vi hadde hotellet nesten for oss selv. Stille og rolig. Veldig hyggelig personalet og samarbeidsvillig på alt vi trengte hjelp med. Bassenget var fantastisk og 8 min å gå til restauranter, 7/11 og tett ved stranden. Det var langt til sentrum av Hua Hin vi bodde litt unna. Men det kan man ikke akkurat gjøre så mye med.

• Aakash (10/5): I’ll definitely be back - I cannot recommend Kaset Hua Hin enough. From the moment we arrived until the second we checked out, the level of service was nothing short of exceptional. If you are looking for a stress-free, welcoming stay in Hua Hin, look no further. Turning a Hiccup into a Highlight Travel rarely goes perfectly, but it’s how a hotel handles issues that defines them. When we checked in, we realized the AC in our initial room wasn't working. Before we could even stress about it, the staff immediately provided us with new rooms and personally helped us move our belongings. Their response was swift, professional, and incredibly polite. Going Above and Beyond The hospitality here is truly "next level." A few standout points from our stay: • Bike Rentals: They arranged a bike rental for us right at the property. The best part? Because of the trust they build with their guests, we didn't even have to leave a deposit. • The Staff: Every interaction was met with a smile. They are genuinely helpful and make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a booking number. Spotless & Serene If you’re a stickler for cleanliness, you’ll love it here. • The entire property was spotless. • Housekeeping was frequent and thorough; the rooms always felt fresh and well-maintained. Final Verdict: I honestly have nothing to complain about. The combination of amazing staff, proactive service, and a pristine environment made our trip. In fact, I’d visit Hua Hin again just to stay at Kaset Hua Hin.

• Ville (10/5): 10 päivän reissu, jonka aikana siskoni meni naimisiin. - Aamiainen perus kattava, hyvä valikoima. Huoneet viihtyisät ja rauhalliset. Meteliä ei huoneeseen tullut. Uima-allas viihtyisä ja ympäristö idyylinen. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisetä ja avuliasta. Olimme siskoni häistä myöhässä, bolt kuskeja ei tullut mistään tai aina viivästyi heidän tulemisensa. Oli kiinalaisen uudenvuodenaatto eli ruuhkainen hetki. Henkilökunnan työntekijä tarjosi avuksi omaa kyytiä ja että voisi heittää. Ei meinannut ottaa rahaa vastaan vaikka kuinka tarjottiin kyydistä. Kerkesimme häihin ajoissa kiitos henkilökunnan. Ei varmasti kuulu heidän työkuvaansa, mutta erittäin kiitollinen olen vieläkin. Kahveina erikoiskahveja, joiden vahvuus on hieman ylivahva, mikä avasi kyllä silmät, mutta näkee, että kahvi kulttuuri ei ole ihan täysin länsimaalaisella tasolla. Lisäksi alimman kerroksen vierailla oma yhteinen iso uima-allas, johon ei esim. 3 kerroksen väellä ole mitään asiaa. Uima-allas ei juuri ollenkaan käytössä ja vähän sääli, ettei tänne pääse kaikki.

We had no dogs or pets. The hotel is virtually empty. Ceiling air extractor was sparking and shorting dangerously!

A szoba szép tiszta, az ágy kényelmes, a párna tökéletes, az ágynemű finom (pár helyen olajfoltos volt). A kapszulás kávéfőző szuper. A klíma modern, csendes. Early és late checkint is kaptunk a bicikli verseny miatt. A személyzet nagyon kedves. A tó körüli futópálya nagyon jó. Sok parkolóhely van. A reggeli nekünk csalódás volt. Kevés volt a választék. sima toast kenyér volt, feltétek nélkül. A kávégép jó, de a kávé nekem savas, keserű volt. Az friss omlett finom. Az étteremben próbáltuk az ebédet is, a sült csirkemell melletti krumplipüré jéghideg volt, nem aznap készült. Ár-érték arányban és ízvilágában rendben volt.

• Chris (9/5): Good out of town conference centre style hotel - This hotel suited us perfectly. We were looking for somewhere quiet and close to a main road. We have a car and did not want to go into Hua Hin centre. The suite room was huge. Comfortable beds and pillows. Big TV in both the bedroom and living room area. Two bathrooms and small kitchenette. Very good internet. Breakfast was generally good. Kitchenette could've been better stocked. A microwave would be a nice addition. Bread products at breakfast were poor.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property however be aware that it is quite a way away from the main taxi run, however you could get a boat very cheap to go into the centre of Hua Hin

• Paul (10/5): Erstklassiges Hotel - Erstklassiges Hotel, habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hatte ein Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Pool und viel Sonne. Das Wasser war angenehm warm. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Jeden Tag Wasser in Glasflaschen erhalten, Ausstattung des Zimmers top. Ruhige Lage. Wenn dann die Lage. Bis zum Strand ca. 900 Meter. Ein Vehikel evtl. ratsam. Fahrräder können vom Hotel gemietet werden, ob Roller vermietet werden weiß ich nicht.

Номера приятные, территория отеля большая, персонал приветливый. При этом отель в хорошем состоянии ещё не устал здание и номера выглядят новыми. Территория конечно слегка подустала, но приемлемо. Если вам не так важно чтобы в шаговой доступности был пляж и туристический центр, а вы любите уединение и покой вам не сложно доехать куда-либо ты не была. То это ваш выбор • Отдалённость от пляжа и центра (для кого-то это может показаться недостатком) • Холодный бассейн

• Guest (7/5): Helppo - Hotelli oli tilava ja viihtyisä. Erityisesti peltobaari oli mahtava juttu! Hotelli oli siisti ja laadukkaan oloinen. Tällä hotellilla olisi hyvät mahdollisuudet kehittyä huippuhotelliksi. Paljon on kyllä vielä tehtävää sen eteen. Parkkipaikkoja on paljon! Jos hotellissa ei ollut paljoa asiakkaita, oli aamiainen pieni ja huono. Annokset toimitettiin alacarte tyylillä ja niissä kesti todella kauan saapua. Myös aamiaisella ruoka oli usein kylmää koska kokit eivät laita lämmittimiä päälle. Peltobaarin lähellä pitäisi olla vessa! Suihkuvesi oli ensimmäisen 4 päivää kylmää. Pekoni oli todella pahaa!! Junarata menee ihan vieressä, mutta ääni ei haitannut yhtään ainakaan meitä. Allaskuvat hämää, oikeasti käytössäsi on vain yks allas. Lammikot pihassa ei ole uintiin. Takana oleva "tumma" allas on vain huoneen sieltä varanneille
• John (9/5): Perfect property just a 15 walk to the ocean. One of the best properties I’ve visited in Hua Hin. It’s perfectly tucked - This place is exceptional for the value in Hua Hin. Clean, professional and courteous place to enjoy comfort away from home. The property was manicured, had 24 staff and security and an adequate restaurant onsite for your meals if need be. The only take away from this property is the tub/shower situation. It’s more of the design than anything else. If you shower which is in the tub water will get everywhere. A shower curtain would probably help.

• Kamonrose (4/5): - ชอบทำเลชอบเลดี มีที่จอดรถเยอะ ไปถึงตอนบ่าย 2 โมงครึ่งและหวังว่าจะได้เช็คอินเข้าพักเลยตามเวลาปกติทั่วไปแต่เราต้องไปรออีก 1 ชั่วโมงเต็มกว่าจะได้ห้องแรกซึ่งเราจองไปทั้งหมด 3 ห้องและพวกเราต้องไปรออยู่ในห้องแรกก่อนกว่าจะได้ห้องที่สองและห้องที่สามตามมาเกือบ 2 ชั่วโมงเต็ม เป็นเวลา 4 โมงกว่าถึงได้ห้องครบ เราขับรถได้จากกรุงเทพก็เหนื่อยแล้วหวังว่าจะได้เข้าที่พักเลยแต่รู้สึกผิดหวัง อาหารเช้าเรายอมเสียค่าอาหารเช้าเพิ่มแต่มีเบคอนที่เหมือนแป้งทอดกรอบ และห้องแรกไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวเราต้องโทรไปขอถึงสองรอบกว่าจะได้ผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนใหญ่เอาไว้ใช้

We only stayed for two nights and three days, which felt far too short. We would love to come back again. It would be great if there were a wider variety of meal options available.Also, it was a bit disappointing that there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom.

• tingting2602 (10/5): Peaceful stay away from the crowd. - Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast were great with daily changes in the main courses. Bathroom only had bathtub which makes showering difficult. Bath room will be very wet after each shower.

• Dave (9/5): Fantastic swim out rooms - The swim our room area is fantastic , as is the infinity pool The setting of the hotel is absolutely perfect, but due to the location getting to the bars and restaurants as well as the beach requires a taxi each way . A complementary service once or twice per day would be great.

• Penny (10/5): Tout était parfait! - J’ai adoré ma chambre avec un accès direct à la piscine, très grande et confortable. Le cadre est paisible et la gentillesse du personnel est remarquable ♥️🙏🏼 Le restaurant est bon et le petit déjeuner est varié. Il n’y a pas de commerces accessibles à pieds donc il faut soit se faire livrer soit prendre un véhicule. C’est très facile avec Grab. Je recommande fortement cet établissement pour son excellent rapport qualité/prix, sa propreté, son calme et son accueil chaleureux! Hôtel entièrement 💯 non-fumeur donc il faut accepter de marcher un peu et aller jusqu’au parking😅

Håber I nu træder i karakter og viser format, og giver os en passende kompensation - Sengetøjet, dyner og puder var dejlig bløde og behagelige Vi havde booket et deluxe superior rum på et 5 stjernet hotel, med udsigt til søerne. Det fik vi bestemt ikke. Personalet orienterede os om at vi havde booket i husdyr venligt område og spurgte os om vi havde husdyr med, det havde vi ikke og vi blev oplyst at vi nok havde booket forkert, hvorefter de flyttede os til et andet rum. De fortalte os ikke at det var et dårligere standard rum, Jeg spurgte om vi kunne få et rum med adgang til poolen hvorefter vi fik at vide at vi så skulle betale ekstra for at opgradere. Vi var trætte efter en lang dag og gik blot op på det værelse de havde tildelt os. Næste dag var vi total utilfredse efter vi havde måtte tage kolde bade fordi vandvarmeren blev ved med at slukke. Da alle de varme retter i buffeten også var kolde og vi gjorde personalet opmærksomme på det, var vi efterhånden så skuffede og irriteret at vi begyndte at søge på deres webside hvor vi fandt ud af at de havde nedgraderet vores værelse uden at sige en lyd om en kompensation, så vi klagede i receptionen til deres manager. Hans eneste svar var at han var sorry og spurgte hvad han kunne gøre for os, hvortil jeg svarede at han måtte give os det beløb tilbage som han havde taget for meget. Det ville han ikke, hvorefter vi måtte gå med vrede og uforettet sag. Se liste med klagepunkter herunder: Bruser, ikke noget varmt vand. Billig model af hårtørre uden filter, så mit hår røg ind i motoren. Dårlig shampoo, med conditioner, så mit hår tørrede helt ud, så jeg ikke kunne rede det ud. Måtte skylle håret igen med min medbragte conditioner. Skuffende morgenmad. Varmeplader under de varme retter var slukket, så alt var koldt. De blødkogte æg var kolde. Jeg bad om en varm kop kakao, den var lunken og smagte kun bittert af kakao jeg måtte hælde sukker i. Vi måtte spørge efter personale for at få lavet en varm omelet. Vi er vant til at der står en klar til at lave det. Vi havde booket et deluxe rum med udsigt men blev flyttet til et værelse på 5.Etage med udsigt til høje træer

Огромная территория и почти не встречались с другими гостями. Завтраки полноценные и европейскому гостю можно найти подходящую еду. Конечно, упор сделан на азиатскую и китайскую кухню. Номера убирали каждый день. Персонал максимально приветлив. Курение запрещено на территории отеля. Только в специально отведенных местах

• วชรมล (7/5): พนักงานหลายส่วนเหมือนเด็กฝึกงาน - พนักงานเช็คอินดูเป็นมือใหม่แต่น่ารักดี เบลบอยน่ารักมากมีการเดินมาอธิบายถึง welcome drink ให้เราฟังเพราะว่าเรากับเพื่อนทำหน้างงว่าน้ำนั้นเป็นน้ำอะไร พนักงานห้องอาหารแย่มากไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพมีการย้อนถามลูกค้าที่สั่งอาหารด้วยว่า "ตรงนั้นมันหมดแล้วหรอ" แต่ที่เราสั่งเพราะว่าเราสอบถามพนักงานที่ดูเป็น senior หน่อยว่าสามารถ order ได้เลยใช่ไหมและพนักงานตอบรับว่าได้ ซึ่งส่วนนั้นมันคือ egg station แถมยังคุยเล่นตลอดเวลาและพูดจาไม่สุภาพ admin ตอบคำถามเหมือน robot มีการส่ง request ไปเพื่อขอ early check in แต่ก็ตอบคำถามแบบไม่มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์
