• Joséphine (8/5): Très bien dans l’ensemble, plutôt spacieux. - La Localisation, les équipements, les espaces de vie. Les lampes de chevet factices car pas de prise à proximité. Manque un rideau de douche dans la SDB car ça met de l’eau partout, surtout que la paroi de douche n’est pas bien grande. Nous étions que 2pers pour un logement pouvant accueillir 4pers et le temps d’eau chaude pour la douche était vraiment très très restreint.

• Hendrik (1/5): Kalt, dunkel und feucht - dazu eine schamlose Agentur vor Ort - Es ist dort feucht, dunkel & kalt. Der Schimmel in der Wohnung ist nicht nur überall zu riechen, sondern auch zu sehen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen innen und haben keine Fenster. Der Putz fällt von den Wänden. Die Fotos sind professionell ausgeleuchtet, wenn nicht sogar gefiltert. Die Wohnung hat höchstens 80qm und nicht 130qm. Man klettert ein enges Treppenhaus rauf. Auf der Dachterrasse riecht man leider nicht das Meer, sondern vorwiegend die Abluft des Restaurants gegenüber. Die Ausstattung auf dem Dach ist durch. Wir haben innerhalb von Minuten entschieden nicht zu bleiben und im Nachgang höflich um (anteilige) Rückerstattung gebeten. Lanzarote hat diesen Winter viel Regen abbekommen, weshalb wir durchaus Verständnis für die Probleme der Vermieter bezüglich Instandhaltung aufbringen. Während man uns allerdings anonym hinhielt und eine (anteilige) Rückzahlung bis heute verweigert, sendete man parallel schon Leute in die Wohnung um dort auszubessern. Das konnten wir allerdings nur dokumentieren, da wir uns die Mühe gemacht haben einige Tage später noch einmal hinzufahren. Alle Möbel im Schlafzimmer wurden zusammengeschoben und der feuchte Putz sowie Schimmelflecken abgekratzt. Die Leiter, Spachtelmasse und Farbe standen in der Küche bereit. Die Mülltüte mit dem Dreck stand sogar noch im Flur. Wir wollten nicht noch einen weiteren unserer Reisetage für mehr Beweisfotos verschwenden, da unsere neue Unterkunft (spontan hat man wenig Auswahl) eine Stunde entfernt lag. Der anhaltende Tourismusboom auf der Insel macht es leider möglich, dass sich auch solche unverschämten Vermietungsagenturen mit schlecht gepflegten Objekten am Markt behaupten können. Wir schreiben diese Bewertung als Warnung, nicht aus Frust. Wir hatten dann eine tolle Zeit woanders. Jeder sollte unserer Meinung nach wissen, worauf er sich hier einlässt und muss am Ende selbst entscheiden, ob er das Risiko eingeht, sein Geld zu versenken.

• ISABELLE (1/5): Annonce mensongère - Uniquement l’emplacement proche de la piscine naturelle et du bar de la piscine. Bon équipement de la cuisine. Annonce mensongère et agence de très mauvaise foi : il est indiqué 2 salles de bain or l’une est sur le rooftop avec uniquement un lavabo et un WC , l’agence a le culot de nous dire qu’il n’est pas précisé que les salles de bain sont complètes dans l’annonce !!! 130 m2 annoncés, l’appartement fait 65m2 et le rooftop 65m2 ! les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur et les matelas sont médiocres . Prix cher pour la prestation. L’agence n’a même pas voulu tenir compte de nos remarques malgré l’intervention de Booking . A noter la réactivité de Booking qui a très bien géré ce litige !

• silvia (2/5): Mala experiencia - La ubicación Muchísima humedad y frío, para las fechas que viajé( navidades) no está preparado el alojamiento, no había ni un calefactor pequeño. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear y la nevera hacía mucho ruido. En la ducha había un hilo literal de agua caliente, buscamos el calentador de agua por el apartamento por si indicaba algún problema y no lo encontramos. Se nota que la casa está dividida así que me imagino que estaría en otra casa y que agotaban el agua.

• Simone (2/5): É andato tutto male e non siamo stati rimborsati - La posizione Ê stato un incubo. Siamo arrivati ed il giorno dopo dovevano installare la lavatrice per cui ci é stato chiesto di poter entrare in nostra assenza e va bene.. il giorno dopo la vicina vuole entrare per pulire un sua pertinenza da cui si accede dalle scale dell' appartamento... di notte non si riusciva a dormire perche c era un Grillo dentro alla stanza. Le ultime due notti ha piovuto dentro all appartamento tramite un lampadario. C era il pavimento tutto bagnato. Ce ne siamo andati e abbiamo chiesto il rimborso dell ultima notte. Il rimborso non é mai arrivato nonostante ci avessero promesso il rimborso di una notte.

• Stephan (5/5): Nordkorea - Gute Lage am Meer aber wenige Restaurants. Online Check-in mit schlechtem Handy Netz hat über eine Stunde Gebraucht. Online Formular würde man bei Einreise nach Nordkorea erwarten. Verschwendung kostbarer Ferienzeit.

• Karen (7/5): Amazing location but some small improvements would make a big difference - Location was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Ran out of water at 10pm so unable to flush toilet. Only one pillow to sleep on and terrace was a little tired.
• Albalucia (8/5): Very good - The flat is overall nice and it's cheaper than others in the same area. We loved the location as you are straight in front of the ocean and near a little bar called Piscina which we adored for a late afternoon beer.
