The location is top notch, and everything was very clean and cozy. If we come back to Miami, 10/10 thid is where we will book. There was nothing I didn't like! I wouldn't have changed anything about our stay :)

• kheonda (1/5): I felt deeply disappointed, frustrated, and let down by an experience that was meant to be comfortable and premium but t - The location itself was good. The property is located in downtown Miami, an area I know well as I have stayed in downtown Miami several times before. I like this area and had no issue with the location or accessibility. The problem was not related to where the accommodation was situated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very poor. Despite the accommodation being advertised as a luxury stay, the comfort expected was not provided, and key information was missing from the listing, including the fact that sleeping arrangements involved an inflatable mattress. Due to Art Basel Week, it was extremely difficult to find alternative accommodation, which meant we had no choice but to remain at the property for the duration of the stay. As a result, the quality of our trip was seriously compromised and did not reflect the experience we had planned or paid for.
• Carlos (1/5): Colchones Inflables en el piso!!! - No es para 4 personas!!!, no hay 2 camas grandes, solo una y 2 colchones desinflados en un placar, que los tenes que inflar vos...si los inflas, te quedas sin cocina...es un engaño, no hay sofá cama, es solo un sillón de 4 cuerpos individuales, la cocina está incompleta. La vista del departamento es un edificio en construcción activa, hay ruidos todo el día. Literal, 2 colchones inflables que van en el piso...te levantas a tomar un vaso de agua, y seguro le pisas la cabeza a alguien!
