• abd ghani (4/5): - Reception counter - the malay staff(man) friendly and helpful The room not enough light; room 503&509 (deam light) , the Window at toilet people can see from outside.
• Alexander (1/5): Disastrous stay - Nothing much to be liked My aircon didn't work, the maintenance crew took ages to come and sort out the problem and the room was filled with cigarette smell. I am keeping these short btw.

• Ahmad Khidzir (3/5): The staf and service room so bad - Location and easy to find place to eat at night. So many food stall near the hotel. The staf so rude and not friendly.... The was given so not complete as what they say in booking.com. some of room has not tv and if the room has tv but cannot play on it because the staf dont give us a remote tv. So sad the services here.

• Singh (1/5): Very bad experience – unhygienic, poorly maintained, and not worth staying at all. - Honestly, there was nothing to like about this property. The experience was extremely disappointing. The room had a very bad smell and was not clean at all. The bed was dirty, with hair on it and even used condom packets lying around, which was completely unacceptable. The lift was not working, making it very inconvenient. The room lighting was poor, and the AC was not functioning properly. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance were terrible.

• Ain (10/5): Good for budget hotel - A good budget hotel. I stayed here for convocation at PWTC. Overall okay no complain, I chose the old wing, so far no problem except no heater haha its freezing cold to shower at 6am while the aircond cannot be thurned off. The walkway to old wing building lowkey scary if you’re alone haha, and there’s no any sign where the old wing room located haha

Susah cari parking sbb berebut parking dgn orang yg dtg makan area situ. Pastu dia tak bagi option pun tu kat bangunan lama ke baru. Sbb kita pun tak tahu hehe
