The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The interior is thoughtfully and practically furnished, making it very easy to feel at home. Our host was extremely kind and helpful – nothing was ever a problem, and she was always ready to assist with anything we needed. Everything was simply outstanding, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely come back again!

We got special emergency support with full of kindness and attention. I cannot thank enough this. • atiyeh (7/5): - The apartment was super clean, very good kitchen with everything you need. Sofie made everything better. She was very kind, flexible and attentive. Definitely helped me a lot with all the little things that could add value to the stay. The location is great to access the beach and town and airport. Walking to the beach and 1 tram to either town or airport. As I was one person I didn't open the sofa bed as a bed but I think it would be comfortable enough. The bunk bed was comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped with little things like a hair dryer, iron and cleaning materials and towels. Easy access with lift. Nice balcony with table and chairs and drying rack. Good size TV. Nice bakery just under the apartment. Supermarket a few minutes walk. Great access. The Air-conditioning! I was told it's a last minute issue but I'm not sure it was true because of the way the hallway looked. It needed a massive job done. I had a portable Air-conditioning unit and a fan in the room. This was really uncomfortable with the noise the machine was making. I couldn't sleep with it even with earplugs. If it wasn't for the Air-conditioning the place is a 10 out of 10 but in July Air-conditioning matters big time. Honestly as great as the apartment was and Sofie was lovely I preferred to cancel the booking and go somewhere else with proper Aircon! Cause it was very difficult to sleep or even watching TV during the day because how loud this thing was. Also you had to stay right in front of it to get some cool air. The heat in the apartment was bad.

• Kelly (10/5): Exceptional little apartment near the beach - The location was really good as it was only 1 min walking distance away from the tram stations which allows you to go straight to centre, old town, airport, and the port. It is also very close to the beach, a good bakery and a well stocked supermarket.

• Andreeanede (10/5): Exceptional - The studio is very chic, fully and smartly equipped - perfect for a family with kids. But Sophie is over the top - she is so nice, communicative, friendly and helpful. We laughed so much with her and she made our stay great!

The studio itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host (Sofie) was friendly and helpful, making sure I had a great experience. I would highly recommend Studio Palais des Arts to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Nice. -
