Karlee (4/5): Location was the only good thing. - The house was a nice size for what it was but was not what we booked The beds had pet fur in them, my daughter has allergies and these played up the whole stay meaning she was having to take antihistamines twice a day, we did wash the sheets but this didn’t help. The blankets were dirty and had rips/fraying. The kitchen utensils were terrible and there were no cooking knives, the pots and pans were covered in rust meaning we ended up having to do a bit of eating out in the evenings which we were wanting to avoid, hence booking a house with kitchen. The toaster was faulty and tripped the whole house on the first morning, I had to call my brother, an electrician, who was staying half an hour away to fix it as I contacted the property manager and they took 4 and a half hours to respond, it also took three days for them to deliver a new one. The house was unbearable hot as the central air conditioning is HEAT ONLY and the unit in longe only didn’t cool to bedrooms making nights horrible. When we booked it was a four bedroom house but we were only given a three bedroom. We were told we would get a 10% discount that was to be reimbursed but has not been done.
