• Paraskevas (10/5): Περάσαμε πάρα πολύ ωραία! - Το πρωινό φαγητό ήταν τέλειο! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν συνεχώς καθαρό και σεβάστηκαν την ανάγκη μας για ώρες ησυχίας στο δωμάτιο και λόγω του βρέφους. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα σχοινάκι, για απλώστρα ρούχων στο μπαλκόνι.

• Elizabeth ann (7/5): Fire drill mismanagement - Getting taken out of room on 3rd floor following fire escape rules for a fire alarm going off and standing outside with a handful of people with no organisation from Management, whilst majority stayed inside and told eventually after enquiring there was no fire, if we didn't ask we would have been left there for god knows how long! They need to lookminto there fire drills before there is an actual fire 🔥

• Alin Țimpea (10/5): Un hotel raport calitate pret foarte bun! - Mancarea foarte variata si buna. Personalul foarte amabil. Hotelul este amplasat foarte bine in statiune. Am fost transferati la alt hotel in prima zi deoarece camera avea probleme, dar ne-au dus / adus cu taxi, hotelul a fost mai bun si ne-au oferit si un upgrade, de situatia a fost tratata cu profesionalism! Numai o priza in camera pentru a iti incarca laptop/telefoane si nu este langa pat. Se cere macar un prelungitor. Am stat in camera 318 iar internetul in camera functiona destul de slab.

• Manuel (6/5): Okay, if you ran out of options - Location, pool The hotel was dated, and there weren't enough outlets in the rooms. The breakfast was served buffet-style, but the food wasn't really my type. While the staff was friendly, I couldn't help but notice that the front desk staff continued speaking in Greek while glancing at us, which made it feel like they were talking and whispering about us. If interactions are in English, it would be better to keep it that way until guests leave the reception. The pool hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. didn't make much sense—especially if you got back late from the beach and still wanted to enjoy a swim. The crowd was mostly older visitors.

• Taz Hughes (7/5): Great location & clean comfortable rooms - Great location, plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean. Great shower. Nice pool area. When we arrived the hotel had double booked & was informed they didn't have any contact details to inform me in advance, that was not the case. They tried to put us in a different hotel which was not acceptable. Eventually, they managed to sort out the issue & we were assigned a room.

• Thomas (6/5): Soweit so gut! - Für uns nur ein Ausweichqurtier, wir hatten ein Hotel direkt am Strand gebucht das dann leider überbucht war! Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen, das Personal war stets bemüht und sehr freundlich. Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Etablissement das mit Herz geführt wird. Housekeeping: hat nicht angeklopft bevor das Zimmer betreten wurde, Toiletten Müll im Waschbecken liegen lassen, Bett wurde nicht gemacht, Aschenbecher wurde nie geleert und wenn man versucht hat etwas zu sagen hat sie nichts verstanden. Muss aber sagen wir hatten 2 Zimmer in unterschiedlichen Etagen und oben war alles tip top. Die Zimmer mit Pool View sind auch sehr Geräusch intensiv vorallem abends das sollte man wissen. Das Essen fanden wir leider auch für AI etwas dürftig. Viel Auswahl beim Frühstück aber sonst immer gleich in unterschiedlichen Geschmacksrichtungen je nach Themenabend. Man könnte in diesem Bereich noch soviel mehr rausholen ( lieber etwas weniger Angebot dafür mehr selbst gekocht und weniger TK)

The manager told that we need to check in another hotel, this hotel better (but he was not better, I have photo) and located near our hotel.For me was very important to stay in the city because here don't have parking only for hotel Papantonia Hotel apartments (other hotel/apartment) is in 30 min walk distance to the center. It's first time then hotel relocates. I can't believe in your good service ahead after this situation. I would like to back money. You didn't have opportunity to normal rest which I expect. I had plan to celebrate my birthday in this day and all of this circumstance mad this day negative will a lot of additional problems. I should solve it in the moment. I can’t believe in your good service ahead after this situation. I would like to back money. You didn’t have opportunity to normal rest which I expect. I had terrible room with dirty door, bad clothes and terrible location which I didn’t choose totally. Manager promised sent as two vouchers for free stay next time but she didn’t send It was the most terrible birthday ever grad fully for your service

Очень часто по вечерам была культурная программа. Расположение гостиницы в центре, 5 минут от моря. Был немного не удобный матрас и подушки, иногда в коридоре оставлялись на весь день грязные полотенца и средства для уборки комнат.

• Jonathon (4/5): Something I would not repeat at that hotel - Location, breakfast / buffet lunch, pool facilities and location were the pros for this hotel alongwith the staff friendliness and their overall efficiency. The location for the beach and shops was very good. Many cons. This is a 3 star hotel pretending to be a 4 star with the prices charged. I requested a double room and ended up with a twin. The room furniture was very basic and looked as if it had come from the mid 70's. The a/c unit rattled continuously when it was operating. The safe in the room did not work and is an additional EUR 2 per day to rent. The over bath shower was difficult to use as it was on a single point support and not a slider bar. The bath was very narrow and extremely slippery without any non slip mats so quite dangerous when wet and slippery with soapy water.A walk in shower would be much better. I found that my friends who booked the same hotel through AGODA paid EUR 36 per day less than the booking.com price for the same room. That's a saving of more than 16%. I don't believe the hotel was worth the money I paid for the 2 nights stay.

• Despina (4/5): - The only positives were the pool area and the location near shops and restaurants — but honestly, that’s not enough to make up for how poorly the hotel is run. I would not stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless they make serious improvements to both their service and facilities. First, the rooms are very outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture felt old, the beds were uncomfortable. Housekeeping was inconsistent and sometimes skipped our room entirely. Worst of all, our room wasn’t cleaned properly for three days — the garbage bins weren’t emptied once during that time, which is completely unacceptable, especially in a hot climate. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and we constantly had to ask for basic things like toilet paper or clean towels. Speaking of towels — you have to pay extra just to get pool towels, which is ridiculous.

• Cansu (7/5): It was nice, comfortable stay. A great value for money - The location was perfect and the room view was pretty nice . It was clean and comfortable. You have to make renovation for the rooms cause its a bit old and the rooms were too cold we couldnt turn off the air conditioner i guess there was a problem. Normally most hotels offer 2pm check in and 12pm check out so the timing was unpleasant.

• Ilenia (5/5): - I stayed at this hotel in Cyprus for six nights with my two best friends. While we had a nice time overall, there were several issues that negatively affected our experience. Twice during our stay, housekeeping forgot to leave fresh towels in our room. The second time, we returned from the beach wanting to take a shower, but again had no towels. We went to the reception, and the receptionist took note of it and assured us the towels would be sent to the room immediately. After waiting more than 40 minutes, we went back down to ask again. The note was still on his desk, and his only response was, “Oh sorry, no one walked past me, so I couldn't tell anyone.” That was quite disappointing. In addition, the bed linen and bath towels had visible stains on them. The cups and especially the coffee spoons in the room were not properly cleaned either — the spoons had dark spots on them, which was quite unappealing. The room itself is basic, which is fine, but the furnishings are clearly very outdated and could use some renovation. All in all, we still had a good time, but the hotel should definitely improve its cleanliness and service. With more attention to detail, this place could leave a much better impression.

Desayunos y cenas buenísimos, además de la atención del personal. La poca dedicación en la limpieza de la habitación. Camas mal ordenadas, piso sucio, una almohada pequeña en cada cama. Estuvimos cuatro días y cambiaron las toallas sólo una vez.

• Patrícia (7/5): Zhodnotila by som to tak, že cena odpovedá celkovému vzhladu a sluzbam hotela - Ubytovanie má skvelú polohu v centre blízko reštaurácií, barov a obchodíkov,ale zároveň je to veľmi pokojné miesto.Autobusova zastavka je hned 3 minutky od ubytovania, takze dostat sa na vzdialene plaze je velmi pohodlne.Do budúcna ma tento hotel určite veľky potenciál. Vidieť, že izby potrebuje rekonštrukciu, na prvý pohľad som sa trošku zdesila, ale nakoniec sa na izbe spalo skvelo. Čo sa mi nepáčilo je to ,že izby neupratujú pravidelne každý den a nemenia uteráky. V jedálni som sa cítila trošku akokeby aom bola na školskom internáte. Samotne Jedlo bolo celkom fajn, dalo sa vždy vybrať.

• LanaMilt (7/5): Good location and staff, but needs renovation” - I really liked the staff – very nice and quite helpful. The location is also really good. Although Google Maps shows it a bit differently, the hotel actually has stairs leading directly to the main street, which makes it very convenient, even though it’s on the second line. The pool is nice, and there is a pool bar, but it’s really old and could use some renovation. I didn’t like that they changed my family room – which was the main reason I chose this hotel – to two connected rooms with a door. These had an awful view of the main road, and we couldn’t open the windows because of the loud traffic. The checkout is too early at 11:00, and the pool closes already at 18:00, which is inconvenient. The hotel itself is an old 3-star and definitely needs renovation, though I think they have already started, which is a good step, as it has the potential to become a really nice hotel.
