• Ashwini (3/5): It was a bitter sweet stay!! You should skip this place if possible. - The only good thing was the view from the window!! We could see the Merdeka 118 right in front of our window. We stayed in #18-15. The space was too small, it had pigeon droppings and feathers near the study table at window side, the side window was opening too it was closed using a tissue paper. The washroom/bathroom is completely open without any door so the entire bedroom and washroom has no division in it. There is a door for the washing machine instead which is not needed. The washing machine did not work properly, it started and stopped after every 2 mins. The bath tub is too small and the hand shower was leaking which was fixed by just wrapping a black cello tape around it after 5-6 days of constant follow-up. The quality of the towels is not great either. There are no hand napkins given, no foot mats provided outside the bath tub to get out of it and wipe the wet feet. No space to dry your washed clothes. There is no human customer service in place, there is only whatsapp chat option which is not so great.
• Siti Aishah (10/5): - Easy to check in and out, the dryer and washing machine and the utensils were convenient, internet connection was good too, the living room was more spacious than I thought and it was a comfortable space to work at the desk -I wish there was a washing detergent available for the washing machine - Nobody came to clean the room even though I put the "clean room" notice whenever I went out - I think there should be more soap

• Vanessa (5/5): Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Wohnungen hatten einiges erlebt, daher leider viel kaputt. Ansonsten eigentlich e - Grundsätzlich ok für eine oder zwei Nächte da man viel Platz hat und recht schnell im Zentrum ist. Bett war sauber Für ältere Menschen ziemlich schlecht. Es gibt keinen direkten Kontakt vor Ort. Die Beschreibung ist ganz gut wo man den Schlüssel zu holen hat, jedoch kann ich mir vorstellen dass dies nicht jeder gleich versteht. Wir hatten schon einmal ein Hotel mit einen Schlüsselsafe, daher hatten wir ein Beispiel. Unterkunft war soweit „ok“ geputzt aber vieles kaputt. Wir hatten zwei Wohnungen und in beiden war einiges kaputt. Eine Wohnung hat nach Rauch/ Shisha gerochen. In einer Wohnung kam mir abends unter der Spüle eine Kakerlake entgegen. Wir hatten nur zwei Nächte, zwei Handtücher, Pro Person eines. Wenn man länger da ist sollte hoffentlich mehr als eines pro Person da sein.

Kelengkapan asas bilik cukup cuma saiz peti ais kecil tidak sama seperti dalam gambar ketika booking. Di bawah ada kedai runcit kecil dan mamak. Jarak untuk access ke tempat berjalan-jalan area kl tidak terlalu jauh dengan menaiki kereta (hanya pilih masa yang bersesuaian elak jem). Parking. Tiada parking untuk unit ni. Kami terpaksa bayar parking lain dengan harga yang tinggi. Pernah tidak sampai 24 jam stay disitu, parking mencecah Rm40+

Booking this a - Great views of the city, only from the other side of the pool as our room did not have the view of the skyline, even after requesting it way beforehand. Rubbish bin was unclean, air conditioner was leaking, the living room TV wasn’t working, poor parking space assignment, and the most terrible of all - horrible customer service and communication which was completely done on WhatsApp.

Todo se vuelve en pedir disculpas pero no solucionan nada ni se ponen en el lugar del cliente. Las hamacas y los cojines de estás creo que hacia siglos que no las limpian.

• Sarah Adibah (4/5): one of the worst bnb stay. should have just stayed at a hotel - Unit ac works great, water heater works just fine. water pressure not so great especially when the bath tub tap and shower are turned on at the same time, either one will lose drop the temperature. iron, hairdryer, microwave, stove all works great. Had to pay RM30 for parking for the first night, and RM32 for the second night. Disappointed because the management didnt stated in the check in instructions that we have to pay for the parking. Upon checked in, my friend who arrived earlier than me went to the unit first and found herself stranded outside the unit for 1 hour because we had a problem with the smart door. Turned out that it was out of battery. A stuff had to come and replace the batteries then only we were able to enter our unit. Super difficult to get the management to reply us right away when we needed assistance because it’s like a centralised service where we had to wait a few minutes for them to forward our inquiries to a stuff. Difficult to connect the tv to the internet because the modem was dangling and hanging so the cable was loose and often lost connection

• SITTI NORFAZILAH (9/5): - The room was super comfortable and peaceful. I really like all the things inside the room. The view during night was fantastic. I can see the Petronas tower and 118. I came to check in 3PM but there’s no key inside the mailbox. Luckily the host responds quickly and extends our check out time the next day. Definitely going to stay here again in future ❤️ The room doesn’t come with a parking lot. So I need to pay separately for the parking and it’s quite expensive for 1 night. I would really appreciate if the host can give me the room with the parking lot. It’s my first time coming here so it’s hard to find the visitor parking and security in that area not really helpful.

• Katharina (4/5): Beschreibung falsch! "Deluxe"-Zimmer ohne Fenster und mit Verbindungstür zu Nachbarn - Die Lage ist sehr günstig, fußläufig vom Zentralbahnhof oder der Station Kuala Lumpur. Auch das historische Stadtzentrum und den Zentralmarkt kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Unten im Gebäude gibt es ein Café, das 24 h geöffnet ist und wo man essen oder Snacks und Drinks kaufen kann. Entgegen der Zimmerbeschreibung "City view" bekam ich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster! Es war stockfinster darin, auch eine Deckenlampe war nicht vorhanden. Außerdem hatte das Zimmer eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer, wodurch eine erhebliche Geräuschbelästigung durch de dortigen Gäste bestand. Auch dies war in der booking.com Beschreibung nicht angegeben. Auf meine Beschwerde hin schrieb der Gastgeber, die "Deluxe"-Zimmer seien immer mit Verbindungstür - das ist aber so nicht angegeben und ich hätte es unter diesen Umständen niemals gebucht. Vom Gastgeber wird man überhäuft mit automatisierten Nachrichten, sowohl auf booking.com als auch per WhatsApp. Um den Code für meinen Checkin zu bekommen, musste ich aber explizit nachfragen. Auch die Zimmerreinigung ließ zu wünschen übrig: Bei meiner Ankunft fand ich ein benutztes Taschentuch am Boden vor und die Bettwäsche war fleckig.

• lorenzo (5/5): poteva andare meglio - Vicino a KL Sentral e al mercato centrale che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi. Piscina al sesto piano carina, ma gli spazi esterni sono un pó tenuti male. Al piano terra piccolo market. Camera un pó piccola per 4 persone, e molto rovinata nelle finiture del bagno. Ci sono gli scarafaggi che risalgono dagli scarichi e sbucano da ogni dove anche in camera. Asciugacapelli non funzionante. Cassetta di sicurezza non funzionante. Avuto problema allo scarico del wc che è stato riparato il giorno dopo. Ci è stato dato un asciugacapelli con una spina non adattabile alle prese della camera e del bagno. Anche se il prezzo della camera era buono, la camera potrebbe essere tenuta in modo migliore.
