- Menchhofer (2/5): Watch out for excessive surprise fees after you leave - Clean Surprise/gotcha charges deducted from deposit. I was not made aware there were extra charges for my 2 daughters to stay with us. Extra charges are fine, but they doubled the rate that I paid for the entire stay (less taxes and fees) and deducted it from my deposit.
