• Rawad (5/5): Disappointed. - Easy access location Bed sheets clean Heating worked well and it was warm. The room can be cleaner! The floors were dusty, the bathroom was not very clean, the toilet seat had pee stains and smelled. When we used the washing machine sewage smell came out of the spouts! The mattress is very uncomfortable! No hand towels! No hand soap! There were extra pillows but without any cover so we couldn't use them.
